本发明的目的是这样实现的：双功能座椅，具有靠背和座面，靠背为软靠背结构，座面为硬座面结构，靠背和座面之间还设置可以上下翻动的活动垫，活动垫的上面为软座面结构，活动垫的下面为硬靠背结构。
本发明由于采用了带活动垫的双功能结构，因而可方便地实现软、硬座位的更换。

1.一种双功能座椅，具有靠背（1）和座面（3），其特征是：靠背（1）为软靠背结构，座面（3）为硬座面结构，靠背（1）和座面（3）之间还设置可以上下翻动的活动垫（2），活动垫（2）的上面为软座面结构，活动垫（2）的下面为硬靠背结构。
