Abstract

本发明提供了一种电机防漏油结构,尤其是一种端盖式滑动轴承高速电机防止轴承室内产生的油雾进入电机内部的全新防漏油结构。本发明是通过在电机内风扇(5)和端盖式滑动轴承(1)之间加装了一个漏斗形的挡风圈(3),将电机内风扇产生的负压区与轴承隔开,在电机的端盖上加装百叶窗(2),使挡风圈和端盖(4)之间的空间与电机外面相通。本发明的有益效果是:当电机的转子高速旋转时,电机内风扇产生的负压从挡风圈与轴之间的微小间隙向电机内吸气,由于挡风圈外面的空气与电机外面的空气相通,所以比轴承内的润滑油雾更容易被吸入,从而防止了轴承室内产生的油雾被吸入电机内部。

一种电机防漏油结构
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种电机防漏油结构,尤其是一种端盖式滑动轴承高速电机防止轴承室内产生的油雾进入电机内部的全新防漏油结构。
(二)背景技术
现有的各种型号的端盖式滑动轴承高速(>1500转/分钟)电机,由于没有防止轴承室内产生的油雾进入电机内部的合理有效结构,电机运行时,电机内部靠近轴承内盖附近的负压不断将轴承室内产生的润滑油的油雾(蒸汽)吸到电机内部,日积月累会在电机内部聚集很多润滑油甚至流到电机外面,不仅造成润滑油的浪费,污染环境,还对电机的绝缘系统造成损害。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种全新的端盖式滑动轴承高速电机防止轴承室内产生的油雾进入电机内部的设计结构。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明电机防漏油结构其特殊之处在于:在电机内风扇和轴承之间加装了一个漏斗形的挡风圈,将电机内风扇产生的负压区与轴承隔开,在电机的端盖上加装百叶窗,使挡风圈和端盖之间的空间与电机外面相通。
本发明的有益效果是:当电机的转子高速旋转时,电机内风扇产生的负压从挡风圈与轴之间的微小间隙向电机内吸气,由于挡风圈外面的空气与电机外面的空气相通,所以比轴承室内的润滑油雾更容易被吸入,从而防止了轴承室内产生的油雾被吸入电机内部。

(五)具体实施方式
如图所示为本发明电机防漏油结构的一种具体实施例。包括:端盖式滑动轴承(1),百叶窗(2),挡风圈(3),端盖(4),内风扇(5),转轴(6)。其中,挡风圈(3)和端盖(4)之间有止口小间隙配合以保证同轴度要求,挡风圈(3)和转轴(6)之间按照防护等级要求加装密封圈以保证足够的防护等级,挡风圈(3)采用铸铝材料制作确保不变形不老化能够长期使用。

1.一种电机防漏油结构,包括:端盖式滑动轴承(1),百叶窗(2),挡风圈(3),端盖(4),内风扇(5),转轴(6);其特征是:电机内风扇和端盖式滑动轴承之间加装了一个漏斗形的挡风圈,挡风圈是固定在端盖上的,将电机内风扇产生的负压区与滑动轴承隔开;挡风圈和端盖之间有止口小间隙配合以保证同轴度要求,在电机的端盖上加装百叶窗,使挡风圈和端盖之间的空间与电机外面相通。
