技术领域
本发明涉及电动工具领域，尤其涉及一种手持式砂轮磨刀机。
背景技术
磨刀机是一种砂磨类电动工具，广泛用于工矿企业的生产活动中。主要是针对木材加工行业、造纸行业、印刷行业、木料破碎、塑料破碎、橡胶行业、制革行业、冶金轧板等行业切削刀片直线刃磨的一种设备，也可用于磨削一般金属端面之用。是一种具有整体传动机构十分精简完善，使研磨的过程更加方便顺畅及提高整体研磨效能的功效。而现有技术中的磨刀机使用者在使用时比较耗费体力，劳动强度高，安全性能低，使用不方便，降低了工作效率。因此急需一种改进的技术来解决现有技术中所存在的这一问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种手持式砂轮磨刀机。
本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种手持式砂轮磨刀机，包括壳体和手柄，所述手柄设于壳体一侧，所述壳体内设有电机，所述电机一端与设于手柄内的电源线连接，所述电机的另一端连接电机主轴，所述电机主轴贯穿壳体并连接砂轮轴，所述砂轮轴上设有砂轮，所述电机主轴与壳体之间通过轴承架a活动连接，所述壳体上设有砂轮护罩，所述电机主轴穿过砂轮护罩并通过轴承架b活动连接，所述砂轮护罩外侧电机主轴上活动设有砂轮固定块。
所述壳体内顶部两侧设有风扇，所述壳体底部为透气网。
所述手柄表面设有胶套。
本发明的优点是：使用方便，安全性能高，重量轻，节约成本，研磨效能好。

    如图1所示，本发明的一种手持式砂轮磨刀机，包括壳体1和手柄2，所述手柄2设于壳体1一侧，所述壳体1内设有电机3，所述电机3一端与设于手柄2内的电源线4连接，所述电机3的另一端连接电机主轴5，所述电机主轴5贯穿壳体1并连接砂轮轴6，所述砂轮轴6上设有砂轮7，所述电机主轴5与壳体1之间通过轴承架a8活动连接，所述壳体1上设有砂轮护罩9，所述电机主轴5穿过砂轮护罩9并通过轴承架b10活动连接，所述砂轮护罩9外侧电机主轴5上活动设有砂轮固定块11，所述壳体1内顶部两侧设有风扇12，所述壳体1底部为透气网13，所述手柄2表面设有胶套14，使用方便，安全性能高，重量轻，节约成本，研磨效能好。

1.一种手持式砂轮磨刀机，包括壳体和手柄，所述手柄设于壳体一侧，其特征在于：所述壳体内设有电机，所述电机一端与设于手柄内的电源线连接，所述电机的另一端连接电机主轴，所述电机主轴贯穿壳体并连接砂轮轴，所述砂轮轴上设有砂轮，所述电机主轴与壳体之间通过轴承架a活动连接，所述壳体上设有砂轮护罩，所述电机主轴穿过砂轮护罩并通过轴承架b活动连接，所述砂轮护罩外侧电机主轴上活动设有砂轮固定块。
