Abstract
The invention discloses a safety protection device for an outdoor unit of an air conditioner. The safety protection device comprises a top beam, a cover, side columns and a support, wherein the top beam is fixed on an outer wall body; the support is fixed in a position, below the top beam, of the outer wall body; one end of the cover is movably connected with the front end of the support through a cover rotating shaft, so that the cover can rotate in a perpendicular direction; and the side columns are movably connected with side ends of the support through side column rotating shafts. According to the safety protection device for the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner can be prevented from falling by accident, and maintenance work of a maintenance worker is facilitated; and connecting screw holes are formed and can be used as connecting holes of a safety belt of for the maintenance worker, so that the safety of the maintenance worker is protected.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of safety facilities of outdoor units of split air conditioners, in particular to a safety protection device of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner.
Background
Nowadays, an air conditioner is one of electric appliances necessary for home, and a split type air conditioner is very popular with users due to the advantages of low indoor noise, beautiful indoor unit body and the like.
However, the outdoor unit of a split type air conditioner is difficult to install, and it is often simply hung on an outer wall or placed on a bracket installed on the outer wall without any protection measures. This kind of mounting means has great potential safety hazard, if the installation air conditioner support is non professional, can't know the structure of building outer wall body, and the installation is insecure, or the material quality of support is poor, can't reach the requirement for quality, and the support is not hard up to lead to the off-premises station accident to drop. The invention provides a safety protection device of an air conditioner outdoor unit, which comprises a top beam, a covering cover, side rails and a support, wherein the top beam is fixed on the side rails; wherein,
the top beam is fixed on the outer wall body;
the bracket is arranged on an outer wall body fixed below the top beam;
one end of the covering cover is movably connected with the front end of the bracket through a covering cover rotating shaft, so that the covering cover can rotate in the vertical direction;
the side rail is movably connected with the side end of the bracket through a side rail rotating shaft.
Optionally, according to the safety protection device of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, top ends of the top beam, the cover and the side rail are respectively provided with a top beam lock hole, a cover lock hole and a side rail lock hole which correspond to each other.
Optionally, according to the safety device of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, the safety device further includes an extension beam, and the extension beam is fixed to one side of the side rail.
Optionally, according to the safety protection device of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, the extended beam is provided with an extended beam lock hole, and the position of the extended beam lock hole corresponds to the position of the side fence lock hole.
Optionally, in the safety device of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to the present invention, the cover may be rotated by 90 degrees along the cover rotation axis.

The invention provides a safety protection device of an air conditioner outdoor unit, which can prevent the outdoor unit from accidentally falling and being stolen and is convenient for maintenance personnel to overhaul.
Fig. 1 and 2 are schematic views illustrating a locking state and an opening state of a safety guard device of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the safety guard device of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is installed at one side of a window 1, and includes a top beam 2, a cover cap 3, a side rail 4, and a bracket 6; the bracket 6 is fixed on the outer wall body through expansion bolts 21, and the air conditioner outdoor unit can be placed on the bracket. The top beam 2 fixes the upper end of the air conditioner outdoor unit through an expansion bolt 21, the top beam 2 is also provided with a safety lock connecting hole 22, and a maintenance worker can buckle the connecting buckle of the safety rope on the safety lock connecting hole 22 to enhance the operation safety. The cover hood 3 is connected with the bracket 6 through the cover hood rotating shaft 31, the cover hood 3 can rotate 90 degrees along the cover hood rotating shaft 31, and similarly, the side rail 4 is connected with the bracket 6 through the side rail rotating shaft, and the side rail 4 can rotate 90 degrees along the side rail rotating shaft, so that when the outdoor unit is maintained by opening the safety protection device, the cover hood and the side rail can freely rotate and can be adjusted to a required angle and position. One end of the reinforcing rod 61 is fixed to the bracket 6 and can rotate along the fixed point, and the other end is buckled on the cover cap 3. In the invention, the top beam, the bracket and the expansion beam are fixed on the outer wall body through expansion bolts. An expansion bolt is a special threaded connector used to secure piping branches/hangers/brackets or equipment to walls, floors, columns. as shown in fig. 1, after the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is installed, the cover cap 3 and the side rail 4 are in a closed and locked state; the cover 3 and the side rails 4 are locked through the lock, so that the air conditioner outdoor unit is fixed in the safety protection device, the outdoor unit cannot fall off even if the support is loosened, and safety accidents can be effectively prevented. Meanwhile, the cover and the side rail are provided with the lock for locking, so that the outdoor unit can be effectively prevented from being stolen.
As shown in fig. 2, when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner needs to be maintained, a maintenance worker may fasten the fastening of the safety rope to the safety lock fastening hole 22, open the locking device of the outdoor unit, open the reinforcing rod 61, and then put down the cover 3 and the side rail 4, respectively. Fixing the side rail 4 on the extension beam 5, lowering the cover 3 to the horizontal, and then fastening the reinforcing rod 61 to the first reinforcing rod fixing hole 32 of the cover 3 to lock the extension beam locking hole 51 and the side rail locking hole 41; at this time, the maintenance person can stand on the side rail 4 to perform maintenance of the air conditioner outdoor unit. Because the safety rope is connected to the safety lock connecting hole of the top beam, the maintenance personnel can be effectively prevented from falling down accidentally. Meanwhile, the safety protection device can be opened, so that maintenance personnel can overhaul the outdoor unit conveniently.

1. A safety protection device of an air conditioner outdoor unit comprises a top beam (2), a covering cover (3), a side rail (4) and a bracket (6); wherein,
the top beam (2) is fixed on the outer wall body;
the bracket (6) is arranged on an outer wall body fixed below the top beam (2);
one end of the cover (3) is movably connected with the front end of the bracket (6) through a cover rotating shaft (31) so as to be capable of rotating in the vertical direction;
the side rail (4) is movably connected with the side end of the bracket (6) through a side rail rotating shaft.
2. The outdoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein top ends of the top beam (2), the cover cap (3) and the side rail (4) are respectively provided with a top beam locking hole (23), a cover cap locking hole (34) and a side rail locking hole (41) corresponding to each other.
3. The outdoor unit of an air conditioner of claim 2, wherein the safety guard device further comprises an extension beam (5), and the extension beam (5) is fixed to one side of the side rail (4).
4. The outdoor unit of claim 3, wherein the extension beam (5) has an extension beam locking hole (51), and the position of the extension beam locking hole (51) corresponds to the position of the side rail locking hole (41).
5. The outdoor unit of an air conditioner of claim 1, wherein the cover cap (3) is rotatable by 90 degrees along the cover cap rotation shaft (31).
6. The outdoor unit of claim 1, wherein the side rail (4) is rotatable by 90 degrees along the rotation axis of the side rail.
7. The outdoor unit of claim 1, wherein the top beam (2) further has a plurality of safety lock connection holes.
8. The outdoor unit of claim 1, wherein the bracket (6) is provided with a reinforcing rod (61), one end of the reinforcing rod (61) is fixed to the bracket (6) and can rotate along the fixed point, and the other end is fastened to the cover cap (3).
