Abstract

本发明公开了一种分散深蓝色染料，按质量份数，其组成为：组分A：7-9份，组分B：3-4.5份，组分C：40-43份，组分D：29-33份，组分E：14-20份。组分都是不易污染纤维的产品，其应用于涤纶和氨纶混纺织物染色，在纯涤纶上无需还原洗，涤纶和氨纶混纺织物上只需一次碱性还原洗即可达到牢度要求，至少可节省一缸用水，减少废水排放，缩短染色步骤，减少染色时间，降低生产成本，工业应用价值高。

一种分散深蓝色染料
技术领域
本发明涉及分散染料组合物制备领域，尤其涉及一种适用于涤纶和氨纶混纺织物染色的一种分散深蓝色染料。
背景技术
近年来，各个国家及地区都相继出台了环保方面的各项法律法规，我国也确定了节约资源和保护环境的基本国策，对能耗大，排污大的染整行业提出了更高的要求，传统的高牢度分散染料应用于纯涤纶染色必须要经过至少一次的还原洗，应用涤纶和氨纶混纺织物至少需要两次还原洗才能达到牢度要求。
目前市场上的普通分散深蓝主要有分散深蓝79，分散深蓝291等，此类常规染料由于结构稳定，不易清洗，造成染色牢度较差，必须要依靠多次还原洗才能使牢度有所提高（还原洗方式有两种①碱洗：加入保险粉及片碱；②酸洗：加入酸性还原洗净剂及醋酸），如需达到较好牢度，应用涤纶至少需要一次还原洗；氨纶混纺织物至少需要两次还原洗，这就延长了染色时间、提高了成本、增加了染色废水排放量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种染色性能佳，染色后不易脱离涤纶纤维，使染料混合物达到免还原洗或减少还原洗次数的分散深蓝色染料。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案：一种分散深蓝色染料，按质量份数，其组成为：组分A：7-9份，组分B：3-4.5份，组分C：40-43份，组分D：29-33份，组分E：14-20份；

所述的一种分散深蓝色染料，其特征在于：按质量份数，其优选组成为：组分A：8-9份，组分B：4-4.5份，组分C：42-43份，组分D：30-32份，组分E：18-20份。
本发明具有如下优点和效果：组分都是不易污染纤维的产品，其应用于涤纶和氨纶混纺织物染色，在纯涤纶上无需还原洗，涤纶和氨纶混纺织物上只需一次碱性还原洗即可达到牢度要求，至少可节省一缸用水，减少废水排放，缩短染色步骤，减少染色时间，降低生产成本，工业应用价值高。

结合具体实施例作进一步的详细说明，使本发明的优点更为明显。应该理解，其中的内容只是用作说明，而绝非对本发明的保护范围构成限制。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法，通常按照常规条件，或按照制造厂商所建议的条件进行。

按上述质量，将各个组分充分研磨搅拌均匀既得成品；将上述实施制得的分散深蓝色染料进行性能测试，测试方法如下：
取该成品0.5克，分散于500克冷水中，经充分搅拌后取8mL后与32mL水混合均匀，用醋酸调节PH=4.0，放入2克涤纶纤维进行染色，以3℃/min的升温速率升至130℃，保温30min后冷却至80℃，清洗取样，获得黑色染织物，不经过还原清洗，采用GB/T3921-1997、GB/T5718-1997、GB/T3920-1997法进行牢度测试，测试结果如下表所示：

根据上述测试结果，本发明所提供的分散深蓝色染料组合物，在涤纶纤维上无需经还原清洗，牢度即可达到优异表现，缩短染色步骤，减少染色时间，降低生产成本，工业应用价值高。
