本发明涉及光学器件,特别涉及一种LED准直光学器件。本发明是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种LED准直光学器件,包括反光杯、设于所述反光杯内且中轴线重合于所述反光杯中轴线的透镜,所述透镜包括导光柱及套于所述导光柱一端且一体连接于所述导光柱的环状平面透镜;所述环状平面透镜的出光面及受光面聚光方向一致。本发明光斑柔和饱满,无杂散光、无芯片成像、无眩光,且结构紧凑简单。

一种LED准直光学器件
技术领域
本发明涉及光学器件,特别涉及一种LED准直光学器件。
背景技术
现有技术中的光学准直器件,如申请公布号CN101713517A的发明专利申请的一种LED光源中涉及的准直器件为纵宽比大于0.1且最好为非球面的玻璃透镜;然而该种透镜的出光不够柔和,且易出现散光、眩光,且易产生对LED芯片的成像现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种LED准直光学器件,其光斑柔和饱满,无杂散光、无芯片成像、无眩光,且结构紧凑简单。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种LED准直光学器件,包括反光杯、设于所述反光杯内且中轴线重合于所述反光杯中轴线的透镜,所述透镜包括导光柱及套于所述导光柱一端且一体连接于所述导光柱的环状平面透镜;所述环状平面透镜的出光面及受光面聚光方向一致。
作为本发明的优选,所述导光柱的受光面为弧面。
作为本发明的优选,所述导光柱的出光面重合于所述环状平面透镜的出光面。
作为本发明的优选,所述环状平面透镜固定于所述反光杯的端部。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明结构简单,易于实施;导光柱的设置,使得LED中心部分的光进入导光柱进行混光传输后出射,从而使LED中心部分的光束实现了准直,并能淡化甚至消除普通单透镜对LED中心光束准直过程中出现的芯片成像现象;环状平面透镜的设置,保证经过反光杯进行准直的光线不发生角度偏转,沿直线前进;从而使发明出射光斑柔和饱满,无杂散光,无芯片成像,无眩光,且结构简单紧凑,且经过本发明的对LED光源全光束角的准直,光束角度可以小至5度。

实施例:如图1所示,一种LED准直光学器件,包括反光杯1,反光杯1可以是金属、玻璃、塑料或其它材质,反光杯1的内表面镀有镜面反射层及防护层。
反光杯1中设有中轴线重合于反光杯1中轴线的透镜2,透镜2包括导光柱21及套于导光柱21一端且一体连接于导光柱21的环状平面透镜22;环状平面透镜22的出光面及受光面聚光方向一致;导光柱21的受光面为弧面;导光柱21的出光面重合于环状平面透镜22的出光面;环状平面透镜22固定于反光杯1的端部。
使用时,LED光源3位于本实施例的焦点位置。

1.一种LED准直光学器件,其特征在于,包括反光杯(1)、设于所述反光杯(1)内且中轴线重合于所述反光杯(1)中轴线的透镜(2),所述透镜(2)包括导光柱(21)及套于所述导光柱(21)一端且一体连接于所述导光柱(21)的环状平面透镜(22);所述环状平面透镜(22)的出光面及受光面聚光方向一致;
所述导光柱(21)的出光面重合于所述环状平面透镜(22)的出光面;
使用时,LED光源(3)位于该LED准直光学器件的焦点位置;所述导光柱(21)的受光面为弧面;所述环状平面透镜(22)固定于所述反光杯(1)的出光方向的端部。
