本发明涉及一种塑料嫁接套制备方法,其特征在于:所述方法包括如下步骤:(1)准备模具,模具包括前模和后模,所述前模和后模的材料为透气钢,所述伸入至后模内部的前模针,所述后模包括与前模针配合的后模针,所述前模和后模组合后,所形成的空间构成嫁接套的外形;(2)注塑成型,对组合后的前模和后模进行注塑成型;(3)出模:成型后由前模针拉出时,后模针同时向前顶出,同时配置对后模进行吹气,最后形成嫁接套。通过成型后由前模针拉出时,后模针同时向前顶出还配置吹气,保证生产出合格产品。

塑料嫁接套制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种植物嫁接装置的制备方法,进一步涉及一种用于嫁接繁殖的塑料嫁接套产品的制备方法。
背景技术
嫁接套主要应用于农业,嫁接对一些不产生种子的果木(如柿,柑橘的一些品种)的繁殖意义重大。嫁接既能保持接穗品种的优良性状,又能利用砧木的有利特性,达到早结果、增强抗寒性、抗旱性、抗病虫害的能力,还能经济利用繁殖材料、增加苗木数量。常用于果树、林木、花卉的繁殖上;也用于瓜类蔬菜育苗上。
现有技术中嫁接套主要通过注塑成型,而由于嫁接套的改进,外形越来越不规则,常规的注塑方法注塑时模具由于是一体的,往往狭窄的地方留有空隙,不能成为合格的塑料产品。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供不规则尺寸情况下嫁接套的制备方法。
本发明提供了一种塑料嫁接套制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)准备模具,模具包括前模和后模,所述前模和后模的材料为透气钢,所述伸入至后模内部的前模针,所述后模包括与前模针配合的后模针,所述前模和后模组合后,所形成的空间构成嫁接套的外形;
(2)注塑成型,对组合后的前模和后模进行注塑成型;
(3)出模:成型后由前模针A拉出时,后模针B同时向前顶出,同时配置对后模进行吹气,最后形成嫁接套。
优选的,嫁接套的外形包括不规则管体和U形耳,所述U形耳连接在不规则管体的一端上,所述不规则管体侧面具有一道开缝,所述管体连接U形耳的一端截面最大,然后逐渐过渡到另一端的最小截面。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
(1)由于EVA塑胶料的高柔软性,在钢材上使用透气钢,
(2)成型后由前模针拉出时,后模针同时向前顶出还配置吹气,保证生产出合格产品

具体实施方式
图1所示,塑料嫁接套制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)准备模具,模具包括前模和后模,所述前模和后模的材料为透气钢,所述伸入至后模内部的前模针,所述后模包括与前模针配合的后模针,所述前模和后模组合后,所形成的空间构成嫁接套的外形;
(2)注塑成型,对组合后的前模和后模进行注塑成型;
(3)出模:成型后由前模针拉出时,后模针同时向前顶出,同时配置对后模进行吹气,最后形成嫁接套。
图2所示,塑料嫁接套外形包括不规则管体和U形耳,所述U形耳连接在不规则管体的一端上,所述不规则管体1侧面具有一道开缝;
所述不规则管体连接U形耳的一端截面最大,然后逐渐过渡到另一端的最小截面。
该嫁接套可生物降解:弃掉或燃烧时不会对环境造成伤害;且不含邻苯二甲酸盐:不会产生增塑剂释出危险;高柔软及坚韧度:应用范围十分广阔;超强耐低温(-70C):适合结冰环境。
本发明主要针对嫁接套所进行的改进,以上所述仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,非因此即局限本发明的专利范围,故举凡用本发明说明书及图式内容所为的简易变化及等效变换,均应包含于本发明的专利范围内。

1.一种塑料嫁接套制备方法,其特征在于:所述方法包括如下步骤:
(1)准备模具,模具包括前模和后模,所述前模和后模的材料为透气钢,所述伸入至后模内部的前模针,所述后模包括与前模针配合的后模针,所述前模和后模组合后,所形成的空间构成嫁接套的外形;
(2)注塑成型,对组合后的前模和后模进行注塑成型;
(3)出模:成型后由前模针拉出时,后模针同时向前顶出,同时配置对后模进行吹气,最后形成嫁接套。
2.根据权利要求1所述塑料嫁接套制备方法,其特征在于所述嫁接套的外形包括不规则管体和U形耳,所述U形耳连接在不规则管体的一端上,所述不规则管体侧面具有一道开缝,所述管体连接U形耳的一端截面最大,然后逐渐过渡到另一端的最小截面。
