能清洗的太阳能热水器
本发明涉及太阳能热水器。众所周知太阳能热水器的真空集热管是一头有口，另一头不通的类似暖瓶胆的。本发明太阳能热水器，设计了两头通透的集热真空管。设计了真空管接头。原理为一小段直径大于真空管的不锈钢管，两端收小再冲压成孔，孔径大小为真空管套上硅胶圈可插入，此不锈钢管外可做保温，管内有一硅胶圈垫隔开两根真空管，此小管名称真空管接头。另一根真空管插入另一端，这样就把两根真空管连接了起来。众所周知太阳能热水器有保温桶，真空管一端插入桶内。另一端本发明设计了内边长15公分以下的有保温的方管，与保温桶等长并冲压相同的孔。方管的一端有直径一寸以上的堵头拧上。
太阳能热水器长时间使用后会有水垢产生。只要把方管的堵头拧掉。用水冲即可把水垢冲出。因为本发明热水器的真空管是两头通透的插在方管内，水在热水器内是连通的，并且水垢是沉淀在方管内的。
因两根真空管连接起来长度在3米以上。所以在真空管接头部有必要用角铁支撑一下。

Claims (7)

1.本发明太阳能热水器的真空管中间是通透的，设计了真空管接头把真空管连接起来，水可以从中间流过，经过有保温的中空的方管管托的一端的排水口排出。
2.根据权利要求1所述之真空管接头，可以是直管，也可以是弯管，所用材料不限。
3.根据权利要求1所述之中空的方管管托，是内边长15公分以下，外有保温的方管与太阳能热水器的保温桶等长并冲压相同的孔。一端有直径1寸以上的孔，堵头。此方管可以不锈钢制造也可是其它材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述真空管连接起来，因长度在3米以上，有必要在管接头部位用硬材料支撑，用许多支真空管用真空管接头连接成一根，固定在垂直墙面上是可行的。
5.根据权利要求1所述之排水口排出，是在有水垢时，依权利要求3所述的孔可以排出水垢，可名称能清洗的太阳能热水器。
6.根据权利要求2所述之真空管接头是一段管子两头缩弯后冲压成孔，孔直径为真空管套上硅胶圈能插入并不漏水。
7.根据权利要求1所述之真空管是有涂层的玻璃管，两头都是圆环形，也即指两头透气的或说中间是通透的，改用玻璃以外的其它材料是可以预期的。
