本发明公开了一种小功率便携式镁空气电池,属于新能源技术领域。包括有电解槽(4),所述的电解槽(4)是由平行正对的两块安装板(5)构成,电解槽(4)都与接线组件连接,其特征在于:电解槽(4)内部设有金属电极(13),安装板(5)内壁设有空气电极(56),电解槽(4)的底部设有排渣盒(6)。本发明提供的小功率便携式镁空气电池可随时随地发电工作,功率密度大,放电功率稳定,体积轻便,操作简单,携带方便。

一种小功率便携式镁空气电池
技术领域
本发明涉及一种小功率便携式镁空气电池,属于新能源技术领域。
背景技术
在新能源技术领域中,氢能发电系统得到越来越多的使用,众所周知,氢燃料电池是氢能发电系统的核心,氢燃料电池对其所工作的环境要求比较高,长期在CO和S元素的环境中工作,氢燃料电池会“中毒”,使得功率衰减,缩短其使用寿命;氢燃料电池系统的造价昂贵,限制其使用范围。本发明提供了一种便于携带的小功率镁空气电池便于携带。
发明内容
针对现有技术的上述不足,本发明提供了一种小功率便携式镁空气电池,取消了氢燃料电池的使用,降低了运行成本;氢气则作为排放气体,对环境无污染,使用寿命长;结构简单便于携带。
一种小功率便携式镁空气电池,包括有电解槽,所述的电解槽是由平行正对的两块安装板构成,电解槽都与接线组件连接,电解槽内部设有金属电极,安装板内壁设有空气电极,电解槽的底部设有排渣盒。
通过接线组件即可以实现电极的串联、并联或者混联。
上述便携式镁空气电池其阳极为金属电极,阴极为空气电极,其工作原理为:
阳极:Mg→Mg2++2e-
阴极:O2+2H2O+4e-→4OH-
电池总反应:Mg+1/2O2+H2O→Mg(OH)2
作为改进,所述的电解槽的数量是两个以上。
作为改进,电解槽上方设有防水透气布,相邻的两个电解槽之间设有上密封橡胶。镁空气电池在放电过程中,阳极会与电解液发生自腐反应,会产生少量氢气,氢气可透过防水透气布经氢气出口排出。反应原理如下;
Mg+2H2O→Mg(OH)2+H2
作为改进,金属电极的材质是镁铝合金。
作为改进,安装板在竖直方向、从上到下由依次密封连接的上安装板、中安装板和下安装板构成,空气电极固定在中安装板内壁。
作为改进,下安装板与排渣盒连接处设置有O型密封圈,下安装板插在排渣盒内。
作为优选,电解槽内设有电解液,电解液是质量比为12:3:100的NaCl、KCl和水。
本发明提供的小功率便携式镁空气电池可随时随地发电工作,只需将电解液倒入有镁接触板的电解槽中,经过多次实验验证,小功率便携式镁空气电池能在10秒内就能输出满功率的30﹪,1分钟内达到满功率。而且小功率便携式镁空电的功率密度大,放电功率稳定,体积轻便,操作简单,携带方便。

具体实施方式
如图1-5所示,一种小功率便携式镁空气电池,包括上盖1、外壳9,外壳9的底部设有凹槽形的排渣盒6,排渣盒6上方是电解槽4,每个电解槽4是由两块安装板5构成的空间,电解槽4内部设有金属电极13,安装板5内壁设有空气电极56。每个电解槽4都与接线组件10连接,通过接线组件10将单个原电池通过接线排将其串联在一起,形成一定的电压的整个电池组;整个电池组通过USB接口输出功率。单个电解槽4通过螺纹紧固在外壳9上,形成整体式电解槽。
外壳9内设有插槽片11,金属电极13通过插槽片11安装在电解槽4内,插槽片11的位置是处于电解槽4的上部位置,安装板5包括上安装板51、中安装板52和下安装板53,上安装板51和中安装板52、中安装板52和下安装板53之间设有密封垫54密封,空气电极56通过粘接层55连接中安装板52。
金属电极13的材质是镁铝合金。空气电极以泡沫镍作为载体,泡沫镍具有良好的透气性,保证有足够的空气透入空气电极中,还可以增加空气电极的强度。
上盖1下方设有防水透气布2,镁空气电池在工作过程中,会产生少量氢气,氢气可透过防水透气布2经氢气出口排出。防水透气布2下方设有上密封橡胶3,上密封橡胶3将单个电解槽4之间密封隔开。上盖1上设有旋钮12和旋转把手15,旋钮12上设有旋钮盖14。
单个电解槽4的两块下安装板53与其下部的排渣槽之间是通过O型密封圈8进行密封的,形成一个整体,整个下安装板53插入排渣盒6内;相邻的电解槽4的下方的下安装板53之间还通过下密封橡胶7密封。反应后的物质和未反应完全残留的物质通过排渣盒6排出。排渣盒6中的渣滓累积到一定数量时,则要进行清理,只需将排渣盒6拔下,即可清理清洗干净,方便快捷。
便携式镁空气电池工作时,首先将外壳9上的旋钮盖14拨开,旋转旋钮12将上盖1取下,将金属电极13与插槽片11连接好,放置于电解槽4内部,然后将电解液倒入电解槽4中,锁紧旋钮12。所述的电解液是质量比为12:3:100的NaCl、KCl和水。
便携式镁空气电池工作结束后,只需将电解槽4中电解液倒出,用清水冲洗干净便可。
以35W的镁空电池为例,经测试,输出功率如下:

1.一种小功率便携式镁空气电池,包括有电解槽(4),所述的电解槽(4)是由平行正对的两块安装板(5)构成,电解槽(4)都与接线组件连接,其特征在于:电解槽(4)内部设有金属电极(13),安装板(5)内壁设有空气电极(56),电解槽(4)的底部设有排渣盒(6);安装板(5)在竖直方向、从上到下由依次密封连接的上安装板(51)、中安装板(52)和下安装板(53)构成,空气电极(56)固定在中安装板(52)内壁;下安装板(53)与排渣盒(6)连接处设置有O型密封圈(8),下安装板(53)插在排渣盒(6)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小功率便携式镁空气电池,其特征在于:所述的电解槽(4)的数量是两个以上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的小功率便携式镁空气电池,其特征在于:电解槽(4)上方设有防水透气布(2),相邻的两个电解槽(4)之间设有上密封橡胶(3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的小功率便携式镁空气电池,其特征在于:金属电极(13)的材质是镁铝合金。
