Abstract
本发明涉及一种温度采集与控制分离式注塑机数字化远传温度测控系统。本发明包含数字化远传温度采集装置、数字化远传温度控制输出装置,数字化远传温度采集装置就近安装于热电偶处,通过通讯总线向远端主控制器或温度控制输出装置传递数字化温度信息;数字化远传温度控制输出装置就近安装于加热部件处,通讯总线接收远端主控制器或温度采集装置的温度控制参数或温度信息。本发明装置根据信号数量可安装多个,通过总线连接构成数字化远传温度测控系统网络,本发明成本低、精度高、抗干扰能力强。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于注塑机温度测控系统,具体涉及一种大型注塑机数字化远传温度测控系统。
背景技术
在注塑生产过程中,塑料原料的温度是影响产品质量的重要因素,其主要取决于注塑机螺杆筒和喷嘴两部分的温度。螺杆筒温度过高时,筒内的塑料会发生降解;螺杆筒温度过低时,塑料塑化不良,流动性差,制品成型性能不好。喷嘴温度过低会造成物料在喷嘴处堵塞,阻碍注塑过程的自动进行。因此注塑过程中的温度控制精度显得尤为重要。
在现有的注塑机温度数据采集系统中,普遍采用热电偶进行测量温度。热电偶采集到得电压信号,通过长距离传输线,接到距离热电偶很远的电气柜中的控制器上面去,再在控制器上进行温度采样和补偿。由于热电偶信号微弱,热电偶导线与电气柜中其他电气线路混杂在一起使得热电偶的微弱电压信号很容易被干扰,因此,远距离的热电偶信号传输,对于信号线的要求较高,而且容易产生温度的测量误差。另外,集中式的加热控制输出方式,也导致了大量加热输出线长距离走在机柜中,不便于机器的安装和布线。
对于大型注塑机,料筒较长,需要多路温度传感器和加热输出线,使用多路长导线,不仅影响精度,而且成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的上述不足,提供一种温度采集与控制分离式注塑机数字化远传温度测控系统。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的方案是:在注塑机注塑部件上增加一个专用的数字化温度远传装置,是具备温度信号采集、转换、变送的转接线盒,包括:热电偶信号滤波电路、信号放大补偿电路、AD转换电路、隔离电路,CPU、通讯电路、电源电路。该装置就近安装在热电偶测温点附近,热电偶输出接于装置的热电偶输入端子,实现近距离采集温度信号。热电偶信号接入装置后,通过滤波电路进行滤波,通过热电偶信号放大电路进行信号放大,并加入冷端补偿,后经过AD转换后通过装置内部的信号转换电路转成数字信号后通过总线方式输送到远端的主控制器和温度控制输出装置。在注塑机控制加热线圈的固态继电器附近增加一个数字远传温度控制装置,是具备数据接收、温控算法、输出控制的转接线盒,包括输出驱动电路、隔离电路、CPU电路、通讯电路、电源电路,通过串行总线与温度远传装置和主控制器相连。装置内CPU电路通过通讯电路从远端温度远传中取得温度信号,从远端控制器中取得控制参数,然后进行运算计算输出;该装置也可从远端控制器中取得控制输出数据直接输出。
本发明装置根据信号数量可安装多个,通过总线连接构成数字化远传温度测控系统网络,本发明成本低、精度高、抗干扰能力强。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例作详细说明。
如图1虚线框所示,本发明由多个数字化远传温度采集装置、数字化远传温度控制输出装置,通过总线连接与注塑机主控制器构成注塑机温控系统。
图2所示是数字化远传温度采集装置构成示意图,具备温度信号采集、转换、变送等功能,由热电偶信号滤波电路1、信号放大补偿电路2、AD转换电路3、隔离电路4,CPU5、通讯电路6和电源电路7构成。热电偶信号由T1-~T8-、T1+~T8+接线端子接入到热电偶信号滤波电路,热电偶信号滤波电路为低通滤波器,滤除机器运行过程中的高频干扰及热电偶的长引线拾取的RF干扰。热电偶信号放大电路由集成冷结温度补偿的精密热电偶放大器构成,放大电路采用集成冷结温度补偿的精密热电偶放大器,将热电偶的微弱输入电压信号通过补偿和放大,输出5mV/℃的电压信号。AD转换电路实时转换热电偶信号放大电路输出的电压信号,得到12位以上的AD转换结果。隔离电路将CPU电路、通讯电路等数字信号与热电偶信号采集放大相关的模拟电路隔离开,防止数字信号对模拟电路的干扰。CPU负责分时控制数字电路与模拟电路的通讯时序控制,读取AD转换电路的结果,并控制通讯电路通过C1~C4发送给远端的主控制器和温度控制输出装置。通讯电路采用CAN总线(也可以是以太网等),由CPU控制主动发送采集到的温度数据,有多个装置一起安装时,也由该通讯电路构成远传网络。电源电路(7)通过P1~P4输入电源信号,产生采集装置所需的工作模拟和数字电源。
图3所示为数字化远传温度控制输出装置,具备数据接收、温控算法、输出控制功能,包括输出驱动电路11、隔离电路12、CPU电路13、通讯电路14、电源电路15。输出驱动电路将CPU电路给出的输出控制信号通过端子Y1~Y8-和Y1+~Y8+端子控制外部固态继电器或交流接触器等执行加热指令,使用MOSFET输出(或三极管)。隔离电路通过光耦将CPU电路、通讯电路等数字信号与热电偶信号采集放大相关的模拟电路隔离开,防止数字信号对模拟电路的干扰。CPU电路采用嵌入式处理器,内嵌温度控制算法,将接受到的实际温度值与温度设定值进行比较后计算加热输出控制量,并转换为0或1信号通过隔离电路控制输出驱动电路执行加热过程。通讯电路通过C1~C4接收远端的主控制器温度控制参数及远传温度采集装置采集的温度值,采用CAN总线(也可以是以太网等)。电源电路通过P1~P4输入电源信号,产生温度控制输出装置所需电源。
Claims (1)
1. 温度采集与控制分离式注塑机数字化远传温度测控系统,包含数字化远传温度采集装置、数字化远传温度控制输出装置,其特征在于:数字化远传温度采集装置就近安装于热电偶处,通过通讯总线向远端主控制器或温度控制输出装置传递数字化温度信息;数字化远传温度控制输出装置就近安装于加热部件处,通讯总线接收远端主控制器或温度采集装置的温度控制参数或温度信息;
所述的数字化远传温度采集装置包括热电偶信号滤波电路(1)、信号放大补偿电路(2)、AD转换电路(3)、第一隔离电路(4),第一CPU电路(5)、第一通讯电路(6)和第一电源电路(7);
热电偶信号由T1-~T8-、T1+~T8+接线端子接入到热电偶信号滤波电路(1),热电偶信号滤波电路(1)为低通滤波器,滤除机器运行过程中的高频干扰及热电偶的长引线拾取的RF干扰;信号放大补偿电路(2)由集成冷结温度补偿的精密热电偶放大器构成,放大电路采用集成冷结温度补偿的精密热电偶放大器,将热电偶的微弱输入电压信号通过补偿和放大,输出5mV/℃的电压信号;AD转换电路(3)实时转换信号放大补偿电路(2)输出的电压信号,得到12位以上的AD转换结果;第一隔离电路(4)将第一CPU电路、第一通讯电路的数字信号与热电偶信号采集放大的模拟电路隔离开,防止数字信号对模拟电路的干扰;第一CPU电路(5)负责分时控制数字电路与模拟电路的通讯时序控制,读取AD转换电路(3)的结果,并控制第一通讯电路(6)通过C1~C4发送给远端的主控制器和数字化远传温度控制输出装置;第一通讯电路(6)采用CAN总线或以太网,由第一CPU电路(5)控制主动发送采集到的温度数据;第一电源电路(7)通过P1~P4输入电源信号,产生采集装置所需的工作模拟和数字电源;
所述的数字化远传温度控制输出装置包括输出驱动电路(11)、第二隔离电路(12)、第二CPU电路(13)、第二通讯电路(14)和第二电源电路(15);
输出驱动电路(11)将第二CPU电路(13)给出的输出控制信号通过端子Y1-~Y8-和Y1+~Y8+端子控制外部固态继电器或交流接触器执行加热指令,使用MOSFET或三极管输出;第二隔离电路(12)通过光耦将第二CPU电路、第二通讯电路的数字信号与热电偶信号采集放大的模拟电路隔离开,防止数字信号对模拟电路的干扰;第二CPU电路(13)采用嵌入式处理器,内嵌温度控制算法,将接受到的实际温度值与温度设定值进行比较后计算加热输出控制量,并转换为0或1信号通过隔离电路控制输出驱动电路(11)执行加热过程;第二通讯电路(14)通过C1~C4接收远端的主控制器温度控制参数及数字化远传温度采集装置采集的温度值,采用CAN总线或以太网;第二电源电路(15)通过P1~P4输入电源信号,产生温度控制输出装置所需电源。
