Therefore, in the rotating process of the fan-shaped tooth space limiting component, when the ejector pin 2 is in contact with a non-tooth space part, the ejector pin 2 can retract into the sleeve 1 by a preset displacement amount, and when the ejector pin 2 slides to a position with the tooth space, the ejector pin 2 can pop out outwards to stretch into the tooth space, so that the movement of the fan-shaped tooth space limiting component is limited, the fan-shaped tooth space limiting component is fixed, and the problem in the prior art is solved.
It should be noted that the thread of the bolt 4 matches the thread in the sleeve 1, and the sleeve 1 may be made of metal.
It will be appreciated that to ensure that the bolt 4 can adjust the length of the spring 3, the diameter of the cross-section of the shank of the bolt 4 need not be less than the diameter of the cross-section of the spring 3.
Preferably, the spring 3 may be a compression spring.
It should be noted that the thimble 2 may also be a steel ball, and the invention is not limited herein.
In order to further optimize the above embodiment, the ejector pin device may further include: and a nut 6, wherein the nut 6 is positioned outside the sleeve 1 and screwed into the screw rod of the bolt 4 to lock the bolt 4.
It will be appreciated that the tightness of the bolt 4 within the sleeve 1 may affect the amount of extension and retraction of the spring 3 and hence of the thimble 2. Therefore, before the bolt 4 is screwed into the sleeve 1, the nut 6 is screwed to lock the bolt 4, which can effectively increase the stability of the bolt 4.
In order to further optimize the above embodiment, the ejector pin device may further include: grease nipple 7, grease nipple 7 set up in the outside of sleeve 1 for to the interior butter that annotates of sleeve 1, in order to do benefit to thimble 2 and slide in sleeve 1.
The grease nipple 7 may be disposed at a position of the sleeve 1 corresponding to a position where the spring 3 contacts the thimble 2.
Preferably, the fixing frame 5 may include: two panels perpendicular to each other (see in particular fig. 1 and 2), the sleeve 1 being fixed in the middle of one of the panels and perpendicular to the common edge of the two panels.
It can be understood that the fixing frame 5 is designed as two panels perpendicular to each other, so that the fixing frame 5 can be conveniently clamped between the two components, thereby fixing the thimble device.
The fixing frame 5 may be made of metal, and the fixing frame 5 may be formed by bending a metal panel.
It should be noted that the shape of the fixing frame 5 is not limited to the above shape, and the fixing of the thimble device is within the scope of the present invention as long as the thimble device can be fixed.
Preferably, the thimble 2 may comprise a base rod having at one end a head for contacting the spring 3 (see in particular fig. 1 and 2).
Wherein the head portion preferably has a circular cross-section to facilitate movement of the thimble 2 within the sleeve 1. To prevent the thimble 2 from extending into the spring 1, the diameter of the circular section of the base rod head needs to be no smaller than the diameter of the cross section of the spring 3.
It can be understood that, on one hand, the thimble 2 is designed into the above shape, so that one end of the thimble 2 extending out of the sleeve 1 can just extend into the tooth socket of the fan-shaped tooth socket limiting part, thereby limiting the movement of the fan-shaped tooth socket limiting part; on the other hand, the section of the end of the base rod with the head can be adjusted according to the diameter of the cross section of the spring 3, so as to avoid the thimble 2 from extending into the spring 1.
Preferably, according to the above-mentioned structural features of the thimble 2, the shape of the sleeve 1 may be designed such that the diameter of the cross section of the head portion is designed to be smaller than the diameter of the cross section of the tail portion.

the thimble and the spring are sequentially arranged in the head part of the sleeve, the thimble has a preset moving space under the pushing of the spring, one end of the thimble can be pushed out of the head part of the sleeve, and the length of the thimble extending out is enough to enable the thimble to extend into a tooth groove of the fan-shaped tooth groove limiting component; the tail part of the sleeve is internally provided with threads, the bolt rotates in the threads to adjust the telescopic length of the spring, and the fixing frame is fixed outside the sleeve and used for fixing the thimble device on other components;
further comprising: a nut; the nut is positioned outside the sleeve and screwed into the screw rod of the bolt so as to lock the bolt;
the thimble comprises a base rod, one end of the base rod is provided with a head part, and the head part is used for being in contact with the spring; the section of the head part is a circular section, and the diameter of the circular section is not smaller than that of the cross section of the spring; the diameter of the cross section of the screw rod of the bolt is not smaller than that of the cross section of the spring; the spring is a pressure spring; the diameter of the cross section of the head portion of the sleeve is smaller than the diameter of the cross section of the tail portion of the sleeve.
2. The ejector pin device according to claim 1, further comprising: a grease nipple;
