Abstract

本发明公开一种排气阀装置,用于功能鞋鞋底,包括外壳和内芯,所述外壳为一中空柱子,所述内芯插接在外壳下端,所述排气阀装置还包括一中心定位孔,所述中心定位孔通过若干加强筋与外壳上端连接,所述内芯包括阀体和弹性部件,所述弹性部件套接于阀体外部,所述阀体上端设有中心轴、中端设有出气孔、下端设有进气孔,所述出气孔和进气孔通过气体通道连接。本发明的优点在于排气装置内设有消音棉,可以避免走动时鞋子产生的噪音,外壳的设计能够防止排气阀装置轻易的松动掉落,本发明的结构简单、制作成本低、使用方便、换气效果好、消音效果佳。

一种排气阀装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种排气气阀,尤其是一种用于鞋底内排气换气的气阀。
背景技术
目前市场上用于鞋底的排气其它装置普遍存在两种现象,一种是结构简单,但是这种气阀容易损坏,同时在排气过程容易产生噪音,另一种是结构复杂的,但是由于其结构复杂,同时也增加了制作成本,这样使得鞋子的售价也将变贵。
中国专利号为201120538744.0公开了一种气体单向阀,包括阀盖、阀芯、复位弹簧、阀体、阀座,所述的阀盖设置在阀体的上端,所述的阀座设置在阀体的下端,在阀体内设置所述的阀芯,所述的复位弹簧设置在阀芯与阀座之间,其特征在于:所述的阀座包括一导向柱,所述的阀芯下端套在所述的导向柱上,在该导向柱的上端与阀芯下端形成一缓冲气囊。上述的专利虽然解决噪音的问题,但还存在结构复杂,消音效果不佳,制作成本高等问题。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种结构简单、使用方便、换气效果好和消音效果佳的排气阀装置。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种排气阀装置,用于功能鞋鞋底,包括外壳和内芯,所述外壳为一中空柱子,所述内芯插接在外壳下端,所述排气阀装置还包括一中心定位孔,所述中心定位孔通过若干加强筋与外壳上端连接,所述内芯包括阀体和弹性部件,所述弹性部件套接于阀体外部,所述阀体上端设有中心轴、中端设有出气孔、下端设有进气孔,所述出气孔和进气孔通过气体通道连接,所述弹性部件起到止气的作用,当鞋底受压排气时,弹性部件张开,排出气体,当鞋底减压吸气时,弹性部件收缩,挡住出气孔,防止外部气体通过出气孔进入鞋底。
进一步地,所述阀体和弹性部件之间设有消音棉,当气体通过出气孔排除时,通过消音棉将气体通过弹性部件和气孔的声音消除。
进一步地,所述中心轴上端设有斜锥,所述斜锥配合中心定位孔使用,当内芯插接入外壳下端后,中心轴上端的斜锥插入中心定位孔中,期待止挡和固定内芯的作用,所述斜锥和中心定位孔之间设有消音棉,当气体通过中心定位孔排除时,起到消音作用。
进一步地,所述外壳外壁设有防脱倒钩,当外壳插入鞋底后,防止排气阀装置松动掉落。
进一步地,所述外壳、加强筋和中心定位孔一体成型。
本发明的优点在于排气装置内设有消音棉,可以避免走动时鞋子产生的噪音,外壳的设计能够防止排气阀装置轻易的松动掉落,本发明的结构简单、制作成本低、使用方便、换气效果好、消音效果佳。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
参考图1至图6,如图1和图2所示的本发明提供一种排气阀装置,包括外壳10和内芯20,所述外壳10为一中空柱子,所述内芯20插接在外壳10下端,所述排气阀装置还包括一中心定位孔12,如图3所示的中心定位孔12通过若干加强筋11与外壳10上端连接,如图4所示的内芯20包括阀体21和弹性部件30,所述弹性部件30套接于阀体21外部,所述弹性部件30起到止气的作用,当鞋底受压排气时,弹性部件30张开,排出气体,当鞋底减压吸气时,弹性部件30收缩,挡住出气孔23,防止外部气体通过出气孔23进入鞋底;如图5和图6所示的阀体21上端设有中心轴22,中端设有出气孔23、下端设有进气孔24、所述出气孔23和进气孔24通过气体通道25连接;所述阀体21和弹性部件30之间设有消音棉,当气体通过出气孔23排出时,通过消音棉将气体通过弹性部件30和气孔的声音消除;所述中心轴22上端设有斜锥26,所述斜锥26配合中心定位孔12使用,所述斜锥26和中心定位孔12之间设有消音棉,当内芯20插接入外壳10下端后,中心轴上端的斜锥26插入中心定位孔12中,期待止挡和固定内芯的作用,所述斜锥26和中心定位孔12之间设有消音棉,当气体通过中心定位孔12排除时,起到消音作用;所述外壳10外壁设有防脱倒钩13,当外壳10插入鞋底后,防止排气阀装置松动掉落;所述外壳10、加强筋11和中心定位孔12一体成型。

1.一种排气阀装置,用于功能鞋鞋底,包括外壳和内芯,所述外壳为一中空柱子,所述内芯插接在外壳中,其特征在于:所述内芯包括阀体和弹性部件,所述弹性部件套接于阀体外部,所述阀体上端设有中心轴、中端设有出气孔、下端设有进气孔,所述出气孔和进气孔通过气体通道连接;还包括一中心定位孔,所述中心定位孔通过若干加强筋与外壳上端连接,所述中心轴与中心定位孔配合使用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的排气阀装置,其特征在于,所述阀体和弹性部件之间设有消音棉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的排气阀装置,其特征在于,所述中心轴上端设有斜锥,所述斜锥配合中心定位孔使用,所述斜锥和中心定位孔之间设有消音棉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的排气阀装置,其特征在于,所述外壳外壁设有防脱倒钩。
5.根据权利要求1所述的排气阀装置,其特征在于,所述外壳、加强筋和中心定位孔一体成型。
6.一种排气阀装置,用于功能鞋鞋底,包括外壳和内芯,所述外壳为一中空柱子,所述内芯插接在外壳中,其特征在于:所述内芯包括阀体和弹性部件,所述弹性部件套接于阀体外部,所述阀体上端设有中心轴、中端设有出气孔、下端设有进气孔,所述出气孔和进气孔通过气体通道连接,还包括一中心定位孔,所述中心定位孔通过若干加强筋与外壳上端连接,所述中心轴上端设有斜锥,所述斜锥配合中心定位孔使用;所述阀体和弹性部件之间设有消音棉,所述斜锥和中心定位孔之间设有消音棉;所述外壳外壁设有防脱倒钩;所述外壳、加强筋和中心定位孔一体成型。
