    本发明涉及一种茶壶，特别是一种茶壶内网兜可以上下调节的茶壶。
背景技术
    目前，公知的茶壶有内网兜，但是内网兜都是在茶壶内胆的中上部分，而开水并不是一直都是满的，所以在茶壶内网兜上部分的茶叶就不能很好的浸泡，浪费了一部分茶叶。在茶壶下部分的茶叶一直浸泡这茶叶，茶水的浓度就会随时间增加，喜好喝淡茶的人就要很麻烦的经常将内网兜拿出。
发明内容
为了能让人方便地控制茶水浓度和尽量利用完全茶叶，本发明提供一种茶壶，该茶壶在茶壶内网兜边缘焊接茶壶内网兜固定杆，茶壶内网兜固定杆与茶壶内网兜成一定角度且固定杆上有固定卡头。茶壶内网兜固定杆上的固定卡头卡在茶壶内口边缘上固定茶壶内网兜，通过上下调节茶壶内网兜固定杆来调节茶壶内网兜的上下位置，这样就可以按照个人喜好使茶壶内网兜整个或一部分浸入茶中来调节茶叶的浸泡时间与茶的浓度从而不用浪费茶叶。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是：一种茶壶，包括茶壶盖子1、茶壶内网兜2、茶壶主体3、茶壶内网兜固定杆4、茶壶内网兜固定卡头5、茶壶内网兜网盖6、茶壶内网兜网盖与网兜主体连接杆7、铆钉8、茶壶内网兜主体9、茶壶盖子缺口10，其特征是，茶壶内网兜固定杆4焊接在茶壶内网兜主体2；茶壶内网兜网盖6和茶壶内网兜主体2通过茶壶内网兜网盖与网兜主体连接杆7与铆钉8连接在一起；茶壶内网兜固定卡头5在茶壶内网兜固定杆4上；茶壶内网兜网盖6比茶壶内网兜主体2稍大一点；茶壶内网兜固定杆4的数量是一条至三条；每一条茶壶内网兜固定杆4上的茶壶内网兜固定卡头5数量是一个至四个；茶壶内网兜固定杆4的数量与茶壶盖子缺口10数量一致。
本发明的有益效果是，满足了茶壶的正常使用功能的同时，能将茶壶内网兜上下调节来控制茶叶的浸泡时间和充分利用完全茶叶。

    参照图示，茶壶在茶壶内网兜主体2边缘焊接茶壶内网兜固定杆4，茶壶内网兜固定杆4与茶壶内网兜主体2成一定角度且固定杆上有固定卡头5，茶壶内网兜固定杆4上的固定卡头5卡在茶壶内口边缘上固定茶壶内网兜主体2，打开茶壶内网兜网盖6，加入茶叶，盖上茶壶内网兜网盖6，将整个茶壶内网兜2放入茶壶中，加入开水，盖上茶壶盖子1，即可泡茶。稍微用手压迫茶壶内网兜固定杆4，茶壶内网兜固定杆固定卡头5离开茶壶内口边缘，这样既有可以上下调节内网兜的高度。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶壶，其特征是，茶壶内网兜网盖（6）比茶壶内网兜主体（2）稍大一点。
