Abstract
一种安装工具,包括一支撑板、自支撑板的第一端向上垂直弯折形成的一定位板、自支撑板的第二端向下垂直弯折形成的概呈U形的扣板及设于扣板底部的拉环。本发明安装工具利用扣板预先固定于支架上,以方便利用定位板对太阳能电池板进行定位,安装太阳能电池板时快捷方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种安装工具,特别是一种用于太阳能模组的安装工具。
背景技术
现有技术中,将太阳能电池板安装至支架时,一般需要先将太阳能电池板定位于支架上的预定位置处,然后再进行连接固定,手动对太阳能电池板定位时,费时费力。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种方便对太阳能电池板进行定位的安装工具。
一种安装工具,包括一支撑板、自支撑板的第一端向上垂直弯折形成的一定位板、自支撑板的第二端向下垂直弯折形成的概呈U形的扣板及设于扣板底部的拉环。
本发明安装工具利用扣板预先固定于支架上,以方便利用定位板对太阳能电池板进行定位,安装太阳能电池板时快捷方便。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明安装工具10的第一较佳实施方式包括一支撑板11、自支撑板11的第一端向上垂直弯折形成的一定位板13、自支撑板11的第二端向下垂直弯折形成的概呈U形的扣板15及设于扣板15底部的拉环17。本实施方式中,该安装工具10是用一弹性金属板一体弯折形成。
扣板15包括一与支撑板11的第二端垂直相连的第一侧壁151、与第一侧壁151平行相对的第二侧壁153及与第一侧壁151及第二侧壁153底部垂直连接的底壁155。底壁155的中部向下设置一弧形的凸桥157。拉环17穿设于凸桥157。
请参照图2,本发明安装工具10的第二较佳实施方式与第一较佳实施方式的主要区别在于:支撑板11a的两侧分别向下弯折形成两加强肋111a,用于加强支撑板11a。
请一并参阅图3及图4,本发明安装工具10用于方便的将一太阳能电池板200定位于一支架100上,下面以本发明安装工具10的第一较佳实施方式为例说明其使用过程。扣板15扣于支架100的下侧,并使第一侧壁151及第二侧壁153分别夹置于支架100的两侧以将安装工具10固定于支架100,然后将太阳能电池板200置于支架100上,并使太阳能电池板200的一侧边缘抵接于安装工具10的定位板13。支撑板11支撑太阳能电池板200。然后即可对太阳能电池板200进行锁固以将其固定于支架100上。
太阳能电池板200安装完毕后,拉动拉环17将安装工具10自支架100拆下,以用于继续安装其它太阳能电池板200。
本发明安装工具10的支撑板11的长度可以根据太阳能电池板200的边缘与支架100之间的实际距离进行订做,也可以将支撑板11做成相互滑动的两个部分,以滑动调整支撑板11的长度,适用不同尺寸的太阳能电池板200。扣板15的第一侧壁151与第二侧壁153之间的间距可以根据支架100的宽度进行订做,也可以将扣板15的底壁155做成相互滑动的两个部分,以滑动调整第一侧壁151与第二侧壁153之间的间距,进而适应不同尺寸的支架100。
本发明安装工具10利用扣板15预先固定于支架100上,以方便定位板13对太阳能电池板200进行定位,安装太阳能电池板200时快捷方便。
Claims (5)
1.一种安装工具,包括一支撑板、自支撑板的第一端向上垂直弯折形成的一定位板、自支撑板的第二端向下垂直弯折形成的概呈U形的扣板及设于扣板底部的拉环。
2.如权利要求1所述的安装工具,其特征在于:安装工具是用一弹性金属板一体弯折形成。
3.如权利要求1所述的安装工具,其特征在于:扣板包括一与支撑板的第二端垂直相连的第一侧壁、与第一侧壁平行相对的第二侧壁及与第一侧壁及第二侧壁底部垂直连接的底壁。
4.如权利要求3所述的安装工具,其特征在于:底壁的中部向下设置一弧形的凸桥,拉环穿设于凸桥。
5.如权利要求1所述的安装工具,其特征在于:支撑板的两侧分别向下弯折形成两加强肋。
