Abstract

本发明公开一种目标区域捕获方法及其生物信息处理方法和系统。所述目标区域捕获方法包括利用目标区域捕获芯片捕获目标区域捕获芯片指定使用物种的近源物种的基因片段；并对所述近源物种的基因片段进行测序获得基因片段序列。本发明的方法和系统，将为单一物种设计的基因芯片用于其它近源物种的目标区域捕获，从而帮助筛选近源物种的全基因组数据。
