本发明涉及一种增强人体体力的食品。
背景技术
传统的中医药理论认为:疲劳主要是内、外因等各种原因导致脾、肝、肾三脏功能异常,心、肺受累及气血阴阳失调而造成的。临床表现上,以虚证及虚实火杂证多见。现代医学认为疲劳是机体过用(超限)而引起的功能降低并出现机体不适的状态,主要表现为疲劳困倦,可出现头晕、健忘、睡眠质量下降等伴随症状。疲劳的产生与能源物质消耗、代谢产物堆积、内环境稳定性失调、自由基影响等因素关系密切。疲劳一般可分为体力疲劳、脑力疲劳、心理疲劳和病理疲劳。体力疲劳又叫运动性疲劳,是由于当人持续长时间、超负荷体力活动时,体内会产生乳酸、二氧化碳、水、血清尿素氮等代谢产物,血液中的酸度也会增加。这些代谢产物在体内积聚,刺激人体组织细胞和神经系统,使人产生四肢乏力、困倦、肌肉酸痛、厌食等不适感觉,使人感到身体疲乏,产生疲劳症状。随着人们保健意识的增强,各种缓解体力疲劳产品应运而生。据有关数据统计,截止目前,我国共批准“缓解体力疲劳”类保健食品上千种,这些产品多以针对单项因素,高某些机体器官功能或一味滋补为主。但是体力疲劳往往是由多种综合因素导致,各个环节也紧密相连,仅仅针对其中某一个环节或因素是不全面和不彻底的,不能满足体力疲劳人群需求。近年来,中草药以其天然、安全、不易产生耐药性、适合长期服用等特点,日益受到人们的关注。因此,开发出以中草药为原料,结合中医理论,合理配伍,协同发挥作用的缓解体力疲劳的保健食品,势必会有广阔的应用前景和市场空间。
