本发明提供一种新型小样染色机，包括主缸和料缸，主缸通过连接管道将抽料机与料缸相连，在料缸的底部设置有一个加速溶解装置，在抽料机和料缸之间通过连接管道连接有一个过滤装置；所述的加速溶解装置由温度感应装置和电加热管构成，所述的温度感应装置设置在电加热管的上方，紧贴在料缸下方；所述的过滤装置为安装在连接管道上的滤网；所述的过滤装置下方设置有一个阀门；本发明可以使染色机加入染料时，染料可以充分溶解，且可以进一步防止染料的沉淀物堵塞管道。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型小样染色机。
背景技术
在纺织印染中，通过会用到小样染色机，由于小样染色机的体积很小，所以在料缸的设计过程中无法安装搅拌装置，染色机在加料过程中，染料无法充分溶解，很容易造成沉淀物堵塞管道，影响了产品的质量。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足，提供一种新型小样染色机，可以使染色机加入染料时，染料可以充分溶解，且可以进一步防止染料的沉淀物堵塞管道。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的技术方案为：
一种新型小样染色机，包括主缸和料缸，主缸通过连接管道将抽料机与料缸相连，在料缸的底部设置有一个加速溶解装置，在抽料机和料缸之间通过连接管道连接有一个过滤装置。
所述的加速溶解装置由温度感应装置和电加热管构成，所述的温度感应装置设置在电加热管的上方，紧贴在料缸下方。
所述的过滤装置为安装在连接管道上的滤网。
所述的过滤装置下方设置有一个阀门。
通过以上技术方案，相对于现有技术，本发明具有以下的有益效果：
1、    在料缸的底部设置有一个电子发热装置，该加速溶解装置由温度感应装置和电加热管构成，温度感应装置紧贴在料缸下方，可以准确的感应到此时料缸内部的温度，从而启动电加热管，使染料随着温度的升高，可以充分溶解；
2、    在抽料机和料缸之间通过连接管道了解有一个过滤装置，所述的过滤装置为安装在连接管道上的滤网，可以进一步过滤掉为溶解的染料沉淀物，防止堵塞管道；
3、    在过滤装置下方设置有一个阀门，可以方便使用者清理过滤装置内堆积的染料沉淀物。

具体实施方式
附图非限制性地公开了本发明所涉及优选实施例的结构示意图；以下将结合附图详细地说明本发明的技术方案。
图1所示为本发明的整体结构，包括主缸1和料缸5，主缸1通过连接管道将抽料机2与料缸5相连，在料缸5的底部设置有一个加速溶解装置4，在抽料机2和料缸5之间通过连接管道连接有一个过滤装置3，所述的过滤装置3为安装在连接管道上的滤网；图2所示所述的加速溶解装置4由温度感应装置6和电加热管7构成，所述的温度感应装置6设置在电加热管7的上方，紧贴在料缸5下方。当在染料机内加入染料时，通过调节电加热管7，使料缸5内的染料随着温度的升高加速溶解，通过过滤装置3可以进一步过滤染料的沉淀物，避免堵塞管道，同时在过滤装置3的下方设置有一个阀门8，可以及时清理堆积在过滤装置3中的染料沉淀物。

1.一种新型小样染色机，包括主缸和料缸，主缸通过连接管道将抽料机与料缸相连，其特征在于：在料缸的底部设置有一个加速溶解装置，在抽料机和料缸之间通过连接管道连接有一个过滤装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型小样染色机，其特征在于：所述的加速溶解装置由温度感应装置和电加热管构成，所述的温度感应装置设置在电加热管的上方，紧贴在料缸下方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型小样染色机，其特征在于：所述的过滤装置为安装在连接管道上的滤网。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型小样染色机，其特征在于：所述的过滤装置下方设置有一个阀门。
