Abstract

本发明涉及一种板管式换热器,包括端板、底板、板芯通道和连接管,所述连接管包括安装在端板上的进管A、出管A、进管B和安装在底板上的出管B,所述端板和底板焊接在板芯通道的两端,所述板芯通道由若干板片A和板片B交替堆叠、钎焊而成,所述板片A和板片B上与进管A和出管A相对应的位置开设有介质通孔,所述板片A上还设有若干凸台,所述板片B上与凸台相对应的位置还设有凹台,所述凸台的顶部和凹台的底部的相同位置均冲切有通孔;所述端板、板片A、板片B和底板的四周均设置有密封斜面。本发明相较于传统板式换热器而言,板片间的阻力更小,不易堵塞,板片还能在厚度方向上无限延伸,即可适用于更大的换热量需求的应用领域。

Description

一种板管式换热器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种换热器,尤其涉及一种板管式换热器。
背景技术
传统的钎焊板式换热器是由一系列具有波纹形状的金属板片叠装、钎焊而成的一种换热器。组成换热器的各板片之间形成许多小流通断面的流道,通过板片进行热量交换,它与常规的壳管式换热器相比,在相同的流动阻力和泵功率消耗情况下,其传热系数要高出很多。但对于传统的板式换热器而言,由于两板之间空间小,流体阻力大,容易堵塞,一旦堵塞就容易发生局部或全部失效,影响效率甚至引起泄漏。另外,传统的钎焊板式换热器的单片换热面积和板片数量是有限的,不能满足更大换热量的要求,可拓展性不够。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提供了一种板管式换热器,该换热器的板片间的阻力更小,不易堵塞,且板片更加方便扩展。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种板管式换热器,包括端板、底板、板芯通道和连接管,所述连接管包括安装在端板上的进管A、出管A、进管B和安装在底板上的出管B,所述端板和底板焊接在板芯通道的两端,所述板芯通道由若干板片A和板片B交替堆叠、钎焊而成,所述板片A和板片B上与进管A和出管A相对应的位置开设有介质通孔,所述板片A上还设有若干凸台,所述板片B上与凸台相对应的位置还设有凹台,所述凸台的顶部和凹台的底部的相同位置均冲切有通孔;所述端板、板片A、板片B和底板的四周均设置有密封斜面。
作为优选:所述相邻板片A和板片B之间形成第一角孔区域、板间流道、第二角孔区域和管道区域,端板与板片B形成分配区域,底板与板片B形成收集区域。
本发明采用以上技术方案,一方面,该板管式换热器以板片堆叠的方式,形成类似管壳式换热器的流体通道,因此,相较于传统板式换热器而言,板片间的阻力更小,不易堵塞,板片还能在厚度方向上无限延伸,即可适用于更大的换热量需求的应用领域。另外一方面,该换热器以板片上若干介质通孔堆叠钎焊形成的通道替代列管通道,因此,相较于传统壳管式换热器而言,拥有了更高的换热效率,并且所占用的体积更小,节约成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明一种板管式换热器的优选实施方式作出详细的描述:
如图1、图2所示的一种板管式换热器,包括端板100、底板500、板芯通道400和连接管,所述连接管包括安装在端板100上的进管A101、出管A103、进管B102和安装在底板500上的出管B501,所述端板100和底板500焊接在板芯通道400的两端,所述板芯通道400由若干板片A200和板片B300交替堆叠、钎焊而成,所述板片A200和板片B300上与进管A101和出管A103相对应的位置开设有介质通孔700,所述板片A200上还设有若干凸台203,所述板片B300上与凸台203相对应的位置还设有凹台303,所述凸台203的顶部和凹台303的底部的相同位置均冲切有通孔800;所述端板100、板片A200、板片B300和底板500的四周均设置有密封斜面900。所述相邻板片A200和板片B300之间形成第一角孔区域601、板间流道602、第二角孔区域603和管道区域605,端板100与板片B300形成分配区域604,底板500与板片B300形成收集区域606。
工作时,介质1经位于端板100的进管A101通过板片B300和板片A200的介质通孔700进入第一角孔区域601,然后进入板间流道602,最后汇集于第二角孔区域603,从端板100的出管A103流出。介质2从位于端板100的进管B102通过分配区域604进入由位于板片B300和板片A200的通孔800进入管道区域605,最后汇集于收集区域606,经位于底板500上的出管B501流出。
此板管式换热器利用传统板式热交换器的结构方式,整台换热器通过相邻板片A200和板片B300四周的密封斜面900以及板片A200和板片B300中设置的凹台底面与凸台顶面共同形成密封。介质1通过板间流道602流通,介质2通过位于相邻板片A200和板片B300的凸台203与凹台303的接触面上的通孔800所构成的管道区域605流通,两种介质以交叉流的方式流动,介质1和介质2的热交换是通过由相邻的板片B300板片A200来实现热传递。
最后,应当指出,以上实施例仅是本发明较有代表性的例子。显然,本发明包含不仅限于上述实施例,还可以有许多变形。例如,本发明包含不仅限于实施例所述的单流程,还包含一切基于本发明所述新型板片构成管道通路的所有方式,如多流程、多介质通道等。

Claims (2)

1.一种板管式换热器,包括端板(100)、底板(500)、板芯通道(400)和连接管,所述连接管包括安装在端板(100)上的进管A(101)、出管A(103)、进管B(102)和安装在底板(500)上的出管B(501),所述端板(100)和底板(500)焊接在板芯通道(400)的两端,所述板芯通道(400)由若干板片A(200)和板片B(300)交替堆叠、钎焊而成,其特征在于:所述板片A(200)和板片B(300)上与进管A(101)和出管A(103)相对应的位置开设有介质通孔(700),所述板片A(200)上还设有若干凸台(203),所述板片B(300)上与凸台(203)相对应的位置还设有凹台(303),所述凸台(203)的顶部和凹台(303)的底部的相同位置均冲切有通孔(800);所述端板(100)、板片A(200)、板片B(300)和底板(500)的四周均设置有密封斜面(900)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种板管式换热器,其特征在于:所述相邻板片A(200)和板片B(300)之间形成第一角孔区域(601)、板间流道(602)、第二角孔区域(603)和管道区域(605),端板(100)与板片B(300)形成分配区域(604),底板(500)与板片B(300)形成收集区域(606)。
