The cylindrical ageing storehouse is characterized by comprising a feeding belt conveyor, a silo, a distributing system, a storehouse body, a roller-type discharge device and a blanking belt conveyor which are sequentially connected, wherein the distributing system comprises a first motor, a first speed reducer, electric cylinders, a bull and pinion, moving blocks, pulleys, a connecting rod, a distributing chute and a blanking pipe; the first motor, the first speed reducer, the bull and pinion and the distributing chute are sequentially connected; the electric cylinders, the moving blocks and the connecting rod are sequentially connected; a supporting point of the distributing chute is arranged on the connecting rod; the blanking pipe is arranged at the upper end of the distributing chute; the upper end of the blanking pipe is connected with the silo; the feeding belt conveyor is arranged above the silo; and the distributing chute extends into the storehouse body. When the roller-type discharging device 5 works, material flow falls from two sides of the pressure reducing cone 16, is crushed by the discharging roller 20 and then is discharged to the discharging chute 17 and falls onto a conveying belt below. When the unloading is required to be stopped, the blanking port slide carriage 22 is pushed by the electric cylinder 9 to seal the blanking port, so that the tightness of the storehouse body 4 is maintained. The pressure reducing cone 16 is used for reducing the pressure of the raw materials on the roller system and reducing the friction force of the roller system, thereby reducing the power consumption of the motor. The unloading roller 20 is powered by the second motor 18, and is of a toothed roller type structure through the speed reduction of the second speed reducer 19 and the torque increase of the unloading roller 20, the unloading roller is cast and molded by high-chromium cast iron, the wear resistance is good, the service life is long, the size of the toothed roller is suitable for the condition of raw materials and is generally small-size dense teeth, the number of the roller shafts can be determined according to the size of the tower body and the size of the unloading amount, and 2-6 rollers can be generally adopted. The roll shaft steering design in the process of multiple roll shafts needs to consider the transportation and the crushing of raw materials and the discharging efficiency.
The invention adopts a closed structure of the material storage area, a material distribution mechanism, a roller type discharging device and the like, thoroughly solves the problems that the material in the traditional ageing storehouse is easy to evaporate, the material distribution is not uniform, the first-in first-out can not be realized, the dust is not easy to collect and treat and the like, and can fully ensure the raw material ageing effect of brick and tile production enterprises. Particularly, for the production of high-end building material products such as hollow thin-wall building blocks, ceramic plates and the like with higher surface quality requirements, the cylindrical aging warehouse can better ensure the good raw material aging effect and the product quality.
