Detailed Description
In the embodiment of the invention, as the home network has the advantages of high bandwidth, stable access, low charge and the like, the voice service flow of the mobile terminal is sent to the home network equipment in the home network, and then the voice service flow is sent to the core network by the home network equipment, compared with the voice transmission of a 3G/2G circuit domain in the prior art, the charge is lower, the bandwidth is more abundant and stable, and the home network resources are more fully utilized.
First, a networking architecture of a home network is provided, and fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a networking architecture of a home network applied to an embodiment of a method for a mobile terminal to access a home network of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the home network generally includes: the home network device 11, and various terminal devices in the home, such as a mobile terminal 12, a notebook computer 13, etc., the home terminal devices such as the mobile terminal 12, the notebook computer 13, etc., are connected to the home network device 11 through WiFi. The home Network device 11 is connected to a Wide Area Network (WAN) 14 by wire, and the Wide Area Network 14 can be connected to, for example, an IP Multimedia System (IMS) Network15 and a Network management device 16, wherein the IMS Network15 is located in a core Network. In the following embodiments, the mobile terminal 12 is a mobile phone, the home network device 11 is a home gateway, and the network management device 16 is an Auto Configuration Server (ACS), but the embodiments are not limited to these devices.
Example one
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a method for a mobile terminal to access a home network according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the method may include:
201. the home network equipment in the home network establishes wireless link connection with the mobile terminal;
wherein, the mobile terminal 12, such as a mobile phone, is connected with the home network device 11, such as a home gateway, by a wireless link. Examples are as follows: in the home network, the home network device 11 is equivalent to a WiFi AP, which generally provides a Service Set Identifier (SSID), and each terminal device in the home that supports the WiFi function detects the SSID when entering the home network, and establishes a wireless link connection with the home network device 11 through the SSID.
202. And the home network equipment receives the voice service flow sent by the mobile terminal through the wireless link and sends the voice service flow to a core network.
As shown in fig. 1, in the prior art before the embodiment of the present invention, a voice service generated by a mobile terminal 12, such as a mobile phone, is implemented by a base station 17, and the mobile terminal 12 directly communicates with the base station 17 without passing through a home network device 11, such as a home gateway. In this embodiment, the mobile terminal may convert the voice service into a voice service stream suitable for being transmitted over the home network (i.e., transmitted over the IP domain), specifically, the mobile terminal may convert the voice service stream through the VOIP client; and sends the voice service flow to the home network device 11 through the wireless link in 201, and then the home network device 11 forwards the voice service flow to the IP domain, and finally sends the voice service flow to the IMS network15 on the core network side. Compared with the transmission in the circuit domain, the transmission in the IP domain has the advantages of lower cost, more abundant bandwidth and more stable access.
In the method for accessing the mobile terminal to the home network according to the embodiment, the home network device of the home network establishes a wireless link connection with the mobile terminal, and the home network device receives the voice service stream sent by the mobile terminal and forwards the voice service stream to the core network, so that the voice service of the mobile terminal is accessed to the home network, the user charge is saved, and the resources of the home network are more fully utilized.
Example two
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for accessing a home network by a mobile terminal according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the method may include:
301. the mobile terminal establishes wireless link connection with home network equipment in a home network;
examples are as follows: in the home network, the home network device 11 corresponds to a WiFi AP, which typically provides an SSID, and the mobile terminal 12 supports WiFi functionality, and detects the SSID when entering the home network, and establishes a wireless link connection with the home network device 11 through the SSID.
302. And the mobile terminal sends the voice service flow to the home network equipment through the wireless link, so that the home network equipment sends the voice service flow to a core network.
The mobile terminal 12 may convert the voice service into a voice service stream suitable for being transmitted over the home network (i.e., transmitted over the IP domain), and transmit the voice service stream to the home network device 11 through the wireless link in 201, and then the home network device 11 forwards the voice service stream to the IP domain and finally transmits the voice service stream to the core network.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 4 is a signaling diagram of an embodiment of a method for accessing a home network by a mobile terminal according to the present invention, where this embodiment illustrates an entire flow of the method for accessing a home network by a mobile terminal, and this embodiment is described by taking an example where the mobile terminal is a mobile phone, the home network device is a home gateway, the network management device is an ACS, and the Authentication server is an Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA) server, and for example, a voice service flow is a signaling control Protocol (SIP) server sent to a core network. As shown in fig. 4, the method may include:
401. establishing connection between the home gateway and the mobile phone through the distributed public SSID (service set identifier), namely P-SSID;
for other terminal devices in the home, such as a notebook computer, the home gateway may provide a Main-Service Set Identifier (M-SSID for short), that is, the home gateway allocates the M-SSID for the notebook computer; for handsets, the home gateway may provide a common service set identification, SSID, (referred to as a P-SSID (public SSID)), that assigns the handset a P-SSID that is used for the handset to freely connect to the home gateway, but which is not allowed to access extranets.
Compared with the prior art, in order to access the data service of the mobile phone in the home network, in the prior art, the WIFI AP, that is, the network name (for example, M-SSID) and the password of the home gateway (the network name and the password can be easily obtained from the gateway) need to be manually input in the mobile phone to access the home network, for example, a laptop computer needs to manually input the name and the password of the M-SSID to access the home network, and user intervention is needed, which is cumbersome. In the embodiment, the P-SSID is provided for the mobile phone to be freely connected, so that the mobile phone can be automatically connected to the P-SSID when entering a home network, the network name and the password do not need to be manually input, and the method is quick and convenient; the security assurance of the identity of the accessed mobile phone is performed by the subsequent mobile phone identity information verification step, see subsequent step 402 and 407.
402. The mobile phone sends the identity information of the mobile phone to the home gateway;
in this embodiment, after the Mobile phone is connected to the P-SSID, the Mobile phone sends Identity information to the home gateway, where the Identity information includes, for example, related information on an SIM card of the Mobile phone, such as a Mobile network Code (MCC) and a Mobile Country Code (MNC), and information of an International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), an MAC, a Mobile phone number, and the like of the Mobile phone itself.
For example, after connecting to the P-SSID, the mobile phone may actively send a Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) request message (for short, DHCP) for applying for an IP address to the home gateway, and carry the mobile phone identity information in the DHCP request message.
Compared with the prior art, in the prior art, an IP address and the like are manually input in the mobile phone, but in the embodiment, after the mobile phone is connected to the home network, the mobile phone automatically starts to apply for the IP address, that is, an automatic switching process from the circuit domain to the IP domain is started, and the processes are automatically executed by the mobile phone.
403. The home gateway confirms the identity of the mobile phone, namely, whether the mobile phone applies for the service of accessing the voice service stream from the home network is judged according to the identity information of the mobile phone;
in this embodiment, after receiving the identity information sent by the mobile phone, for example, the home gateway receives the mobile phone identity information carried in the DHCP request message, and the home gateway determines whether the mobile phone has applied for a service of accessing a voice service stream from a home network according to the mobile phone identity information. If the judgment result is that the mobile phone has applied for the service, continuing to execute 404; otherwise, the flow ends so far, and the home gateway may return a notification indicating that the access is denied to the mobile phone.
Wherein the home gateway performs the above-mentioned determination based on information obtained from the ACS; specifically, for example, after a mobile phone user applies for a service of accessing a voice service stream from a home network in a business hall of an operator, record information that the mobile phone user has applied for the service is stored in an ACS (as described above, the ACS is merely used as an example, and other devices may be used in a specific implementation as long as the record information can be acquired by a home gateway), for example, the ACS stores corresponding relationship between identity information of a mobile phone used by the mobile phone user and the service that the mobile phone has applied for the service. At least one of the identity information of the mobile phone and the identity information received by the home gateway is the same type of information, for example, the mobile phone identity information stored in the ACS includes the IMEI of the mobile phone itself, and the identity information received by the home gateway in 402 also includes the IMEI, so that the home gateway can compare the mobile phone identity information received by itself with the mobile phone identity information stored in the ACS.
Examples are as follows: the ACS stores the IMEI of the mobile phone, which can be called as a first IMEI, and records that the mobile phone corresponding to the first IMEI has applied for the service of accessing the voice service stream from the home network; the mobile phone identity information received by the home gateway also includes an IMEI of the mobile phone, which may be referred to as a second IMEI. The ACS may send the information stored in the ACS (the information may be, for example, the first IMEI, or all information stored in the ACS, but at least includes the first IMEI) to the home gateway before the home gateway receives the mobile phone identity information (or after receiving a notification of the home gateway requesting to acquire the information), or may be actively acquired from the ACS by the home gateway. The home gateway compares the second IMEI with the first IMEI, and if the second IMEI is the same as the first IMEI, the home gateway indicates that the mobile phone corresponding to the second IMEI has applied for a service of accessing a voice service stream from the home network, and continues to execute 404; otherwise, refusing the mobile phone to execute the subsequent steps.
By judging the identity information of the mobile phone at the home gateway, only the mobile phone which has applied for the service of accessing the voice service stream from the home network is allowed to execute the subsequent steps, thereby avoiding allowing the mobile phone which does not apply for the service to pass through, and reducing the processing burden of the home gateway and the authentication server of the subsequent steps.
404. The home gateway submits the identity information of the mobile phone to an AAA server and requests the AAA server to authenticate the identity information of the mobile phone;
wherein the AAA server may be located within the wide area network 14 shown in fig. 1, for example; the authentication protocol used between the home gateway and the AAA server to perform the authentication procedure may be, for example, Radius, HTTP Portal, or other means.
405. After the identity information of the mobile phone is successfully authenticated, the AAA server returns an authentication success message to the home gateway to inform the home gateway;
the AAA server mainly performs authentication to determine whether the mobile phone opens or closes the service of accessing the voice service stream from the home network, or whether the remaining cost of the mobile phone is sufficient to pay the service. I.e. mainly to authenticate whether the handset currently has the ability to use the service.
406. The home gateway sends the link information of the redistributed wireless link to the mobile phone;
after the authentication server passes the authentication of the identity information of the mobile phone, the home gateway reallocates link information of a wireless link for the mobile phone, the link information of the reallocated wireless link is used for establishing a special link between the home gateway and the mobile phone, and will send link information of the reallocated wireless link to the mobile phone, the SSID of the wireless link included in the link information of the reallocated wireless link is different from the M-SSID and different from the P-SSID, as described in 401, other terminal devices in the home network are the wireless link established with the home gateway through the M-SSID, and the home gateway in 406 establishes another special link between the mobile phone and the home gateway through another SSID, which is a connection established between the mobile phone and the home gateway. The link information comprises SSID and password of the wireless link; optionally, the link information may be issued through a DHCP message, for example.
As can be seen from the above flow, the home gateway in this embodiment provides an open P-SSID in 401, which allows a mobile phone to freely access; subsequently, after the identity authentication of the mobile phone is automatically executed in 402-403, the SSID and the password of the special wireless link are redistributed; after the SSID and the password are allocated, the mobile phone is not manually input but automatically connected according to the link information (see 407), and the steps are integrated to realize the automatic execution of the mobile phone accessing the home network, instead of the manual input connection as in the prior art, so that the automatic switching of the mobile phone from the circuit domain to the IP domain of the home network is realized, and the network switching efficiency of the mobile phone is improved.
In addition, in order to ensure the transmission security of the link information, an encryption transmission mode can be adopted; for example, a common encryption mode may be adopted, and the mobile phone side may automatically decrypt and obtain the link information.
407. The mobile phone disconnects the connection with the public SSID according to the link information and is connected to a wireless link distributed by the home gateway;
the mobile phone disconnects from the P-SSID in 401, and establishes a connection with the home gateway according to the received link information, wherein the wireless link is a link dedicated between the home gateway and the mobile phone.
As described above, from 401-. Also, at 402, the mobile phone may automatically initiate a DHCP message requesting for an IP address to obtain an IP address for using the IP domain of the home network, and then 408 may continue to assign the IP address to the mobile phone.
At this time, after the home gateway establishes a wireless link connection with the mobile phone, the home gateway may set the wireless link to the highest priority to ensure voice call quality. For example, a notebook computer in the home network is connected to the home gateway through the M-SSID link, and the mobile phone is connected to the home gateway through the dedicated wireless link, so that if the home gateway sets the wireless link to the highest priority, the home gateway will preferentially process the traffic flow from the mobile phone, which inevitably plays a role in ensuring the quality of the voice call.
408. The home gateway allocates an IP address for the mobile phone;
in this embodiment, after establishing a wireless link connection with the mobile phone in 407, the home gateway returns a DHCP response message to the mobile phone end, where the DHCP response message includes an IP address allocated to the mobile phone, so that the mobile phone sends a voice service stream through the IP address, and uses an IP domain of the home network. The home gateway is integrated with a DHCP server, and can allocate an IP address for the mobile phone.
409. The mobile phone generates a voice service stream;
in this embodiment, after knowing that 407 the connection of the dedicated wireless link has been completed and 408 the IP address has been allocated, the mobile phone starts a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) client installed at the mobile phone side, where the VOIP client can digitize the analog Voice signal and encapsulate the Voice service data of the mobile phone into a Voice service stream suitable for transmission in the IP network in the form of data packet.
In addition, the mobile phone can also set a voice service mark in the generated voice service flow, so that the home gateway can recognize that the service flow is the voice service flow according to the voice service mark.
410. The mobile phone sends a voice service stream to the home gateway;
after the mobile phone generates the voice service flow, the mobile phone sends the voice service flow through the IP address.
411. The home gateway sets the voice service flow of the mobile phone as the highest priority, and sends the voice service flow to an SIP server in a core network according to the highest priority;
in this embodiment, the mobile phone may recognize that the service flow is a voice service flow according to the voice service flag set in 409, set the voice service flow as the highest priority, and send the voice service flow according to the highest priority, thereby ensuring the quality of voice call. The voice service flow may be sent to a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) server in the IMS network 15.
In addition, the core network side also needs to support seamless connection between the CS circuit domain and the IP domain for the voice service of the mobile phone, so that the incoming call of the mobile phone user can be seamlessly transferred to the home network where the user is located. For example, after the home gateway establishes a wireless link connection with a mobile phone, the home gateway may also receive a voice traffic stream sent to the mobile phone from the core network; and sending the voice service flow to the mobile phone through the wireless link.
