本发明公开了一种方便压取鞋子清洁剂的装置，包括盛装有清洁剂的容器本体1，在所述容器本体1上端设有容器盖2，所述容器盖2上设有中心孔，所述容器盖2的中心孔孔口旁设有一环形凸起2a，所述环形凸起2a上螺纹连接有盖子3，气管4和出液管5穿过盖子3插入容器本体1内，其中所述气管4的下端管口位于容器本体1内的液面的上方，所述气管4的上端管口上设有阀门7，所述阀门7通过管道与储气罐6连接，所述出液管5的下端管口伸到容器本体1内的底端，所述出液管5的上端管口焊接在托盘8底板的中心孔中。本发明结构简单，制作简单、成本低、使用方便，安全卫生。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种制鞋过程中方便压取鞋子清洁剂的装置。
背景技术
鞋子制作过程中，在上皮之前，需要用清洁剂将鞋子清洗干净，目前，清洁剂都是盛装在盆子或桶里面，然后用一块海绵沾取清洁剂清洁鞋子。这样，工人在操作时，一不小心便将清洁剂粘在手上。另一方面，用海绵直接在桶里沾取，沾取的量会超过海绵的吸收量，导致清洁剂过量的清洁剂低落在地面上，影响操作现场的环境。并且敞开的清洁剂盛放容器本身都会导致清洁剂的污染。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种制鞋过程中方便压取鞋子清洁剂的装置，避免清洁剂洒落。
本发明的技术方案如下：一种制鞋过程中方便压取鞋子清洁剂的装置，包括盛装有清洁剂的容器本体(1)，其特征在于：在所述容器本体(1)上端设有容器盖(2)，所述容器盖(2)上设有中心孔，所述容器盖(2)的中心孔孔口旁设有一环形凸起(2a)，所述环形凸起(2a)上螺纹连接有盖子(3)，气管(4)和出液管(5)穿过盖子(3)插入容器本体(1)内，其中所述气管(4)的下端管口位于容器本体(1)内的液面的上方，所述气管(4)的上端管口上设有阀门(7)，所述阀门(7)通过管道与储气罐(6)连接，所述出液管(5)的下端管口伸到容器本体(1)内的底端，所述出液管(5)的上端管口焊接在托盘(8)底板的中心孔中。
采用上述技术方案，将摖鞋的海绵放在托盘内，打开阀门，在气体的作用下，容器本体内的清洁剂从出液管到达托盘内的海绵上，然后关闭阀门。避免人用手直接到桶内沾取清洁剂，避免清洁剂洒落。将盖子设置在容器盖的中心孔的环形凸台上，加料时可以直接将容器盖取开加料，方便加料。且密封效果好。托盘还可以用于临时放置清洁海绵。
在上述技术方案中：所述阀门(7)与储气罐(6)之间的管道上设有缓冲罐(9)。
在上述技术方案中：所述容器本体(1)的内底面上设有凹槽(1a)，所述出液管(5)的下端位于凹槽(1a)内。这样可以使得容器本体内的清洁剂用完，不残留。
在上述技术方案中：所述出液管(5)的下端管口上设有滤网(10)。
有益效果：本发明结构简单，制作简单、成本低、使用方便，安全卫生。

实施例1，如图1-4所示，本发明的制鞋过程中方便压取鞋子清洁剂的装置，包括盛装有清洁剂的容器本体1，在所述容器本体1上端设有容器盖2，容器盖2与容器本体1螺纹连接，所述容器盖2上设有中心孔，所述容器盖2的中心孔孔口旁设有一环形凸起2a，所述环形凸起2a上螺纹连接有盖子3，具体说，所述环形凸起2a上设有外螺纹，所述盖子3上设有内螺纹，所述盖子3和环形凸起2a螺纹连接，气管4和出液管5穿过盖子3插入容器本体1内，其中所述气管4的下端管口位于容器本体1内的液面的上方，所述气管4的上端管口上设有阀门7，所述阀门7通过管道与储气罐6连接，所述阀门7与储气罐6之间的管道上设有缓冲罐9。所述容器本体1的内底面上设有凹槽1a，所述出液管5的下端位于凹槽1a内。所述出液管5的下端管口上设有滤网10。所述出液管5的上端管口焊接在托盘8底板的中心孔中。

1.一种制鞋过程中方便压取鞋子清洁剂的装置，包括盛装有清洁剂的容器本体(1)，其特征在于：在所述容器本体(1)上端设有容器盖(2)，所述容器盖(2)上设有中心孔，所述容器盖(2)的中心孔孔口旁设有一环形凸起(2a)，所述环形凸起(2a)上螺纹连接有盖子(3)，气管(4)和出液管(5)穿过盖子(3)插入容器本体(1)内，其中所述气管(4)的下端管口位于容器本体(1)内的液面的上方，所述气管(4)的上端管口上设有阀门(7)，所述阀门(7)通过管道与储气罐(6)连接，所述出液管(5)的下端管口伸到容器本体(1)内的底端，所述出液管(5)的上端管口焊接在托盘(8)底板的中心孔中，
所述阀门(7)与储气罐(6)之间的管道上设有缓冲罐(9)，
所述容器本体(1)的内底面上设有凹槽(1a)，所述出液管(5)的下端位于凹槽(1a)内。
