本发明涉及一种调节阀装置,更确切地说是一种用于对挤出机真空度进行调节的新型密封调节阀装置,它包括调压阀盖1、调压阀体5、锥度阀芯7和调压阀底座,所述调压阀盖1为倒凹字形,与长轴和圆螺母2固定连接;所述调压阀体5上部为中空圆柱体,下部向内凹,为锥面凸字形,其凸字形上顶周围纵向设有小孔,且小孔横向贯穿调压阀体5侧壁,长轴贯穿调压阀体5,其中处于调压阀体5上部中空圆柱体腔内的长轴上设有方块螺母4和弹簧6;所述锥度阀芯7设在长轴的下端;所述调压阀底座包括调压阀底座A8和调压阀底座B10,且调压阀底座B10套在调压阀底座A8上,固定连接;所述与长轴同轴的圆螺母2的下方设有方块螺母4和弹簧6;所述锥度阀芯7处于调压阀体5下部锥面凸字形内,并与其重合密封。本发明结构简单合理,能够适用于各种对真空度有要求的挤出设备;既解决了操作人员对挤出生产设备真空度调节的难度,同时又节约了时间提高了劳动率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种调节阀装置,更确切地说是一种用于对挤出机真空度进行调节的新型密封调节阀装置。
背景技术
当前,在许多不同的挤出机生产设备对真空度的要求不一样,而现有的真空度调节装置是由球阀和针阀组合调节来完成的。首先工作人员通过调节球阀尽力使生产设备的真空度与所需要的真空度,然后再通过针阀进行调节从而达到所需要的真空度。但是有时候在调节针阀后真空度还没有达到理想的状态,则说明先前球阀的调节存在问题需再调节球阀使真空度达到理想状态。这样反反复复既浪费时间浪费劳动力又在无形中增加了真空调节的难度,故这一技术缺陷成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的一个技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,提供一种密封调节阀装置。
本发明为达到上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种密封调节阀装置,它包括调压阀盖、调压阀体、锥度阀芯和调压阀底座,所述调压阀盖为倒凹字形,与长轴和圆螺母固定连接;所述调压阀体上部为中空圆柱体,下部向内凹,为锥面凸字形,其凸字形上顶周围纵向设有小孔,且小孔横向贯穿调压阀体侧壁,长轴贯穿调压阀体,其中处于调压阀体上部中空圆柱体腔内的长轴上设有方块螺母和弹簧;所述锥度阀芯设在长轴的下端;所述调压阀底座包括调压阀底座A和调压阀底座B,且调压阀底座B套在调压阀底座A上,固定连接;所述与长轴同轴的圆螺母的下方设有方块螺母和弹簧;所述锥度阀芯处于调压阀体下端中空锥面凸字形内,并与其重合密封。
所述调压阀底座A套在调压阀体上,固定连接。
所述锥度阀芯与长轴同轴,由六角螺母固定。
所述弹簧套在长轴上,其一端与方块螺母紧贴,另一端处于调压阀体中空圆柱体的底部。
本发明将现有的球阀和针阀两阀并用的真空调节方式,改成单个阀门调节的真空调节阀。真空调节阀采用锥面密封的方式,这样既能解决现有阀体在真空调节时的难度,又能保证真空度调节的稳定性。
锥面密封调节阀是通过锥度阀芯和调压阀体之间的锥面进行密封调节的,锥度阀芯被固定在中间的长轴上,同时调压阀盖和长轴的连接是固定的,阀体的内腔结构比较特殊,这样就可以保证方块螺母相对固定,然后通过在旋转阀盖的时候来调整方块螺母的位子。当方块螺母的位置下移时,长轴上的弹簧会在方块螺母的驱动下收紧,会给方块螺母一个向上的弹力,而方块螺母和长轴是螺纹联接,同时锥度阀体和长轴是固定的,这样锥度阀芯也有了向上的拉力,从而使锥度阀芯和调压阀体的锥面接触更加严密。反之,当方块螺母的位置上移时,锥度阀芯和调压阀体的锥面接触会减少。锥面密封调节阀就是通关旋转调压阀盖来调整锥度阀芯和调压阀体的锥面接触,从而达到调节真空度的作用。其次由于锥面的密封是由弹簧的张力来控制的,所以将调压阀盖向下压紧时,锥度阀芯和调压阀体将完全分离,仪器设备内的真空度迅速降低。
本发明结构简单合理,能够适用于各种对真空度有要求的挤出设备;既解决了操作人员对挤出生产设备真空度调节的难度,同时又节约了时间提高了劳动率。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示的一种密封调节阀装置,它包括调压阀盖1、调压阀体5、锥度阀芯7和调压阀底座,所述调压阀盖1为倒凹字形,与长轴和圆螺母2固定连接;所述调压阀体5上部为中空圆柱体,下部向内凹,为锥面凸字形,其凸字形上顶周围纵向设有小孔,且小孔横向贯穿调压阀体5侧壁,长轴贯穿调压阀体5,其中处于调压阀体5上部中空圆柱体腔内的长轴上设有方块螺母4和弹簧6;所述锥度阀芯7设在长轴的下端;所述调压阀底座包括调压阀底座A8和调压阀底座B10,且调压阀底座B10套在调压阀底座A8上,固定连接;所述与长轴同轴的圆螺母2的下方设有方块螺母4和弹簧6;所述锥度阀芯7处于调压阀体5下部锥面凸字形内,并与其重合密封。
首先,将本发明的调压阀底座B10拧下来,然后将本发明装在挤出设备上通过调压阀底座A8和调压阀底座B10联接加以固定,调压阀盖1、长轴3和锥度阀芯7是相对固定的;其次,当旋转调压阀盖1时,方块螺母4在调压阀体5内会上下移动,从而使弹簧6的张力发生改变,锥度阀芯7和调压阀体5下端的连接部分密封发生变化,从而达到真空度的精确调节,减少了之前通过球阀和针阀共同调节时的麻烦;最后,锥面的密封是由弹簧6的张力来控制的,当设备出现故障等原因紧急停车的时候,将调压阀盖1向下压紧时,锥度阀芯7和调压阀体5快速分离,仪器设备内的真空度迅速降低,从而最快速的达到真空度的释放。

1. 一种密封调节阀装置,它包括调压阀盖(1)、调压阀体(5)、锥度阀芯(7)和调压阀底座,其特征在于:所述调压阀盖(1)为倒凹字形,与长轴上和圆螺母(2)固定连接;所述调压阀体(5)上部为中空圆柱体,下部向内凹,为锥面凸字形,其凸字形上顶周围纵向设有小孔,且小孔横向贯穿调压阀体(5)侧壁,长轴贯穿调压阀体(5),其中处于调压阀体(5)上部中空圆柱体腔内的长轴上设有方块螺母(4)和弹簧(6);所述锥度阀芯(7)设在长轴的下端;所述调压阀底座包括调压阀底座A(8)和调压阀底座B(10),且调压阀底座B(10)套在调压阀底座A(8)上,固定连接;所述与长轴同轴的圆螺母(2)的下方设有方块螺母(4)和弹簧(6);所述锥度阀芯(7)处于调压阀体(5)下部锥面凸字形内,并与其重合密封。
