本发明公开了一种耐久性阻燃海绵及其制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:一种耐久性阻燃海绵,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:乙烯基聚合物接枝聚醚多元醇 105-115、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯50-60、超细硫酸钡5-6、氢氧化铝粉末5-6、N,N-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺3.2-3.5、有机硅泡沫稳定剂0.3-0.7、二聚环戊二烯0.6-0.8、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1.6-1.8、防老剂OD 0.1-0.3、促进剂DM 0.25-0.35、改性剂3.0-3.5和水9-13;本发明具有优良的柔软性、弹性、防油性、耐水性的特点,氢氧化铝作为阻燃剂不仅能阻燃,而且可以防止发烟、不产生滴下物、不产生有毒气体,而且原料中添加了多种防老剂,大大延迟海绵的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种海绵的制备方法,具体涉及一种耐久性阻燃海绵及其制备方法。
背景技术
海绵制品已经在人们生活中逐渐普及,其中有海绵制作的座椅、沙发、床垫等家居物品,乙烯基聚合物接枝聚醚多元醇多元醇是生产聚氨酯海绵的主要原料,现有的聚氨酯海绵生产一般采用的乙烯基聚合物接枝聚醚多元醇多元醇通常采用石油类乙烯基聚合物接枝聚醚多元醇多元醇,然而石油类乙烯基聚合物接枝聚醚多元醇多元醇制成的聚氨酯稳定性高,自然状态下难以分解;使之不具有可降解性,不利于环境保护和可持续发展,随着海绵制品的应用领域的扩大,市场需要大量的海绵供给,由于现行的海绵存在很多性能缺陷,使用海绵就存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐久性阻燃海绵及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种耐久性阻燃海绵,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:乙烯基聚合物接枝聚醚多元醇  105-115、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯50-60、超细硫酸钡5-6、氢氧化铝粉末5-6、N,N-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺3.2-3.5、有机硅泡沫稳定剂0.3-0.7、二聚环戊二烯0.6-0.8、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1.6-1.8、防老剂OD  0.1-0.3、促进剂DM  0.25-0.35、改性剂3.0-3.5和水9-13。
所述的改性剂的制备方法为:将25-30重量份水加入反应容器,加热到 80-90℃;取羧甲基纤维素2-3重量份加入水中,搅拌溶解,再加入0.1-0.15重量份纳米碳粉、1.2-1.3重量份吗啉、1-1.2重量份聚氧乙烯醚、1-2重量份丙烯酸,搅拌均匀,降温至20-30℃,加入0.2-0.3重量份的过硫酸钠,搅拌均匀,反应30-45分钟,然后,再加入1-2重量份儿茶酚、0.1-0.2重量份2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮,继续搅拌反应45-60分钟,即得。
所述的耐久性阻燃海绵的制备方法,其特征在于先将上述配方量的乙烯基聚合物接枝聚醚多元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二聚环戊二烯、改性剂投入混合器中混合,搅拌均匀,并加热至30 -40 ℃,再将上述配方量的其它剩余成分投入混合器中混合,高速搅拌3-4分钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到耐久性阻燃海绵。
本发明的改性剂能增加海绵的耐腐蚀、霉变生菌性能及柔软性与回弹性。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明具有优良的柔软性、弹性、防油性、耐水性的特点,氢氧化铝作为阻燃剂不仅能阻燃,而且可以防止发烟、不产生滴下物、不产生有毒气体,而且原料中添加了多种防老剂,大大延迟海绵的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
实施例1:耐久性阻燃海绵,其组成原料的重量份(kg)为:乙烯基聚合物接枝聚醚多元醇  115、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯60、超细硫酸钡5、氢氧化铝粉末5、N,N-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺3.5、有机硅泡沫稳定剂0.3、二聚环戊二烯0.6、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1.6、防老剂OD  0.3、促进剂DM  0.25、改性剂3.0和水13。
所述的改性剂的制备方法为:将25重量份水加入反应容器,加热到 80-90℃;取羧甲基纤维素2重量份加入水中,搅拌溶解,再加入0.1重量份纳米碳粉、1.2重量份吗啉、1重量份聚氧乙烯醚、1重量份丙烯酸,搅拌均匀,降温至20-30℃,加入0.3重量份的过硫酸钠,搅拌均匀,反应30-45分钟,然后,再加入1重量份儿茶酚、0.2重量份2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮,继续搅拌反应45-60分钟,即得。
所述的耐久性阻燃海绵的制备方法,其特征在于先将上述配方量的乙烯基聚合物接枝聚醚多元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二聚环戊二烯、改性剂投入混合器中混合,搅拌均匀,并加热至30 -40 ℃,再将上述配方量的其它剩余成分投入混合器中混合,高速搅拌3-4分钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到耐久性阻燃海绵。
    通过上述实施例1制得的海绵性能数据如下:硬度50Kpa,回弹41%。

1.一种耐久性阻燃海绵,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:乙烯基聚合物接枝聚醚多元醇  105-115、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯50-60、超细硫酸钡5-6、氢氧化铝粉末5-6、N,N-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺3.2-3.5、有机硅泡沫稳定剂0.3-0.7、二聚环戊二烯0.6-0.8、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1.6-1.8、防老剂OD  0.1-0.3、促进剂DM  0.25-0.35、改性剂3.0-3.5和水9-13;
所述的改性剂的制备方法为:将25-30重量份水加入反应容器,加热到 80-90℃;取羧甲基纤维素2-3重量份加入水中,搅拌溶解,再加入0.1-0.15重量份纳米碳粉、1.2-1.3重量份吗啉、1-1.2重量份聚氧乙烯醚、1-2重量份丙烯酸,搅拌均匀,降温至20-30℃,加入0.2-0.3重量份的过硫酸钠,搅拌均匀,反应30-45分钟,然后,再加入1-2重量份儿茶酚、0.1-0.2重量份2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮,继续搅拌反应45-60分钟,即得。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的耐久性阻燃海绵的制备方法,其特征在于先将上述配方量的乙烯基聚合物接枝聚醚多元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二聚环戊二烯、改性剂投入混合器中混合,搅拌均匀,并加热至30 -40 ℃,再将上述配方量的其它剩余成分投入混合器中混合,高速搅拌3-4分钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到耐久性阻燃海绵。
