Abstract
The invention provides an information query system which comprises terminal equipment and a center server connected with a terminal through a network. The center server comprises a receiving module, a sensing module, a task management module, an application server, a database server and an information release server. By means of the system, a user can send query information to the center server through a mobile phone, a fixed-line telephone, a vehicle-mounted terminal or a personal computer in the mode of languages and characters, and the center server carries out voice, character and image recognition and characteristic matching analysis and sends relative service information to the terminal equipment according to requirements after receiving the relative service information. The information query system facilitates query of the user to the largest extent, and has scalability, safety and stability.

Background
The information query is to provide data support for the user to search the required information for decision or activity, and the query mainly comprises two parts of input conditions and display results. the receiving module is connected with the network and used for receiving the query information sent by the network and transmitting the query information to the task management module;
a task management module: receiving query information, performing classified management and storage, and sending the classified information to an application server for effective information extraction;
an application server: the system is used for supporting the extraction and query of information;
a database server: the system is connected with the application server and is used for performing matching search of similar conditions on the effective information extracted from the application server and analyzing and processing the matched and searched information to form result information.

When the classified information is character information, the information is transmitted to a character analysis module, the character analysis module extracts information related to the query content from the character content by utilizing preset keyword extraction rules, wherein the keyword extraction rules are arranged according to a priority order, such as words with higher priority, such as numbers, roads, fingerposts, streets, restaurants, wineries, units and the like, and effective information around the keywords is extracted. When the classified information is image information, the information is transmitted to an image analysis module, the image analysis module extracts effective information in the picture through image analysis processing, and the effective information comprises characters, logo graphs and building outlines.
The database server is connected with the application server and is used for carrying out matching search of similar conditions on the effective information extracted from the application server and analyzing and processing the information which is matched and searched to form result information.
The information issuing server is connected with the receiving module and used for packaging the result information into a standard web service and then sending the standard web service to the terminal equipment through the network by the receiving module.
When the terminal equipment is used, if the user of the terminal equipment wants to release information, the information to be released is sent to a receiving module of the central server through a fixed telephone, a mobile telephone or a personal computer through a network, and the information sending mode can be voice or text input. The receiving module is used for carrying out simple pretreatment to filter invalid, illegal and bad information, then the identity authentication module in the application server is used for verifying the user entering the central server to ensure the reliability and the legality of the information, and the information of the information supplier and the information supplier is analyzed and registered through the information registration module. If the user of the terminal equipment needs to inquire the information, the receiving module searches the inquiry information from the database server through the information inquiry module to obtain the relevant information, and the relevant information is processed by the information publishing server and then is sent to the user of the terminal equipment by the sending module in a mode suitable for the terminal.
