本发明涉及一种反射板。
背景技术
在红外烘道或其他加热用烘道、烘箱中,用于反射热量的材料为抛光的铝板或不锈钢板,此两种材料相对价格都比较昂贵,而不锈钢板价格更贵,制作成本高。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种反射板,它不但可以利用冷轧钢板或镀锌板上涂敷二氧化钛产生很强的反射作用,达到加热的目的,而且节约了成本。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种反射板,它包括基板,在基板的表面覆盖有二氧化钛层,在基板与二氧化钛层之间设有耐温层。
所述的基板设置为冷轧钢板或镀锌板。所述的耐温层为耐温树脂层。
本发明具有以下有益效果:采用了以上技术方案后,本发明一种新颖的反射板,在基板的表面覆盖有二氧化钛层,基板设置为冷轧钢板或镀锌板,在基板与二氧化钛层之间设有耐温层,耐温层为耐温树脂层,由于二氧化钛层有良好的遮盖能力,它具有相当理想的反射效果,不仅粘附力强,不易起化学变化,永远是雪白的,而且无毒,熔点很高,在烘道中或烘箱内可作顶板、侧板反射材料,在加热过程用它涂敷的板材可反射腔内的热量,达到反射热量的效果。

在图1中,本发明提供了一种反射板,它包括基板1,基板1设置为冷轧钢板或镀锌板,在基板1的表面覆盖有二氧化钛层2,在基板1与二氧化钛层2之间设有耐温层3,所述的耐温层3为耐温树脂层。
