一种心胸外科护肺膜,由上下两层护皮薄膜和中间的纱布层组成,纱布层的四周边缘和上下护皮薄膜的四周边缘互不连接,纱布层的其余部分与两层护皮薄膜之间相互粘连成一整体。所述的纱布层由至少一层纱布构成。本发明的有益效果是,护皮薄膜表面光滑,肺组织与之摩擦不易损伤;纱布层四周边缘未与护皮薄膜连接,悬吊心包时,可以将线缝于纱布层的边缘,便于进行提拉;护皮薄膜与纱布层相互粘连,使纱布固定,易于操作。

一种心胸外科护肺膜
技术领域
本发明涉及手术耗材领域,尤其是涉及一种用于心胸外科微创手术中保护肺组织的耗材。
背景技术
当前微创切口应用广泛,在心胸外科中也常采用右腋下直切口完成手术。进入胸腔切开心包后,传统常将切口两侧心包分别与两块湿盐水纱布缝合,通过提拉湿盐水纱布来悬吊心包从而提起心脏。对于婴幼儿患者,肺组织相对发育不成熟,在手术过程中与悬吊用的湿盐水纱布发生摩擦,易造成微小损伤,导致术后出现较多、较严重肺部并发症。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种心胸外科手术用护肺膜,有效避免肺组织与纱布摩擦,充分保护肺组织,尤其是婴幼儿患者肺组织。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种心胸外科护肺膜,由上下两层护皮薄膜和中间的纱布层组成,纱布层的四周边缘和上下护皮薄膜的四周边缘互不连接,纱布层的其余部分与两层护皮薄膜之间相互粘连成一整体,所述的纱布层由至少一层纱布构成。
本发明的有益效果是,护皮薄膜表面光滑,肺组织与之摩擦不易损伤;纱布层四周边缘未与护皮薄膜连接,悬吊心包时,可以将线缝于纱布层的边缘,便于进行提拉;护皮薄膜与纱布层相互粘连,使纱布固定,易于操作。

具体实施方式
一种心胸外科护肺膜,由上下两层护皮薄膜和中间的纱布层组成,纱布层由至少一层纱布构成,纱布层的四周边缘与上下护皮薄膜的四周边缘互不连接,纱布层的其余部分与上下两层护皮薄膜之间相互粘连成一整体。在进行右腋下直切口心脏手术时,进入右侧胸腔切开心包后,将本发明分别与切口两侧心包缝合,其中后侧心包悬吊过程中将右肺阻于本发明后方即可。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一个具体实施例。显然,本发明不限于以上实施例,还可以有许多变形。本领域的普通技术人员能从本发明公开的内容直接导出或联想到的所有变形,均应认为是本发明的保护范围。

1.一种心胸外科护肺膜,由上下两层护皮薄膜和中间的纱布层组成,其特征在于:纱布层的四周边缘与上下护皮薄膜的四周边缘互不连接,纱布层的其余部分与上下两层护皮薄膜之间相互粘连成一整体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的心胸外科护肺膜,其特征在于:所述的纱布层由至少一层纱布构成。
