When upper cover (300) departs from container (1), being tightly connected of block (130) and storage pipe (200) only can nonrotationally disconnect because of moving up of storage pipe (200), and additive is by bottom and the discharge orifice discharge of the storage pipe (200) opened.

A upper cover (300), the ridge projections of upper cover (300) inside face supports shoulder shape structure (210) and prevents that storage pipe (200) from rotating, upper cover (300) is connected with bottom (100) with storage pipe (200), the block (130) of bottom (100) is hinged to hinged joint (150) storage pipe (200) lower end around, when being connected with bottom (100), upper cover (300) only allows storage pipe (200) move down
When upper cover (300) departs from container (1), block (130) and storage are managed being tightly connected of (200) and only can nonrotationally be disconnected because of moving up of storage pipe (200), block (130) and storage pipe (200) are opened by hinged joint (150), and additive is discharged by storage pipe (200) bottom of opening.
3. container cover according to claim 2, an auxiliary discharge orifice (230) is arranged on extension pipe (120) lower edge, not identical with hinged joint (150) position of extension pipe (120).
4. container cover according to claim 1 and 2, outlet (2) inwall of extension pipe (120) outer wall and container (1) is set to side and is connected, and realizes complementary sealing.
5. container cover according to claim 1 and 2, upper cover (300) comprises an enclosing cover (310), enclosing cover (310) has crooked interior stage structure (312), the shoulder shape structure of upper cover (300) is radially dwindled, when upper cover (300) connects bottom (100), the promptly flange (110) of bottom (100) is pressed and sealed to interior stage structure (312), and a projection lid (320) makes progress with vertical direction from interior stage structure (312); The shoulder shape structure (210) of storage pipe (200) adapts with the madial wall of projection lid (320); Ridge projections (322) is at the madial wall of projection lid (320), for storage pipe (200) provides up/down to move power.
