Abstract

Description

具有热保护的电气设备
本发明涉及一种热保护的电气设备。一方面,它包括一个接触器,其一个壁被延伸在固定底座中间,该底座具有适合与型材轨结合的、并能借助一工具打开的锁钩,该接触器在靠近它的前端面有一些电源端子和至少一个信号端子,另一方面,它包括一个带有连接平面的热继电器,该连接平面带有一些导电插头,该插头适合插入这些电源端子以形成电气连接。为了固定该继电器,将这个平面放置在紧近接触器壁处。
在遵循上述结构并已广泛地用于电动机供电的先有设备中,为了有通路进入该固定锁钩并更换该装置,需把热继电器与接触器相分离;这个需求是由于该锁钩通常是被安置在接触器的对称平面上的缘故,而其本身是通过该热继电器的一个区域,该热继电器包含有将其连接到接触器一些端子的一些导电插头。
这种结构如在美国专利4,698,726中所公开的,尚且存在一个缺点,即其内的两个接触器在机械上是相互结合在一起的。
实际上,更换一个接触器并不是很频繁的操作,因为所选的电源开关的触点的操作周期数明显地大于有效使用的触点操作周期数;然而,设计者必须考虑到可能出现的电磁线圈的变坏和控制柜内重新组织设备的需求,以便于维修人员操作。
本发明力图向用户提供一种保护开关设备,它的总体结构遵循上述的结构,但其中采取一些措施以适应各种需要。
这样的电气设备,具体地说,包括:
一个接触器,具有:一个固定基座,该基座设置在用以把该电气设备固定在一个型材轨上的装置上;一个前端面,它相对于该基座延伸;以及侧表面,含有一个第一结合表面,该第一结合表面在该基座与该前端面之间延伸,并在该前端面附近含有一排端子,其中包括电源端子和至少一个信号端子,所述的固定装置包括一个锁钩,该锁钩设在从所述的第一结合表面突出的一个控制装置上,及
一个热继电器,具有一个第二结合表面,其上设有一些导电插头,这些导电插头设置得可在该热继电器被组装就位时能与所述的电源端子啮合和固定,所述的第二结合表面朝向所述的第一结合表面并在该第一结合表面的紧近处,所述的导电插头的作用是确保在所述的接触器与所述的热继电器之间的电气连接和机械固定,
根据本发明,所述的电气设备其特征在于:
该锁钩的所述的控制装置从该接触器的所述第一结合表面突出,在位于基座附近和由所述的结合表面和另一个侧表面形成的一个边沿附近的一个区域内,在所述的信号端子之下;
所述的第二结合表面具有一个边沿并且沿着该边沿设有一个凹槽,以形成一个通道,该通道垂直于所述的基座并且沿着穿过所述信号端子和通过所述的控制装置的一个轴而延伸,该通道可为一个工具提供通路来打开所述的锁钩。
参照以下二个附图阅读以下的描述将对本发明更加明了:
图1示出一种保护开关设备的正视图,在该图中,接触器和继电器是分离开的;和
图2示出图1所示的该设备的左视图,在该图中,接触器和继电器是联结在一起的。
一个保护开关设备1是由一个能使多相电流通到负载(例如一个电机)的接触器2和一个能对低的持续过载电流起反应的热继电器3构成的。
接触器2固定到一个型材轨4上,该型材轨固定到墙或板(例如标号5)上。
该接触器2有第一组电源开关,其输入端子和输出端子分别以标号6、7、8和9、10、11示出;和第二组信号开关(图1表示仅含一个开关),第二信号开关有一个输入端子13,和一个输出端子14。
接触器的外壳12在它在底座15下面有一个凹槽16,并由一个固定边沿17限制住,在它的对面,容纳一个有弹性的可移动钩或锁钩20的末端18(见图2)。这个末端和这个边沿被啮合定位到型材轨4的折缘21、22上(见图1)。该锁钩20有一个悬臂23和一个操作眼状物(或操作凹口)24,它相对于接触器的对称平面PP′是被横向偏置的。
这种偏置可使悬臂和/或凹口直达外壳12边壁25的平面,但并不一定意味着:锁钩20的末端18本身基本上是相对于平面PP′被偏置的。
然而,这种横向偏置使该操作凹口24接近于壁25,在该壁旁安装了辅助开关的端子13、14。
该热继电器3的外壳26以其上的一个面27对置在接触器的一个表面28上,具有三个突出的导电插头31、32、33,它们的间距和长度被选择得能插入端子9、10、11,而且在此能被相应的螺钉箝制住。
这些插头构成下述电流回路的输入,亦即该回路由双金属片组成的并在其对面29上的输出端子35、36、37终止。
必需指出,设在这些端子上螺钉附近的数目字与所述部件的标号无关,它们相应于被选作识别其功能的标准化标号。当继电器3与接触器2相接合时,该平面PP′实际上形成了这二个部件所共有的一个对称平面。
在表面27的一边区设置一个凹槽或通道30。它的定位面对着辅助开关端子14,但并不妨碍包含插头31、32、33的区域38。最好使这个通道敞开到热继电器的一个侧面19上,该侧面延伸在接触器的侧表面25上。
当该接触器和该热继电器相连结合时(见图2),这个通道实际上垂直于型材轨的固定平面RR′而延伸,该通道由表面27、28的紧接靠近所限定,并使在继电器3前端面43(在接触器的前端面44的邻近)和操作凹口24之间能够通入一个工具(例如一个改锥40),以便在G方向传递一个移动运动,以释放锁钩20的末端18。
如图2所示,该热继电器的机械固定其一部分是由夹入端子的插头提供的,并由从表面27突出一个钩子41穿入到平面28内敞开的凹口42来完成的。

Claims (2)

1.一种具有热保护的电气设备,它包括:
一个接触器,该接触器具有:一个底座,该底座上设有固定装置,用以将所述电气设备固定在一条型材轨道上;一个前表面,在上述底座的对面延伸;以及各个侧面,它包括一个第一连接面,延伸在上述底座和上述前表面之间,上述第一连接面包括一排端子,设在上述前表面附近,这些端子包括电源端子和至少一种信号端子;上述的固定装置包括一个锁钩,该锁钩设有控制装置,该控制装置从上述第一连接面伸出,
一个热继电器,它包括:一个第二连接面,其上设有并排排列的导电柱,以在上述热继电器位于一个装好位置时,可使导电柱在上述电源端子中啮合和固定,第二连接面朝着上述的第一连接面,并紧紧相邻,上述导电柱在上述接触器和上述热继电器之间承担电气连接和机械固定的作用,
其特征在于:
上述锁钩的控制装置从上述接触器的第一连接面伸出,位于靠近上述底座和靠近由上述连接面与另一侧面所形成的边沿的区域内,在上述信号端子的下面;
上述第二连接面有一个边沿并且沿上述边沿设有一个凹槽,以形成一个通道,该通道垂直于上述底座,沿着一个轴线延伸,该轴线经过上述信号端子的前面并穿过所述控制装置,上述通道可使一个工具出入以使上述锁钩开锁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电气设置,其特征在于,上述的信号端子靠近接触器的一个边壁,其中,上述的凹槽终止于上述热继电器的横向表面,向着一个锁钩的凹口延伸,该锁钩相对于该继电器和该接触器所共有的界面是横向偏置的。
