Abstract

本发明涉及一种淋浴花洒的控制装置。具体包括两个可控阀门、红外线探测模块、电源模块、控制模块、存储模块和处理模块。可控阀门分别安装于花洒的热水进水口和冷水进水口所述的红外线探测模块有两组相同的探测单元，处于同一水平位置；控制模块用于驱动可控阀门工作；可控阀门、红外线探测模块、控制模块、存储模块均与处理模块电气连接。根据两个红外线探测单元的探测结果组合现实水温的调节和水量的调节，非接触控制，方便实用。

本发明涉及一种淋浴花洒的控制装置。
背景技术
淋浴花洒在人们的日常生活中起到了很重要的作用，而现有的淋浴花洒均需要人们手动的控制花洒，水量的大小、温度等等，如何实现非接触式的控制是本发明要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述背景技术的不足，提出了一种淋浴花洒的控制装置。
一种淋浴花洒的控制装置，包括两个可控阀门、红外线探测模块、电源模块、控制模块、存储模块和处理模块。
所述的可控阀门分别安装于花洒的热水进水口和冷水进水口；
所述的红外线探测模块有两组相同的探测单元，处于同一水平位置；
所述的控制模块用于驱动可控阀门工作；
所述的可控阀门、红外线探测模块、控制模块、存储模块均与处理模块电气连接。
所述的电源模块为整个装置提供电源。
本发明的有益效果在于：实现淋浴花洒的非接触控制，解放出双手，方便实用。

下面结合附图1对本发明进行解释。
一种淋浴花洒的控制装置，包括两个可控阀门F1和F2、红外线探测模块2、电源模块3、控制模块4、存储模块5和处理模块6。
所述的红外线探测模块有两组相同的探测单元2Z和2Y，处于同一水平位置；作为优选，所述的红外线探测模块水平安装。
所述的处理模块6可以采用ARM芯片及其外围电路实现。
本发明的工作流程如下:
1、电源开启，装置工作，处理模块通过控制模块控制阀门F1和F2分别处于三分之一开启状态；
2、若水温刚好，则进入步骤3；若水温较热，则身体仅靠近2Z红外线探测单元并保持，处理模块通过控制模块仅控制阀门F1逐渐增大其开启状态，若水温合适则进入步骤3，若水温较冷，则身体仅靠近2Y红外线探测单元并保持，处理模块通过控制模块仅控制阀门F2逐渐增大其开启状态，若水温合适则进入步骤3，
3、若水温刚好，则调节水量，若要增大水量，则身体同时靠近红外线探测单元2Z和2Y并保持，2秒后处理模块通过控制模块同时控制阀门F1和F2逐渐增大其开启状态直至其中一个阀门达到最大开启状态，若要减小水量，则身体同时靠近红外线探测单元2Z和2Y保持2秒后离开，处理模块通过控制模块同时控制阀门F1和F2逐渐减小其开启状态直至想要的水量。
d、使用完成后，关闭电源。

1.一种淋浴花洒的控制装置，其特征在于：包括第一可控阀门、第二可控阀门、红外线探测模块、电源模块、控制模块、存储模块和处理模块；所述的第一、第二可控阀门分别安装于花洒的热水进水口和冷水进水口；所述的控制模块用于驱动第一、第二可控阀门工作；所述的第一可控阀门、第二可控阀门、红外线探测模块、控制模块、存储模块均与处理模块电气连接；所述的电源模块为整个装置提供电源；红外线探测模块包括第一红外线探测单元（2Z）和第二红外线探测单元（2Y）；
所述的淋浴花洒的控制装置的工作步骤如下：
a、电源开启，装置工作，处理模块通过控制模块控制第一、第二可控阀门（Fl和F2）分别处于三分之一开启状态；
b、若水温刚好，则进入步骤c；若水温较热，则身体仅靠近第一红外线探测单元（2Z）并保持，处理模块通过控制模块仅控制第一可控阀门（Fl）逐渐增大其开启状态，若水温合适则进入步骤c，若水温较冷，则身体仅靠近第二红外线探测单元（2Y）并保持，处理模块通过控制模块仅控制第二可控阀门（F2）逐渐增大其开启状态，若水温合适则进入步骤c；
c、若水温刚好，则调节水量，若要增大水量，则身体同时靠近第一、第二红外线探测单元（2Z和2Y）并保持，2秒后处理模块通过控制模块同时控制第一、第二可控阀门（Fl和F2）逐渐增大其开启状态直至其中一个阀门达到最大开启状态，若要减小水量，则身体同时靠近第一、第二红外线探测单元(2Z和2Y)保持2秒后离开，处理模块通过控制模块同时控制第一、第二可控阀门(Fl和F2)逐渐减小其开启状态直至想要的水量；
d、使用完成后，关闭电源。
2.根据权利要求l所述的淋浴花洒的控制装置，其特征在于：所述的红外线探测模块有两组相同的探测单元，处于同一水平位置；作为优选，所述的红外线探测模块水平安装。
3.根据权利要求l所述的淋浴花洒的控制装置，其特征在于：所述的处理模块采用ARM芯片及其外围电路实现。
