滑板的激光强化工艺

技术领域
本发明涉及一种激光淬火方法,尤其是一种滑板表面的激光淬火方法。
背景技术
钢厂用滑板种类多种多样,有单种材质和复合材质之分,大小不等,厚薄不等。为了达到钢厂使用环境的要求,滑板在工艺制定中都要求把滑板正面做淬火处理,以保证滑板的表面耐磨性。通常的淬火方法在对滑板的淬火中最主要的问题是由于热量的输入使滑板产生大的变形、扭曲。使之平面达不到技术要求和使用要求,严重时直接报废,并且板越薄,尺寸越大变形越厉害。
激光淬火技术及应用激光淬火技术,是利用聚焦后的激光束快速加热钢铁材料表面,使其发生相变,形成马氏体淬硬层的过程。激光淬火的功率密度高,冷却速度快,不需要水或油等冷却介质,是清洁、快速的淬火工艺。由于滑板的厚度太薄,一般小于50mm,普通的激光淬火工艺很难控制滑板的变形量,使得激光淬火后的滑板无法使用,如何将激光淬火应用于滑板的强化,尤其是如何对厚度小于50mm的滑板进行激光淬火使其符合使用要求,是本领域的技术人员需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种对滑板表面进行激光淬火,有效控制滑板的淬火变形,使其符合使用要求的滑板的激光强化工艺。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种滑板的激光强化工艺包括以下步骤:
A.对滑板的表面进行处理,对滑板进行检测;
B.在滑板正反两面涂覆激光吸光涂料;
C.根据检测结果调整工装,优化工艺参数,将滑板固定在工装上;先将滑板的反面划分为多个均匀的区域,离散地对反面的各个区域进行激光淬火,控制反面淬火区域的面积总和占滑板反面总面积的1/3至2/5;然后离散地对滑板的正面进行淬火,直至滑板正面全部完成淬火,滑板达到平整要求或反面凸起;如果滑板反面凸起,滑板冷却后,去除工装,对滑板反面凸起的部位进行淬火校正,直至将变形量控制在0.5mm以内为止;
以快速横流二氧化碳激光器为光源对滑板进行连续搭接扫描;激光功率为1900W至2300W,标高为260mm至275mm,光斑尺寸为15mm×1.8mm,扫描速度为400mm/min至500mm/min,搭接量为2mm;
D.进行检测。
为了提高滑板表面对激光的吸收率,一种优选的技术方案是:上述步骤B中涂料层的厚度为0.25mm至0.35mm。
为了进一步提高滑板表面对激光的吸收率,一种优选的技术方案是:上述步骤B中涂料的组分及重量百分比含量是石英粉:90%至97%、石墨:1%至3%、酚醛树脂:1%至4%、钼铁:1%至3%、溶剂为酒精。在涂料中适量添加钼铁可以提高淬火后滑板表面的硬度,该成分的涂料具有很好的流挂性,涂覆方便,配合上述激光淬火工艺方法,可使得滑板的淬火效果更好。
为了使得待强化的滑板成功淬火,并且获得更好的淬火效果,一种优选的技术方案是:上述步骤A是将滑板上的灰尘、油污、锈蚀清除;检测滑板的表面硬度和变形量。
为了保证滑板的淬火效果,一种优选的技术方案是:上述步骤D是检测滑板表面硬度;检测滑板变形量;对滑板进行无损着色渗透探伤。
为了更好的存放强化后的滑板,一种优选的技术方案是:上述步骤D后,将合格的滑板进行清理,表面上油,包装,入库。
本发明的上述技术方案相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明的滑板的激光强化工艺在进行激光淬火时,先将滑板的反面根据原始变形规律划分为多个均匀的区域,离散地对反面的各个区域进行激光淬火,将滑板的反面变形量控制为正面总变形量的75%左右,此时滑板的正面凸起,反面拉应力均匀;然后按规律离散地对滑板的正面进行淬火,直至滑板正面全部完成淬火,此时滑板达到平整要求或反面凸起;如滑板反面凸起,滑板冷却后,去除工装,检测滑板整体变形量,再对滑板反面凸起的部位再次进行淬火校正,边淬火校正边测量,直至达到要求为止。该工艺在滑板表面进行激光淬火后,可方便的对滑板的变形量进行校正,厚度小于50mm的滑板的整体变形被有效控制在0.5mm以内,且滑板的表面硬度为52~56HRC,符合使用要求。
具体实施方式
本实施例的滑板的激光强化工艺的具体步骤如下:
A.对滑板的表面进行处理,对滑板进行检测。将滑板上的灰尘、油污、锈蚀清除;检测滑板的表面硬度和变形量。
B.在滑板正反两面涂覆激光吸光涂料。涂料的组分及重量百分比含量是石英粉:95%、石墨:2%、酚醛树脂:2%、钼铁:1%、溶剂为酒精。涂料层的厚度为0.3mm。
C.根据检测结果调整工装,优化工艺参数,将滑板固定在工装上。先将滑板的反面根据原始变形规律划分为多个均匀的区域,离散地对反面的各个区域进行激光淬火,根据对变形情况的预计分析,控制反面淬火区域的面积总和占滑板反面总面积的2/5,此时滑板的正面凸起,反面拉应力均匀。然后离散地对滑板的正面进行淬火,直至滑板正面全部完成淬火,此时滑板达到平整要求或反面凸起。如果存在反面凸起的情况,滑板冷却后,去除工装,检测滑板整体变形量,对滑板反面凸起的部位进行淬火校正,边淬火校正边测量,直至将变形量控制在0.5mm以内为止;
以快速横流二氧化碳激光器为光源对滑板进行连续搭接扫描;激光功率为2000W,标高为265mm,光斑尺寸为15mm×1.8mm,扫描速度为450mm/min,搭接量为2mm;
D.进行检测。检测滑板表面硬度;检测滑板变形量;对滑板进行无损着色渗透探伤。
E. 将合格的滑板进行清理,表面上油,包装,入库。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本发明的精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之中。

1.一种滑板的激光强化工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A.对滑板的表面进行处理,对滑板进行检测;
B.在滑板正反两面涂覆激光吸光涂料;
C.根据检测结果调整工装,优化工艺参数,将滑板固定在工装上;先将滑板的反面划分为多个均匀的区域,离散地对反面的各个区域进行激光淬火,控制反面淬火区域的面积总和占滑板反面总面积的1/3至2/5;然后离散地对滑板的正面进行淬火,直至滑板正面全部完成淬火,滑板达到平整要求或反面凸起;如果滑板反面凸起,滑板冷却后,去除工装,对滑板反面凸起的部位进行淬火校正,直至将变形量控制在0.5mm以内为止;
以快速横流二氧化碳激光器为光源对滑板进行连续搭接扫描;激光功率为2000W,标高为265mm,光斑尺寸为15mm×1.8mm,扫描速度为450mm/min,搭接量为2mm;
D.进行检测;
所述步骤B中涂料的组分及重量百分比含量是石英粉:90%至97%、石墨:1%至3%、酚醛树脂:1%至4%、钼铁:1%至3%、溶剂为酒精;
