Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型止回阀,其特征在于,在阀球的表面包覆橡胶,阀球放置在阀体内,在阀座上设置挡块,阀座和接口管分别穿过密封圈套在阀体两端。通过以上设置,本发明不仅可以提高阀体的密封性,而且降低了阀球对阀座和阀体的冲击,减小了液体在阀内流动时的噪音;阀座与阀体为分离式设计,其中一个部件损坏时只需要更换损坏部件即可,有利于节约成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,具体说是一种用于防止液体回流的止回阀。
背景技术
目前用于防止液体回流的止回阀在工业上应用比较广泛,但普通的回止阀球阀、阀座和阀体多为金属,密封性较低,液体在阀内流动时容易带动阀球撞击阀座和阀体发出噪音,而且普通的回止阀阀座与阀体为一体设计不能分离,阀座和阀体其中一个部件损坏需要整体更换,不利于节约成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是提供一种便于更换密封性好噪音低的回止阀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明在阀球的表面包覆橡胶,阀球放置在阀体内,在阀座上设置挡块,阀座和接口管分别穿过密封圈套在阀体两端。
通过以上设置,本发明的阀球的表面包覆橡胶,不仅可以提高阀体的密封性,而且降低了阀球对阀座和阀体的冲击,减小了液体在阀内流动时的噪音;上述阀座与阀体为分离式设计,其中一个部件损坏时只需要更换损坏部件即可,有利于节约成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明在阀球1的表面包覆橡胶2,阀球1放置在阀体3内,在阀座4上设置挡块5,阀座4和接口管6分别穿过密封圈7套在阀体3两端。通过以上设置,当液体由左侧流向右侧时,由于挡块5的作用,使阀球1不能堵住阀座4,液体顺利从左侧流向右侧;当液体从右侧流向左侧时,液体带动阀球1向左侧流动,直至阀球1将接口管6完全堵住,此时液体停止流向左侧,进而实现了阀体3内液体的单向流动的目的。
