本发明涉及一种调料罐。
背景技术
调料罐是日常生活中常见的家用物品，通常会被用来存放盐、味精、糖等等调料，随着人们对生活要求的不断提高，调料罐的样式也变得多种多样，塑料的、玻璃的、金属的等等，但这些调料罐只是外观的不同，其内在的结构基本完全一致，因此，在实际使用过程中，人们就发现了调料罐的一个缺点，当调料罐内的调料装得较满时，在倾倒调料时，就显得很不方便，时常是倒了半天，也倒不出一点调料，使用很不方便。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题，本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单，能够方便倒取调料的调料罐。
本发明为了解决上述技术问题采用以下技术方案：本发明设计了一种调料罐，包括罐本体、以及设置在罐本体开口上的罐盖，罐盖表面设有数个倾倒孔；还包括立杆和振动板；其中，立杆竖直设置在罐本体中的底部，振动板上设置通孔，振动板通过通孔套在立杆上，振动板在罐本体内沿立杆上下移动，立杆的顶端设置限位突起，对振动板的移动进行限位。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案：所述立杆的长度与所述罐本体的高度相一致。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案：所述立杆竖直设置在罐本体中的底部的中间，所述通孔设置在所述振动板的中央位置。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案：所述振动板的面积与所述罐本体底部的面积相一致。
本发明所述一种调料罐采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比，具有以下技术效果：
（1）本发明设计的调料罐，结构简单，通过设置可移动的振动板，使得晃动调料罐时，振动板能够对罐中的调料进行振动，促进调料罐中的调料由罐盖表面的倾倒孔倒出，使得调料罐的使用变得更加方便；
（2）本发明设计的调料罐中，设计立杆的长度与所述罐本体的高度相一致，使得振动板有足够的移动空间，保证了实际应用中，振动板能够对调料进行有效的振动，进一步保证了调料罐的使用方便性；
（3）本发明设计的调料罐中，设计立杆竖直设置在罐本体中的底部的中间，所述通孔设置在所述振动板的中央位置，有效保证了振动板对调料振动作用的均匀性；并且振动板的面积与所述罐本体底部的面积相一致，保证了振动板能够同时对调料罐中更多的调料进行振动，进而提高了调料罐的使用效率。

下面结合说明书附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明。 
如图1所示，本发明设计了一种调料罐，包括罐本体1、以及设置在罐本体1开口上的罐盖2，罐盖2表面设有数个倾倒孔5；还包括立杆3和振动板4；其中，立杆3竖直设置在罐本体1中的底部，振动板4上设置通孔，振动板4通过通孔套在立杆3上，振动板4在罐本体1内沿立杆3上下移动，立杆3的顶端设置限位突起，对振动板4的移动进行限位。
本发明设计的调料罐，结构简单，通过设置可移动的振动板4，使得晃动调料罐时，振动板4能够对罐中的调料进行振动，促进调料罐中的调料由罐盖2表面的倾倒孔5倒出，使得调料罐的使用变得更加方便。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案：所述立杆3的长度与所述罐本体1的高度相一致，使得振动板4有足够的移动空间，保证了实际应用中，振动板4能够对调料进行有效的振动，进一步保证了调料罐的使用方便性。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案：所述立杆3竖直设置在罐本体1中的底部的中间，所述通孔设置在所述振动板4的中央位置。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案：所述振动板4的面积与所述罐本体1底部的面积相一致。
本发明设计的调料罐中，设计立杆3竖直设置在罐本体1中的底部的中间，所述通孔设置在所述振动板4的中央位置，有效保证了振动板4对调料振动作用的均匀性；并且振动板4的面积与所述罐本体1底部的面积相一致，保证了振动板4能够同时对调料罐中更多的调料进行振动，进而提高了调料罐的使用效率。
本发明设计的调料罐在实际应用过程当中，打开罐盖2，将调料倒入罐本体1中，盖上罐盖2，使用时，抓起调料罐进行晃动，罐本体1中的振动板4就会沿着立杆3不停的来回移动，来回移动的振动板4就会不断地对调料进行振动，这样就促进了调料由罐盖2上的倾倒孔5中倒出，这样，当向罐本体1中灌了过多的调料时，也可以通过晃动调料罐，带动振动板4对调料进行振动，促进调料从倾倒孔5中倒出，避免出现倒不出调料的情况。
与此同时，设置在立杆3顶端的限位突起，对振动板4的移动进行限位，防止振动板4在使用过程中，因为乱放而丢失，充分考虑到了使用过程的人性化。
本发明设计的调料罐，结构简单，基于现有调料罐的结构，只做稍许改动，增设立杆3，以及在立杆3上移动的振动板4，即可有效提高调料的倾倒效率，让使用变得更加方便。

1. 一种调料罐，包括罐本体（1）、以及设置在罐本体（1）开口上的罐盖（2），罐盖（2）表面设有数个倾倒孔（5）；其特征在于：还包括立杆（3）和振动板（4）；其中，立杆（3）竖直设置在罐本体（1）中的底部，振动板（4）上设置通孔，振动板（4）通过通孔套在立杆（3）上，振动板（4）在罐本体（1）内沿立杆（3）上下移动，立杆（3）的顶端设置限位突起，对振动板（4）的移动进行限位。
2. 根据权利要求1所述一种调料罐，其特征在于：所述立杆（3）的长度与所述罐本体（1）的高度相一致。
3. 根据权利要求1所述一种调料罐，其特征在于：所述立杆（3）竖直设置在罐本体（1）中的底部的中间，所述通孔设置在所述振动板（4）的中央位置。
