技术领域
 本发明涉及一种换热设备，更确切地说，是一种用于翅片换热器的转运座头。
背景技术
翅片换热器由板和翅片组成的换热器，在换热器上得到广泛使用。在换热器加工结束后，需要利用转运车进行批量转运。现有的转运车直接将换热器放在卡槽中，在运输过程中，容易发生晃动，损坏翅片。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种用于翅片换热器的转运座头。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种用于翅片换热器的转运座头，所述的用于翅片换热器的转运座头包含一中空的套筒，所述的套筒上设有一可分离的叉条，所述的套筒包含一底板和一马鞍状的筒体，所述的筒体的顶部边缘设有一对下陷的卡合槽口，所述的底板的底部中心设有一固定通孔，所述的叉条包含一横向设置的叉条主体和一纵向设置的叉条拔片。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的套筒为尼龙制成，所述的叉条为不锈钢制成。
本发明的用于翅片换热器的转运座头利用尼龙制成的套筒，使用者可以将换热器的四角分别插入到该套筒中，并利用叉条来固定换热器的扁管，固定牢固，安装方便，提高了翅片换热器转运的安全性，实用性强。

如图1至图2所示，本发明的用于翅片换热器的转运座头1包含一中空的套筒2，该套筒2上设有一可分离的叉条3，该套筒2包含一底板21和一马鞍状的筒体22，该筒体22的顶部边缘设有一对下陷的卡合槽口23，该底板21的底部中心设有一固定通孔24，该叉条3包含一横向设置的叉条主体31和一纵向设置的叉条拔片32。
该套筒2为尼龙制成，该叉条3为不锈钢制成。
不局限于此，任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种用于翅片换热器的转运座头，其特征在于，所述的用于翅片换热器的转运座头（1）包含一中空的套筒（2），所述的套筒（2）上设有一可分离的叉条（3），所述的套筒（2）包含一底板（21）和一马鞍状的筒体（22），所述的筒体（22）的顶部边缘设有一对下陷的卡合槽口（23），所述的底板（21）的底部中心设有一固定通孔（24），所述的叉条（3）包含一横向设置的叉条主体（31）和一纵向设置的叉条拔片（32）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于翅片换热器的转运座头，其特征在于，所述的套筒（2）为尼龙制成，所述的叉条（3）为不锈钢制成。
