本发明公开了一种新型适用于液体补给的空气阀门,包括电磁阀,进液源,囤液槽,供液槽,塑料薄片,金属垫片,弹簧和密封圈,其中所述的电磁阀采用二通电磁阀;所述的进液源的高度比囤液槽高;所述的弹簧置于金属上盖和金属垫片之间;所述的塑料薄片置于金属垫片与金属下盖之间;所述的密封圈置于塑料薄片与金属上盖之间。本发明的有益效果是在电磁阀切换的过程中,虽然密封空间内压力时时发生变化,但是供液管及囤液槽内的压力只会发生微乎其微的改变,从而也不会影响与供液管连接的下段设备的压力,提高设备运行的可靠性。

Description

一种新型适用于液体补给的空气阀门
技术领域
本发明涉及晶硅太阳能电池片制作领域,具体地涉及一种新型适用于液体补给的空气阀门。
背景技术
目前,多晶硅太阳能电池片制备通常包括制绒、扩散、喷蜡、刻蚀、PECVD镀膜及丝网印刷工艺。通常采用酸制绒和湿法刻蚀工艺制备,因其具有低成本高效率的优势。上述两种工艺主要采用氢氟酸和硝酸的混合液体系制备绒面。随着生产过程中需要及时补液,才能达到制备出的多晶硅片的绒面反射率在可控范围内。在现有设备的补液系统中,利用电磁阀控制真空系统通断,通过真空系统直接作用在下段设备容器内部,使容器内部压力减小,将液体抽入容器中。原有设备在生产过程中,下段设备容器因真空系统不定期地通断,内部压力持续不断地在变化,容易对下段设备工作造成不良影响。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种适用于液体补给的空气阀门,通过对电磁阀的控制可以在不影响下段设备的内部压力的情况下简单、快速地对补液容器实现自如地开始或停止补充液体,提高设备的运行可靠性。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种适用于液体补给的空气阀门,该空气阀门包括电磁阀,进液源,囤液槽,供液槽,塑料薄片,金属垫片,弹簧和密封圈,其中所述的电磁阀采用二通电磁阀;所述的进液源的高度比囤液槽高;所述的弹簧置于金属上盖和金属垫片之间;所述的塑料薄片置于金属垫片与金属下盖之间;所述的密封圈置于塑料薄片与金属上盖之间。
本发明的有益效果是在电磁阀切换的过程中,虽然密封空间内压力时时发生变化,但是供液管及囤液槽内的压力只会发生微乎其微的改变,从而也不会影响与供液管连接的下段设备的压力,提高设备运行的可靠性。

具体实施方式
结合附图1和附图2对本发明提供的技术方案作进一步详细说明。
当电磁阀通大气时如附图1所示,金属上盖内部密封空间呈正常大气压,此时中度压缩的弹簧对金属垫片具有一个向下的压力,金属垫片紧紧压住塑料薄片,使塑料薄片与薄片下方的密封圈紧密贴合,囤液槽内的液体无法流入供液管内,此时本产品起到停止供液功能。
当电磁阀通适量真空时如附图2所示,金属上盖内部密封空间呈适量负压,对塑料薄片产生了向上的拉力,通过对真空负压的适当调整,使负压对塑料产生的向上的拉力稍大于金属垫片对其施加的向下的压力。塑料薄片两端被密封圈牢牢压死,使得塑料薄片中间部分在拉力的作用下,微微翘曲,不再与下部密封圈贴合,囤液槽内的液体便源源不断地流入供液管。

1.一种新型适用于液体补给的空气阀门,该空气阀门包括电磁阀,进液源,囤液槽,供液槽,塑料薄片,金属垫片,弹簧和密封圈,其特征在于:所述的电磁阀采用二通电磁阀;所述的进液源的高度比囤液槽高;所述的弹簧置于金属上盖和金属垫片之间;所述的塑料薄片置于金属垫片与金属下盖之间;所述的密封圈置于塑料薄片与金属上盖之间。
