本发明涉及一种方向盘，具体涉及地是一种应用在叉车上的方向盘手柄总成。   
背景技术
方向盘手柄总成在叉车上是一个重要的组成部件，使用者在驾驶叉车的过程中，通过控制方向盘手柄总成上的手柄来实现对叉车运行方向的控制。由此可见，方向盘手柄总成的使用手感对使用者来说显得尤为重要，但是目前所使用的方向盘手柄总成其整体结构复杂，外在形状不够美观，且使用者操控手柄时，手感不佳，这样会加重使用者驾驶叉车的疲劳感。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题，本发明的目的是：提出了一种应用在叉车上的方向盘手柄总成。   
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的：一种方向盘手柄总成，包括方向盘外壳、方向盘手柄和方向盘轴盘，所述方向盘手柄设置在方向盘外壳的边缘圆角所在的位置处；所述方向盘轴盘设置在方向盘外壳的内部，并与方向盘手柄连接；所述方向盘外壳的中部设置有方向盘螺栓孔盖，并与设置在方向盘外壳内侧的方向盘轴盘固定。
进一步地，所述方向盘螺栓孔盖与方向盘轴盘之间通过环形阵列有的三个螺栓来实现固定作用。
进一步地，所述方向盘螺栓孔盖向下覆盖住方向盘轴盘。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点：  
本发明方案所述的方向盘手柄总成整体结构简约，实用，给使用者以舒适的操作手感；且方向盘螺栓孔盖的设计，一方面便于了对方向盘轴盘的安装操作，另一方面又可以使方向盘手柄总成整体看起来有层次感，给使用者以轻巧的视角感受；进而可以减轻使用者的操作疲劳感。

附图1、2为本发明所述的一种方向盘手柄总成，包括方向盘外壳1、方向盘手柄2和方向盘轴盘3，所述方向盘手柄2设置在方向盘外壳的边缘圆角处；所述方向盘轴盘设置在方向盘外壳1的内部，并与方向盘手柄2连接；所述方向盘外壳1的中部设置有方向盘螺栓孔盖4，并与设置在方向盘外壳1内侧的方向盘轴盘3固定。
其中所述方向盘螺栓孔盖4与方向盘轴盘3之间通过环形阵列有的三个螺栓5来实现固定作用，这种结构的固定方式，其不仅可以保证固定的强度，而且安装起来方便，所采用的材料少；所述方向盘螺栓孔盖4向下覆盖住方向盘轴盘3。
本发明所述的方向盘手柄总成整体结构简约，实用，给使用者以舒适的操作手感；且方向盘螺栓孔盖4的设计，一方面便于了对方向盘轴盘3的安装操作，另一方面又可以使方向盘手柄总成整体看起来有层次感，给使用者以轻巧的视角感受；进而可以减轻使用者的操作疲劳感。

1.一种方向盘手柄总成，其特征在于：包括方向盘外壳、方向盘手柄和方向盘轴盘，所述方向盘手柄设置在方向盘外壳的边缘圆角所在的位置处；所述方向盘轴盘设置在方向盘外壳的内部，并与方向盘手柄连接；所述方向盘外壳的中部设置有方向盘螺栓孔盖，并与设置在方向盘外壳内侧的方向盘轴盘固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方向盘手柄总成，其特征在于：所述方向盘螺栓孔盖与方向盘轴盘之间通过环形阵列有的三个螺栓来实现固定作用。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方向盘手柄总成，其特征在于：所述方向盘螺栓孔盖向下覆盖住方向盘轴盘。
