本发明公开了一种抗折的复合防火板材,抗折的复合防火板材由四层组成,第一层为厚度为0.2cm~0.4cm的蛭石板、第二层为厚度为0.1cm~0.3cm的硅酸钙板、第三层为厚度为0.2cm~0.5cm的三聚氰胺板、第四层为厚度为0.4cm~0.6cm的花岗岩板。蛭石板上设有间隔分布的聚四氟乙烯。复合的板材具有良好的抗折和防火的性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材,特别是涉及一种抗折的复合防火板材。
背景技术
防火性能对防火板材的安全性能有非常大的作用,防火等级过低,在板材的应用中,若遇到明火等情况,板材的防火效果会较差,容易产生火灾。板材的抗折和抗压能力也对板材的使用有较大的影响。常规的板材的抗折强度在5~10Mpa,抗折强度较低,在遇到大的冲击力时,板材易发生断裂、损毁等现象。通过将不同的板材进行高温粘合成型,可能会取得预想不到的性能的提升。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:常规的板材抗折性能、防火等级低的问题。
技术方案:本发明公开了一种抗折的复合防火板材,抗折的复合防火板材由四层组成,第一层为厚度为0.2cm~0.4cm的蛭石板、第二层为厚度为0.1cm~0.3cm的硅酸钙板、第三层为厚度为0.2cm~0.5cm的三聚氰胺板、第四层为厚度为0.4cm~0.6cm的花岗岩板;蛭石板上设有间隔分布的聚四氟乙烯。各层板材之间通过胶黏剂粘合连接。所述的蛭石板的厚度优选为0.4cm。所述的硅酸钙板的厚度优选为0.1cm。所述的花岗岩板的厚度优选为0.6cm。所述的三聚氰胺板优选为实心板。
有益效果:得到的抗折的复合防火板材的抗折强度为14.5~15.2Mpa,防火等级为A1级。具有良好的抗折性能和防火性能,可以在建材领域中得到规模使用。

实施例1
一种抗折的复合防火板材,抗折的复合防火板材由四层组成,第一层为厚度为0.4cm的蛭石板1、第二层为厚度为0.1cm的硅酸钙板2、第三层为厚度为0.5cm的三聚氰胺板3、第四层为厚度为0.4cm的花岗岩板4;蛭石板1上设有间隔分布的聚四氟乙烯5。各层板材之间通过胶黏剂粘合连接。
实施例2
一种抗折的复合防火板材,抗折的复合防火板材由四层组成,第一层为厚度为0.3cm的蛭石板1、第二层为厚度为0.3cm的硅酸钙板2、第三层为厚度为0.2cm的三聚氰胺板3、第四层为厚度为0.5cm的花岗岩板4;蛭石板1上设有间隔分布的聚四氟乙烯5。各层板材之间通过胶黏剂粘合连接。
实施例3
一种抗折的复合防火板材,抗折的复合防火板材由四层组成,第一层为厚度为0.2cm的蛭石板1、第二层为厚度为0.2cm的硅酸钙板2、第三层为厚度为0.3cm的三聚氰胺板3、第四层为厚度为0.6cm的花岗岩板4;蛭石板1上设有间隔分布的聚四氟乙烯5。各层板材之间通过胶黏剂粘合连接。
对实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的产品进行了抗折强度和防火等级测试,抗折强度测定标准为GB/T5486-2008,防火等级测试标准为GB/T5464-1999,实验结果见下表。

1.一种抗折的复合防火板材,其特征在于抗折的复合防火板材由四层组成,第一层为厚度为0.2cm~0.4cm的蛭石板(1)、第二层为厚度为0.1cm~0.3cm的硅酸钙板(2)、第三层为厚度为0.2cm~0.5cm的三聚氰胺板(3)、第四层为厚度为0.4cm~0.6cm的花岗岩板(4);蛭石板(1)上设有间隔分布的聚四氟乙烯(5)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种抗折的复合防火板材,其特征在于所述的蛭石板(1)的厚度为0.4cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗折的复合防火板材,其特征在于所述的硅酸钙板(2)的厚度为0.1cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗折的复合防火板材,其特征在于所述的花岗岩板(4)的厚度为0.6cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗折的复合防火板材,其特征在于所述的三聚氰胺板(3)为实心板。
