Abstract
A floor cleaning apparatus comprising a steam generator 21 for providing a stean cleaning mode, a rotary brush 25 for providing a dry cleaning mode, a switch 17 operable to select the steam and/or dry cleaning mode, an upstanding handle 13, and a switch 15 disposed adjacent the upper end of the handle 13 which can be actuated to operate the cleaner in accordance with the selected mode(s). A user is thus able to operate the cleaner to provide the selected mode(s) of cleaning by actuating the switch 15 which is conveniently located on the handle 13.
Description
Technical field
The present invention relates to floor cleaning device, it can utilize one or more cleaning in a plurality of optional different clean methods.
Background technology
Well-knownly be to provide a kind of floor cleaning device, it can provide multiple different cleaning mode to user, and these different cleaning modes can be selected according to their needs user.US2010/0287716 discloses a kind of such device, and it comprises steam cleaning function and the dry function of sweeping.Device comprises total power switch, and when being activated, it to the heating element heater of water heater to switch on to produce steam.Total power switch also connects farther switch with series connection form, and this switch is activated to the motor energising that drives floor cleaning brush.Device also comprises for the pass by handle of upright elongation of the floor surface of being cleaned of guiding device.Trigger is arranged on handle top so that energising configures steam on cleaned surface to pump.
In use, in order to realize dry sweeping, user has to master switch and the energising of brush motor switch. Then user can selectively start trigger and realize cleaning steam simultaneously.Alternatively, user can be by starting trigger and closing brush motor switch and only realize cleaning steam.
The shortcoming of above-described configuration is that device is complicated and use is inconvenient.
Summary of the invention
We have designed a kind of improved floor cleaning device now.
According to the present invention, a kind of floor cleaning device is provided, this floor cleaning device comprises for the device of the first cleaning mode is provided, for the device of the second cleaning mode is provided, can operate to select the switch of the first and/or second cleaning mode, upright handle, and can being activated of adjoining that handle upper end arranges is for according to the switch of the pattern operate cleaner of selecting.
During use, user utilizes mode switch to select a pattern or a plurality of pattern of expectation. Then user comes operate cleaner that selecteed cleaning mode is provided by starting the switch being positioned at easily on handle.Like this, user is without in order to start or the operator scheme of any selection of stopping using and bend body or see towards cleaner.Especially, user is without the position of adjusting their hand for the cleaning brush of disconnecting apparatus, and therefore, in the situation that it is hindered by obstacle or works as it through needing the floor surface of handled, brush can quit work at an easy rate.
Preferably, bat-handle switch is with mode switch and a pair of electric lead series connection to device power supply.
Preferably the cleaning steam pattern being provided by steam generator is provided described first mode.Because steam generator may spend a certain amount of time heating, be necessary that always and provide electric energy to steam generator, to can provide cleaning steam once request.Correspondingly, master switch can be connected with bat-handle switch and wire, and master switch is provided to provide electric energy for the heating element heater of bat-handle switch and steam generator.
Preferably the second cleaning mode comprises dry cleaning mode, for example cleaning modes or vacuum cleaning pattern.
Mode switch preferably includes the first and second configurations that are respectively used to provide the first and second patterns. In alternative embodiment, mode switch may further include for the 3rd configuration of described the first and second patterns is synchronously provided. In the 3rd embodiment, in the selecteed situation of at least one pattern, described mode switch also can start master switch.
Preferably mode switch is set up by wire and pump and/or motor in series, to described the first and second cleaning modes are provided respectively.
Accompanying drawing explanation
By example, the specific embodiment of the present invention is described now, with reference to accompanying drawing, wherein:
Fig. 1 is the front view of the floor cleaning device embodiment according to the present invention;
Fig. 2 is the side schematic view of Fig. 1 device; And
Fig. 3 is the circuit block diagram of Fig. 1 device.
The specific embodiment
With reference to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 of accompanying drawing, shown that, according to floor cleaning device of the present invention, it is set to selectively provide steam cleaning function and/or floor cleaning function.Device comprises upright body part 10, and its lower end is pivotally attached on ground joint head 11 via pivotable neck 12.For the pass by handle 13 of elongation of cleaned floor surface of guiding device, extend upward and extend back from the upper end of body part 10.The upper end of handle 13 is provided with handle 14.Trigger 15 is arranged on and adjoins handle 14 places on handle 13, and this position is the position that user's hand is easy to get at when catching handle 14.
With reference to Fig. 3 of accompanying drawing, the live wire L of cable 22 is connected to a side of the heating element heater 31 of steam generator 21 via master switch 16 and constant temperature regulator 30.The opposite side of heating element heater 31 is connected to the neutral conductor N of cable 22 via Thermal Cutoffs 32.The switch 33 that master switch 16 also operates with trigger 15 by handle 13 is connected. The opposite side of switch 33 is connected with the entrance point 34 of mode switch 17.Mode switch 17 further comprises a pair of port of export 35,36 and for optionally entrance point 34 being connected to the interchangeable contact element 37 of the port of export 35 and/or the port of export 36.
Outside exercisable trigger is provided for moving contacting element 37.
The port of export 35 is connected with a side of the motor of pump 20, and motor opposite side is connected to the neutral conductor N of service cable 22.The port of export 36 is connected to a side of brush motor 27, and the opposite side of brush motor 27 is connected to the neutral conductor N of service cable 22.
In use, first user must start master switch 16, then gives heating element heater 31 energisings of steam generator 21, so that steam generator 21 is always in temperature required and preparation operation.User can select the cleaning mode of expectation that cleaning steam pattern and/or the dry pattern of sweeping are provided by rotary mode switch 17 to appropriate location.Cognoscible, selected pattern is until user catches handle 13 to be just provided with operating when trigger 15 starts the switch 33 of connecting with mode switch 34.Like this, user can start or stop cleaning mode simply by trigger.
In alternative embodiment, motor 27 can be the motor of the fan unit of vacuum cleaner.Further, in embodiment, mode switch 17 can so be set makes to only have a cleaning mode and another cleaning mode to be provided.
Simple and allow user and do not start or stop cleaning function in the situation that move their hand from grip according to floor cleaning apparatus structure of the present invention.
