Abstract

本发明公开了一种反共振振动筛,它包括有一个三角形筛架,在三角形筛架的斜面上经一套减振装置安装有一个长条形主振架,在主振架下面前后对称安装有一个同步激振器,在筛架的一侧与两个激振器相配合用电机架安装有相应的电机,在主振架上面安装有一个筛箱,在筛箱与主振架之间连接有均布的钢板簧。本发明用高弹性钢板簧使共振筛箱获得较高的加速度振动频率,能有效防止筛孔堵塞,特别适合对细粘湿矿石物料进行筛分,而且筛分效率高,节省能源。

一种反共振振动筛
技术领域:
    本发明是一种适用于细、粘、湿矿石物料筛分的反共振振动筛。
背景技术:
目前在矿石加工中,一个日渐突出的问题就是对细、粘、湿的物料筛分时,经常会发生堵塞筛孔现象,使筛分机不能长时间运转,工作效率低。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种筛分效率高,有效防止细、粘、湿物料堵塞筛孔的反共振振动筛。
本发明的技术方案是以如下方式完成的,一种反共振振动筛,它包括有一个三角形筛架,其特征在于:在三角形筛架的斜面上经一套减振装置安装有一个长条形主振架,在主振架下面前后对称安装有一个同步激振器,在筛架的一侧与两个激振器相配合用电机架安装有相应的电机,在主振架上面安装有一个筛箱,在筛箱与主振架之间连接有均布的钢板簧。
本发明用高弹性钢板簧使共振筛箱获得较高的加速度振动频率,能有效防止筛孔堵塞,特别适合对细粘湿矿石物料进行筛分,而且筛分效率高,节省能源。

具体实施方式:
结合附图详细描述实施例,它包括有一个三角形筛架4,在筛架斜面上经一套减振装置安装有一个长条形主振架3,在主振架下面前后对称安装有一个同步激振器6,在筛架的一侧与两个激振器相配合用电机架7安装有相应的电机5,在主振架上面安装有一个筛箱2,在筛箱与主振架之间连接有均布的钢板簧1。本发明利用反共振原理使筛箱在共振架上经钢板簧作反共振振动,筛箱承受较大的振幅,而主振架承受的振幅较小,所以能将细、粘、湿的物料在较大的振动力度下快速通过筛网、防止堵筛、提高筛分效率。

1.一种反共振振动筛,它包括有一个三角形筛架,其特征在于:在三角形筛架的斜面上经一套减振装置安装有一个长条形主振架,在主振架下面前后对称安装有一个同步激振器,在筛架的一侧与两个激振器相配合用电机架安装有相应的电机,在主振架上面安装有一个筛箱,在筛箱与主振架之间连接有均布的钢板簧。
