In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the video downloading method includes:
in step S801, a server receives video synchronization information of a video to be synchronized sent by a first terminal, where the video synchronization information at least includes: user information and video information.
In step S802, the server generates a synchronization control command according to the video synchronization information; the synchronous control command at least comprises a video address and video playing progress information corresponding to the video information.
In step S803, the server transmits the synchronization control command to a second terminal corresponding to the user information according to the user information.
In step S804, the second terminal downloads the video of the video address according to the video address and the video playing progress information in the synchronization control command and the video playing progress.
The video playing progress information is used for marking the playing progress of the video to be synchronized; the synchronous control command comprises the video playing progress information.
In the embodiment, the server receives video synchronization information sent by the first terminal, generates a synchronization control command according to the video synchronization information, sends the synchronization control command to the second terminal corresponding to the user information, and downloads the video of the video address, so that the user can send the video synchronization information at the first terminal, obtain the video address at the second terminal to download and play the video, and the video does not need to be searched again, thereby realizing multi-terminal downloading and synchronization of the video.

The video information includes a first video address of the video to be synchronized, and the video address obtaining unit 1108 includes:
a conversion method storage subunit 1109 for storing a video type conversion method library; the video type conversion method library stores video type conversion methods corresponding to video addresses;
a conversion method searching subunit 1110, configured to search, according to the first video address, a video type conversion method corresponding to the first video address;
a video address obtaining subunit 1111, configured to obtain, according to the first video address and the terminal attribute information of the second terminal, a second video address corresponding to the video information and matching the second terminal through the video type conversion method.
It should be noted that: in the video downloading apparatus provided in the foregoing embodiment, when the above functions are implemented, only the division of the above function modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above functions may be distributed by different function modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the device is divided into different function modules, so as to complete all or part of the above described functions. In addition, the video downloading apparatus and the video downloading method provided by the above embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are detailed in the method embodiments and are not described herein again.
Fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal device (which may be a requester terminal or an associated terminal) in an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 12, the terminal may be used to implement the methods provided in the above embodiments. Preferably:
terminal device 800 may include components such as communication unit 110, memory 120 including one or more computer-readable storage media, input unit 130, display unit 140, sensor 150, audio circuitry 160, wireless communication unit 170, processor 180 including one or more processing cores, and power supply 190. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the terminal device configurations shown in the figures are not intended to be limiting of terminal devices and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. Wherein:
the communication unit 110 may be used for receiving and transmitting information or signals during a call, and the communication unit 110 may be an RF (Radio Frequency) circuit, a router, a modem, or other network communication devices. In particular, when the communication unit 110 is an RF circuit, downlink information of the base station is received and then processed by the one or more processors 180; in addition, data relating to uplink is transmitted to the base station. Generally, the RF circuit as a communication unit includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one Amplifier, a tuner, one or more oscillators, a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card, a transceiver, a coupler, an LNA (Low Noise Amplifier), a duplexer, and the like. In addition, the communication unit 110 may also communicate with a network and other devices through wireless communication. The wireless communication may use any communication standard or protocol, including but not limited to GSM (Global System for Mobile communications), GPRS (general packet Radio Service), CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access), WCDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access), LTE (long term Evolution), email, SMS (Short Messaging Service), and the like. The memory 120 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 180 executes various functional applications and data processing by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 120. The memory 120 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, a phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the terminal apparatus 800, and the like. Further, the memory 120 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device. Accordingly, the memory 120 may further include a memory controller to provide the processor 180 and the input unit 130 with access to the memory 120.
The input unit 130 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical or trackball signal inputs related to user settings and function control. Preferably, the input unit 130 may include a touch-sensitive surface 131 and other input devices 132. The touch-sensitive surface 131, also referred to as a touch display screen or a touch pad, may collect touch operations by a user on or near the touch-sensitive surface 131 (e.g., operations by a user on or near the touch-sensitive surface 131 using a finger, a stylus, or any other suitable object or attachment), and drive the corresponding connection device according to a predetermined program. Alternatively, the touch sensitive surface 131 may comprise two parts, a touch detection means and a touch controller. The touch detection device detects the touch direction of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts the touch information into touch point coordinates, sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 180, and can receive and execute commands sent by the processor 180. Additionally, the touch-sensitive surface 131 may be implemented using various types of resistive, capacitive, infrared, and surface acoustic waves. In addition to the touch-sensitive surface 131, the input unit 130 may also include other input devices 132. Preferably, other input devices 132 may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (such as volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like.
The display unit 140 may be used to display information input by a user or information provided to the user and various graphic user interfaces of the terminal apparatus 800, which may be configured by graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. The Display unit 140 may include a Display panel 141, and optionally, the Display panel 141 may be configured in the form of an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), an OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode), or the like. Further, the touch-sensitive surface 131 may cover the display panel 141, and when a touch operation is detected on or near the touch-sensitive surface 131, the touch operation is transmitted to the processor 180 to determine the type of the touch event, and then the processor 180 provides a corresponding visual output on the display panel 141 according to the type of the touch event. Although in FIG. 12, touch-sensitive surface 131 and display panel 141 are shown as two separate components to implement input and output functions, in some embodiments, touch-sensitive surface 131 may be integrated with display panel 141 to implement input and output functions.
The terminal device 800 may also include at least one sensor 150, such as a light sensor, motion sensor, and other sensors. The light sensor may include an ambient light sensor that adjusts the brightness of the display panel 141 according to the brightness of ambient light, and a proximity sensor that turns off the display panel 141 and/or the backlight when the terminal device 800 is moved to the ear. As one of the motion sensors, the gravity acceleration sensor can detect the magnitude of acceleration in each direction (generally, three axes), can detect the magnitude and direction of gravity when the mobile phone is stationary, and can be used for applications of recognizing the posture of the mobile phone (such as horizontal and vertical screen switching, related games, magnetometer posture calibration), vibration recognition related functions (such as pedometer and tapping), and the like; as for other sensors such as a gyroscope, a barometer, a hygrometer, a thermometer, and an infrared sensor, which can be configured on the terminal device 800, further description is omitted here.
Audio circuitry 160, speaker 161, microphone 162 may provide an audio interface between a user and terminal device 800. The audio circuit 160 may transmit the electrical signal converted from the received audio data to the speaker 161, and convert the electrical signal into a sound signal for output by the speaker 161; on the other hand, the microphone 162 converts the collected sound signal into an electric signal, converts the electric signal into audio data after being received by the audio circuit 160, and outputs the audio data to the processor 180 for processing, and then transmits the audio data to, for example, another terminal device via the RF circuit 110, or outputs the audio data to the memory 120 for further processing. The audio circuit 160 may also include an earbud jack to provide communication of peripheral headphones with the terminal device 800.
In order to realize wireless communication, a wireless communication unit 170 may be configured on the terminal device, and the wireless communication unit 170 may be a WIFI module. WIFI belongs to a short-distance wireless transmission technology, and the terminal device 800 can help a user to send and receive e-mails, browse webpages, access streaming media, and the like through the wireless communication unit 170, and provides wireless broadband internet access for the user. Although the wireless communication unit 170 is shown in the drawing, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential constitution of the terminal apparatus 800 and may be omitted entirely as needed within a scope not changing the essence of the invention.
The processor 180 is a control center of the terminal device 800, connects various parts of the entire mobile phone using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the terminal device 800 and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 120 and calling data stored in the memory 120, thereby performing overall monitoring of the mobile phone. Optionally, processor 180 may include one or more processing cores; preferably, the processor 180 may integrate an application processor, which mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, etc., and a modem processor, which mainly handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 180.
Terminal device 800 also includes a power supply 190 (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components, which may preferably be logically coupled to processor 180 via a power management system to manage charging, discharging, and power consumption management functions via the power management system. The power supply 190 may also include any component including one or more of a dc or ac power source, a recharging system, a power failure detection circuit, a power converter or inverter, a power status indicator, and the like.
Although not shown, the terminal device 800 may further include a camera, a bluetooth module, and the like, which are not described in detail herein. In this embodiment, the terminal device further includes a memory, and one or more programs, where the one or more programs are stored in the memory, and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, where the one or more programs include instructions for performing the method provided by the embodiments of the present invention.
Fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of a server in an embodiment of the present invention. The server 1900 may vary widely by configuration or performance and may include one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs) 1922 (e.g., one or more processors) and memory 1932, one or more storage media 1930 (e.g., one or more mass storage devices) storing applications 1942 or data 1944. Memory 1932 and storage medium 1930 can be, among other things, transient or persistent storage. The program stored in the storage medium 1930 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a series of instructions operating on a server. Still further, a central processor 1922 may be provided in communication with the storage medium 1930 to execute a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 1930 on the server 1900.
The server 1900 may also include one or more power supplies 1926, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 1950, one or more input-output interfaces 1958, one or more keyboards 1956, and/or one or more operating systems 1941, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, etc.
Furthermore, the mobile terminal described in the present disclosure may typically be various handheld terminal devices, such as a mobile phone, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and the like, and thus the scope of protection of the present disclosure should not be limited to a certain type of mobile terminal.
Furthermore, the method according to the present disclosure may also be implemented as a computer program executed by a CPU. The computer program, when executed by the CPU, performs the above-described functions defined in the method of the present disclosure.
Further, the above method steps and system elements may also be implemented using a controller and a computer readable storage device for storing a computer program for causing the controller to implement the functions of the above steps or elements.
Further, it should be appreciated that the computer-readable storage devices (e.g., memories) described herein can be either volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, or can include both volatile and nonvolatile memory. By way of example, and not limitation, nonvolatile memory can include Read Only Memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM), which can act as external cache memory. By way of example and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as synchronous RAM (DRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double data rate SDRAM (DDR SDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), and Direct Rambus RAM (DRRAM). The storage devices of the disclosed aspects are intended to comprise, without being limited to, these and other suitable types of memory.
Those of skill would further appreciate that the various illustrative logical blocks, modules, circuits, and algorithm steps described in connection with the disclosure herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both. To clearly illustrate this interchangeability of hardware and software, various illustrative components, blocks, modules, circuits, and steps have been described above generally in terms of their functionality. Whether such functionality is implemented as software or hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the overall system. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present disclosure.

By way of example, and not limitation, such computer-readable media can comprise RAM, ROM, EEPROM, CD-ROM or other optical disk storage, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a general-purpose or special-purpose computer, or a general-purpose or special-purpose processor. Also, any connection is properly termed a computer-readable medium. For example, if the software is transmitted from a website, server, or other remote source using a coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, twisted pair, Digital Subscriber Line (DSL), or wireless technologies such as infrared, radio, and microwave, then the coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, twisted pair, DSL, or wireless technologies such as infrared, radio, and microwave are included in the definition of medium. Disk and disc, as used herein, includes Compact Disc (CD), laser disc, optical disc, Digital Versatile Disc (DVD), floppy disk, blu-ray disc where disks usually reproduce data magnetically, while discs reproduce data optically with lasers. Combinations of the above should also be included within the scope of computer-readable media.

Claims (12)

1. A video downloading method, comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the following steps that a server receives video synchronization information of a video to be synchronized sent by a first terminal, wherein the video synchronization information at least comprises: user information and video information;
the server generates a synchronous control command according to the video synchronous information; the synchronous control command at least comprises a video address corresponding to the video information;
the server sends the synchronous control command to a second terminal corresponding to the user information according to the user information;
the second terminal downloads the video of the video address according to the synchronous control command;
the server generates a synchronization control command according to the video synchronization information, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring terminal attribute information of a second terminal corresponding to the user information according to the user information; the terminal attribute information comprises video type information matched with the second terminal;
acquiring a video address corresponding to the video information and matched with the second terminal according to the video information in the video synchronization information and the terminal attribute information of the second terminal;
the synchronous control command at least comprises the video address which corresponds to the video information and is matched with the second terminal.
2. The video downloading method of claim 1, wherein the video synchronization information further comprises video playing progress information; the video playing progress information is used for marking the playing progress of the video to be synchronized; the synchronous control command comprises the video playing progress information.
3. The video downloading method of claim 1, wherein the server generates a synchronization control command according to the video synchronization information; the server sends the synchronous control command to a second terminal corresponding to the user information according to the user information, and the synchronous control command comprises the following steps:
the server generates the synchronous control command according to the video synchronous information; the synchronization control command at least includes: a video address corresponding to the video information and account information of a second terminal corresponding to the user information;
the server receives a synchronous query request sent by a second terminal at regular time; the synchronous inquiry request at least comprises account information of the second terminal;
matching the account information in the synchronous control command with the account information in the synchronous query request;
and when the account information in the synchronous control command is matched and consistent with the account information in the synchronous query request, sending the synchronous control command to the second terminal.
4. The video downloading method of claim 1, wherein the sending, by the server, the synchronization control command to the second terminal corresponding to the user information according to the user information comprises:
the user information comprises account information of the second terminal; the server sends the synchronous control command to the corresponding second terminal according to the account information;
or,
the user information comprises account information of the first terminal; the server stores a synchronous incidence relation between the first terminal and the second terminal; and the server sends the synchronous control command to the second terminal according to the account information of the first terminal and the synchronous incidence relation between the first terminal and the second terminal.
5. The video downloading method according to claim 1, wherein the terminal attribute information of the second terminal is pre-stored in the server or is transmitted to the server by the second terminal.
6. The video downloading method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining a video address corresponding to the video information and matching with the second terminal according to the video information in the video synchronization information and the terminal attribute information of the second terminal comprises:
the video information comprises a first video address of the video to be synchronized; a video type conversion method library is stored in the server; the video type conversion method library stores video type conversion methods corresponding to video addresses;
the server searches a video type conversion method corresponding to the first video address according to the first video address;
and acquiring a second video address which corresponds to the video information and is matched with the second terminal by the video type conversion method according to the first video address and the terminal attribute information of the second terminal.
7. A video download system, the system comprising: the system comprises a first terminal, a server and a second terminal;
the server is configured to receive video synchronization information of a video to be synchronized sent by the first terminal, where the video synchronization information at least includes: user information and video information; generating a synchronous control command according to the video synchronous information; the synchronous control command at least comprises a video address corresponding to the video information; according to the user information, sending the synchronous control command to a second terminal corresponding to the user information;
the server is further used for acquiring terminal attribute information of the second terminal corresponding to the user information according to the user information; the terminal attribute information comprises video type information matched with the second terminal; acquiring a video address corresponding to the video information and matched with the second terminal according to the video information in the video synchronization information and the terminal attribute information of the second terminal; the synchronous control command at least comprises the video address which corresponds to the video information and is matched with the second terminal;
and the second terminal is used for downloading the video of the video address by the second terminal according to the synchronous control command.

The video download system of claim 7, wherein the video synchronization information further comprises video play progress information; the video playing progress information is used for marking the playing progress of the video to be synchronized; the synchronous control command comprises the video playing progress information.

The video download system of claim 7, wherein the synchronization control commands comprise at least: a video address corresponding to the video information and account information of a second terminal corresponding to the user information; the server is also used for receiving a synchronous query request sent by the second terminal at regular time; the synchronous inquiry request at least comprises account information of the second terminal; matching the account information in the synchronous control command with the account information in the synchronous query request; and when the account information in the synchronous control command is matched and consistent with the account information in the synchronous query request, sending the synchronous control command to the second terminal.

The video downloading system of claim 7, wherein the server is further configured to send the synchronization control command to the corresponding second terminal according to account information of the second terminal corresponding to the user information; or the user information comprises account information of the first terminal, the server stores a synchronous incidence relation between the first terminal and the second terminal, and the synchronous control command is sent to the second terminal according to the account information of the first terminal and the synchronous incidence relation between the first terminal and the second terminal.
11. The video downloading system of claim 7, wherein the terminal attribute information of the second terminal is pre-stored in the server or is transmitted to the server by the second terminal.
12. The video download system of claim 7, wherein the server is further configured to store a library of video type conversion methods; the video type conversion method library stores video type conversion methods corresponding to video addresses; the server searches a video type conversion method corresponding to the first video address according to the first video address of the video to be synchronized; and acquiring a second video address which corresponds to the video information and is matched with the second terminal by the video type conversion method according to the first video address and the terminal attribute information of the second terminal.
