一种模拟真火的电子发光装置
技术领域
本发明涉及真火模拟技术领域，具体讲是一种模拟真火的电子发光装置。
背景技术
目前，各种模拟真火的电子发光产品广泛应用于装饰品、玩具等日常生活用品中，相较于传统的真实明火，这种模拟发光产品要安全得多，而且可以根据需要进行有节制的操控，为人们的生活带来了更多的乐趣。但就模拟烛光的电子发光装置而言，其除了最外层的外壳之外，在其内部还通过多层壳体对内部零件进行安装布置，结构复杂，而且成本也比较高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是，提供一种结构简单、成本较低的模拟真火的电子发光装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的技术方案为：包括真火片、发光元件、驱动发光元件晃动的电动机构、通过支撑结构支撑晃动或静止的发光元件的底座支架，所述的真火片安装于底座支架上，该真火片的上部为仿真火部分，所述的发光元件照射真火片的仿真火部分。
所述的电动机构包括电动机、偏心安装在电动机输出轴上的偏心轮，所述的电动机安装在发光元件根部的支架上。
所述的支撑结构为两端分别安装在底座支架上的支撑杆和设在发光元件根部或发光元件的支架上端的通孔或开叉口，所述的发光元件通过通孔或开叉口套装于支撑杆上自由晃动。
所述的真火片的根部设有挂板，该挂板设有便于电动机构或发光元件的支架碰触以使挂板晃动而最终带动真火片晃动的碰壁，所述的真火片经设在挂板上部或真火片根部的通孔或开叉口套装于支撑杆上自由晃动或局部转动。
采用以上结构后，本发明具有如下优点：本发明的模拟真火的电子发光装置通过用更为简洁的支架结构替代原先装置中的多层壳体结构进行支撑，不但结构更为简洁，且有利于降低成本，发光元件在电动机构的驱动下形成晃动光源并照射在真火片上能形成非常逼真的真火效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
如图所示，一种模拟真火的电子发光装置，包括真火片1、发光元件2、驱动发光元件2晃动的电动机构、通过支撑结构支撑晃动或静止的发光元件2的底座支架3。所述的真火片1安装于底座支架3上。该真火片1的上部为仿真火部分1.1，所述的发光元件2照射真火片1的仿真火部分1.1。
所述的电动机构包括电动机4、偏心安装在电动机4输出轴上的偏心轮6，所述的电动机4安装在发光元件2根部的支架2.1上。其中偏心安装是指偏心轮6的中心轴线与电动机4输出轴的中心轴线不在同一直线上，即不同轴，两中心轴线之间留有距离，而偏心轮6也设计成非全轮体状，即切掉了一部分轮体。采用该结构设计的偏心轮6偏心效果更加显著，从而形成的晃动效果更佳。
所述的支撑结构为两端分别安装在底座支架3上的支撑杆7和设在发光元件2根部或设在发光元件2的支架2.1上端的通孔（未标记）或开叉口（未显示），所述的发光元件2通过通孔或开叉口套装于支撑杆7上自由晃动。
作为本实施例的改进方案，所述的真火片1的根部设有挂板8，也就是说挂板8与真火片1的根部连接，该挂板8设有便于电动机构或发光元件2的支架2.1碰触以使挂板8晃动而最终带动真火片1晃动的碰壁9，该碰壁9为与挂板8垂直设置的平板。所述的真火片1经设在挂板8上部或真火片1根部的通孔（未标记）或开叉口（未显示）套装于支撑杆7上自由晃动或局部转动。
本发明采用电动机带动偏心安装的偏心轮实现真火片的晃动，为一种机械式晃动结构，不受外界磁力影响，可平稳保持发光元件晃动，因发光元件晃动，故发光元件发出的光源也是晃动的，该晃动的光源投射到真火片上后形成了非常逼真的真火效果，且该真火效果保持得非常平稳可靠，不会时小时大，且发光元件的晃动力度可根据电动机转速大小而调节，可满足使用者不同火力大小的需求。另外，本发明的真火片通过在挂板上设置便于与电动机构或发光元件的支架碰触的碰壁，从而在电动机构驱动发光元件晃动的同时通过电动机构或发光元件的支架不停碰触到碰壁而使真火片也晃动，这样本发明不但发光元件动，且真火片也跟着一起动，这样形成的晃动效果更有效，最终形成的真火效果更加显著、逼真。
本发明的模拟真火的电子发光装置作为产品使用时，还设有与电动机电连接的电路板10、整个机体底座11和机体外壳5、设置在机体底座11内给电动机供电的电池组（未显示）。所有部件组装后形成了如图1所示的模拟烛光的电子发光产品。
本发明使用时，启动电动机、带动偏心轮偏心旋转，偏心旋转的偏心轮带动支架、发光元件晃动，晃动的发光元件所产生的晃动光源投射到真火片上形成逼真的真火效果，同时真火片也在电动机构的碰触下产生晃动，和晃动的光源一起形成更加逼真的真火效果。

1.一种模拟真火的电子发光装置，其特征在于：包括真火片(1)、发光元件(2)、驱动发光元件(2)晃动的电动机构、通过支撑结构支撑晃动或静止的发光元件(2)的底座支架(3)，所述的真火片(1)安装于底座支架(3)上，该真火片(1)的上部为仿真火部分(1.1)，所述的发光元件(2)照射真火片(1)的仿真火部分(1.1)；所述的电动机构包括电动机(4)、偏心安装在电动机(4)输出轴上的偏心轮(6)，所述的电动机(4)安装在发光元件(2)根部的支架(2.1)上；所述的支撑结构为两端分别安装在底座支架(3)上的支撑杆(7)和设在发光元件(2)根部或发光元件(2)的支架(2.1)上端的通孔或开叉口，所述的发光元件(2)通过通孔或开叉口套装于支撑杆(7)上自由晃动；所述的真火片(1)的根部设有挂板(8)，该挂板(8)设有便于与电动机构或发光元件(2)的支架(2.1)碰触以使挂板(8)晃动而最终带动真火片(1)晃动的碰壁(9)，所述的真火片(1)经设在挂板(8)上部或真火片(1)根部的通孔或开叉口套装于支撑杆(7)上自由晃动或局部转动。
