水华打捞处理装置,其属于环境处理设备领域。包括船体和动力装置,还包括收集装置和加工装置,收集装置由收集口,传送通道和升降台;加工装置由甩干桶和微波干燥器组成;升降台固定在船体上,收集口通过传送通道连接到升降台上;传送通道通过抽水机与甩干桶连接;甩干桶置于微波干燥器内,并与电机连接;甩干桶下方设有聚水槽并通过管道连接到船体外。本发明采用甩干和烘干相结合的方式处理水华,处理后的水华占用空间小,并实现自动化处理的目的。

水华打捞处理装置
技术领域
本发明涉及水华打捞处理装置,其属于环境处理设备领域。
背景技术
淡水中富营养化后,“水华”频繁出现,面积逐年扩散,持续时间逐年延长。太湖、滇池、巢湖、洪泽湖都有“水华”,就连流动的河流,如长江最大支流——汉江下游汉口江段中也出现“水华”。淡水中“水华”造成的最大危害是:饮用水源受到威胁,藻毒素通过食物链影响人类的健康,蓝藻“水华”的次生代谢产物MCRST能损害肝脏,具有促癌效应,直接威胁人类的健康和生存。此外,自来水厂的过滤装置被藻类“水华”填塞,漂浮在水面上的“水华”影响景观,并有难闻的臭味。所以每次发生水华现象都会给人类和自然界带来巨大的损失或灾害。目前处理水华的方式比较原始,仅通过船只人工打捞,成本大,效率低。
发明内容
鉴于已有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种水华打捞处理装置,结构简单合理、能够快速处理淡水水面的水华,并实现实时处理。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是水华打捞处理装置,包括船体和动力装置,还包括收集装置和加工装置,收集装置由收集口,传送通道和升降台;加工装置由甩干桶和微波干燥器组成;升降台固定在船体上,收集口通过传送通道连接到升降台上;传送通道通过抽水机与甩干桶连接;甩干桶置于微波干燥器内,并与电机连接;甩干桶下方设有聚水槽并通过管道连接到船体外。所述收集口为扁平状喇叭口型,收集口开口部位位于水面以下,通过抽水机辅助吸入水面的水华和部分水并通过传送通道运输到甩干桶内。所述升降台控制收集口在水中的位置,通过升降动作保持收集口位于水面以下。所述甩干桶为塑料材质,甩干桶周壁上设有若干通孔,通过电机带动旋转,沥干水华中水分,并通过聚水槽收集水分,再通过管道排入水中。所述微波干燥器上部设有若干微波管,并设有排气口;甩干桶内甩干后的水华经过通过微波干燥器的微波管微波干燥,水蒸汽通过排气口排出。所述动力装置由船内的发电机和发动机组成,为电机、微波干燥器、升降台和抽水机提供能源动力。所述甩干桶与微波干燥器为分体式设计,甩干桶可拆卸替换,甩干桶作为烘干水华存放器。
采用上述方案后,与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:本发明采用甩干和烘干相结合的方式处理水华,处理后的水华占用空间小,并实现自动化处理的目的。

具体实施方式
为深入了解水华打捞处理装置的结构,结合图1说明如下:
    水华打捞处理装置,包括船体1和动力装置,还包括收集装置和加工装置,收集装置由收集口2,传送通道3和升降台4;加工装置由甩干桶7和微波干燥器6组成;升降台4固定在船体1上,收集口2通过传送通道3连接到升降台4上;传送通道3通过抽水机5与甩干桶7连接;甩干桶7置于微波干燥器6内,并与电机10连接;甩干桶7下方设有聚水槽11并通过管道12连接到船体1外。所述收集口2为扁平状喇叭口型,收集口2开口部位位于水面以下,通过抽水机5辅助吸入水面的水华和部分水并通过传送通道3运输到甩干桶7内。所述升降台4控制收集口2在水中的位置,通过升降动作保持收集口2位于水面以下。所述甩干桶7为塑料材质,甩干桶7周壁上设有若干通孔,通过电机10带动旋转,沥干水华中水分,并通过聚水槽11收集水分,再通过管道12排入水中。所述微波干燥器6上部设有若干微波管8,并设有排气口9;甩干桶7内甩干后的水华经过通过微波干燥器6的微波管8微波干燥,水蒸汽通过排气口9排出。所述动力装置由船内的发电机和发动机组成,为电机10、微波干燥器6、升降台4和抽水机5提供能源动力。所述甩干桶7与微波干燥器6为分体式设计,甩干桶7可拆卸替换,甩干桶7作为烘干水华存放器。

Claims (7)

1.水华打捞处理装置,包括船体(1)和动力装置,其特征在于:还包括收集装置和加工装置,收集装置由收集口(2),传送通道(3)和升降台(4);加工装置由甩干桶(7)和微波干燥器(6)组成;升降台(4)固定在船体(1)上,收集口(2)通过传送通道(3)连接到升降台(4)上;传送通道(3)通过抽水机(5)与甩干桶(7)连接;甩干桶(7)置于微波干燥器(6)内,并与电机(10)连接;甩干桶(7)下方设有聚水槽(11)并通过管道(12)连接到船体(1)外。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的水华打捞处理装置,其特征在于 :所述收集口(2)为扁平状喇叭口型,收集口(2)开口部位位于水面以下,通过抽水机(5)辅助吸入水面的水华和部分水并通过传送通道(3)运输到甩干桶(7)内。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的水华打捞处理装置,其特征在于 :所述升降台(4)控制收集口(2)在水中的位置,通过升降动作保持收集口(2)位于水面以下。
4.根据权利要求 1 所述的水华打捞处理装置, 其特征在于 :所述甩干桶(7)为塑料材质,甩干桶(7)周壁上设有若干通孔,通过电机(10)带动旋转,沥干水华中水分,并通过聚水槽(11)收集水分,再通过管道(12)排入水中。
5.根据权利要求 1 所述的水华打捞处理装置,其特征在于 :所述微波干燥器(6)上部设有若干微波管(8),并设有排气口(9);甩干桶(7)内甩干后的水华经过通过微波干燥器(6)的微波管(8)微波干燥,水蒸汽通过排气口(9)排出。
6.根据权利要求 1 所述的水华打捞处理装置,其特征在于 :所述动力装置由船内的发电机和发动机组成,为电机(10)、微波干燥器(6)、升降台(4)和抽水机(5)提供能源动力。
7.根据权利要求 1 所述的水华打捞处理装置,其特征在于 :所述甩干桶(7)与微波干燥器(6)为分体式设计,甩干桶(7)可拆卸替换,甩干桶(7)作为烘干水华存放器。
