Abstract

本发明公开了一种大小可调的吸盘，包括吸盘本体和多个用于扩展吸盘尺寸的吸盘环，上述吸盘本体的横截面为类弓形面，上述吸盘环的横截面为两段对称的弧形面，上述吸盘本体上还设有一个便于握持的凸块。有益之处在于：本发明的一种大小可调的吸盘，通过吸盘本体与吸盘环或者吸盘环与吸盘环之间的密封连接，将吸盘的尺寸可以自由扩展，相应地吸力也增大了，能够灵活适应于多种场合使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸盘，具体涉及一种大小可调的吸盘。
背景技术
吸盘是我们常用的一种用于无胶粘接或者悬挂物件产品，对应于不同的使用场合我们使用不同大小尺寸的吸盘，吸盘的通用性不强。为了克服这一缺陷，我们致力于研发一种根据我们的使用需求调节大小的吸盘。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足，本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种大小可调的吸盘，吸盘的通用性强，灵活性高。 
为了实现上述目标，本发明采用如下的技术方案：
一种大小可调的吸盘，包括吸盘本体和多个用于扩展吸盘尺寸的吸盘环，上述吸盘本体的横截面为类弓形面，上述吸盘环的横截面为两段对称的弧形面，上述吸盘本体上还设有一个便于握持的凸块。
作为一种实施例，前述吸盘本体和吸盘环的外周面均设有若干个插接耳，上述吸盘环的内周面设有与上述插接耳配合的插槽。
作为另一种实施例，前述吸盘本体上形成有若干个卡接耳，上述吸盘环形成有与卡接耳相配合的卡接槽。
优选地，前述卡接耳为三角形，其中一个角与吸盘本体相连。这种结构密封性特别好，吸力强。
作为再一种实施例，前述吸盘本体和吸盘环的外周面均形成有一圈连接环，上述吸盘环的内周面形成有一圈与连接环相配合的连接槽。
本发明的有益之处在于：本发明的一种大小可调的吸盘，通过吸盘本体与吸盘环或者吸盘环与吸盘环之间的密封连接，将吸盘的尺寸可以自由扩展，相应地吸力也增大了，能够灵活适应于多种场合使用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
参见图1，本发明的一种大小可调的吸盘，包括吸盘本体1和多个用于扩展吸盘尺寸的吸盘环2，图1中只示出了两个吸盘环2，实际上可以为更多。吸盘本体1的横截面为类弓形面，如图4所示，吸盘环2的横截面为两段对称的弧形面。这样，吸盘本体1和吸盘环2在与固定物接触时，一开始与固定物之间会存在一定的间隙，粘接后将间隙中的空气排出，利用内外压差即可将其牢固地固定。此外，在吸盘本体1上还设有一个便于握持的凸块3。
实施例1
如图2所示，吸盘本体1和吸盘环2的外周面均设有若干个插接耳4，相应地吸盘环2的内周面设有与上述插接耳4配合的插槽。通过插接耳4与插槽配合，将吸盘的尺寸进行灵活扩展。
实施例2
如图3所示，吸盘本体1上形成有若干个卡接耳5，相应地吸盘环2形成有与卡接耳5相配合的卡接槽。
作为一种优选，卡接耳5为三角形，其中一个角与吸盘本体1相连。这种结构密封性特别好，吸力强。
实施例3
如图4和图5所示，吸盘本体1和吸盘环2的外周面均形成有一圈连接环6，相应地吸盘环2的内周面形成有一圈与连接环6相配合的连接槽7，这种结构最便于成型加工。

1.一种大小可调的吸盘，其特征在于，包括吸盘本体和多个用于扩展吸盘尺寸的吸盘环，上述吸盘本体的横截面为类弓形面，上述吸盘环的横截面为两段对称的弧形面，上述吸盘本体上还设有一个便于握持的凸块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大小可调的吸盘，其特征在于，上述吸盘本体和吸盘环的外周面均设有若干个插接耳，上述吸盘环的内周面设有与上述插接耳配合的插槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大小可调的吸盘，其特征在于，上述吸盘本体上形成有若干个卡接耳，上述吸盘环形成有与卡接耳相配合的卡接槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种大小可调的吸盘，其特征在于，上述卡接耳为三角形，其中一个角与吸盘本体相连。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种大小可调的吸盘，其特征在于，上述吸盘本体和吸盘环的外周面均形成有一圈连接环，上述吸盘环的内周面形成有一圈与连接环相配合的连接槽。
