一种液压胶管固定与保护装置，它是在U型固定卡的内部开档部位用螺钉安装固定两个U型压箍，在U型压箍的外圆上包裹有软橡胶套，本发明能克服液压装置的活动关节部位相互连接的液压胶管之间容易发生相互的挤压、摩擦或扭曲、容易造成管路流体流通不畅、降低液压胶管的使用寿命、甚至因此而损坏液压胶管的缺陷。

技术领域
   本发明涉及一种液压胶管固定与保护装置，尤其涉及液压装置的活动关节部位所连接的液压胶管固定保护装置，属于液压元件技术领域。
背景技术
   众所周知，液压装置的活动关节部位一般连接数量较为众多的液压胶管，活动关节部位的相互运动，其相互连接的液压胶管之间容易发生相互的挤压、摩擦或扭曲，所以容易造成管路流体流通不畅、降低液压胶管的使用寿命、甚至因此而损坏液压胶管，对此，目前还没有一个比较好的解决办法。
发明内容
   本发明的目的在于：针对现有液压装置的活动关节部位相互连接的液压胶管之间容易发生相互的挤压、摩擦或扭曲、容易造成管路流体流通不畅、降低液压胶管的使用寿命、甚至因此而损坏液压胶管的缺陷，本发明提供一种专门用于固定与保护上述液压胶管的液压胶管固定保护装置。
   本发明所述的一种液压胶管固定与保护装置，它包括：U型固定卡、软橡胶套、螺钉、U型压箍，其特征是：在U型固定卡的内部开档部位用螺钉安装固定两个U型压箍，所述的U型压箍为圆管制成，在U型压箍的外圆上包裹有软橡胶套。
   有益效果：本发明在使用过程中，由于可以将一些液压胶管卡接在U型压箍的内部，U型固定卡固定在固定的场所，所以本发明能克服现有液压装置的活动关节部位相互连接的液压胶管之间容易发生相互的挤压、摩擦或扭曲、容易造成管路流体流通不畅、降低液压胶管的使用寿命、甚至因此而损坏液压胶管的缺陷。

具体实施方式
   一种液压胶管固定与保护装置，它包括：U型固定卡（1）、软橡胶套（2）、螺钉（3）、U型压箍（4），其中，U型固定卡（1）可以采用冲压件或塑料件制成，在U型固定卡（1）的内部开档部位用螺钉（3）安装固定两个U型压箍（4），所述的U型压箍（4）为圆管制成，在U型压箍（4）的外圆上包裹有软橡胶套。

1.一种液压胶管固定与保护装置，其特征在于：它包括U型固定卡（1）、软橡胶套（2）、螺钉（3）、U型压箍（4），在U型固定卡（1）的内部开档部位用螺钉（3）安装固定两个U型压箍（4），U型压箍（4）为圆管制成，在U型压箍（4）的外圆上包裹有软橡胶套。
