农用旋转水喷头，它主要包括入水管、双圈滚珠轴承、出水喷管、转速调节器等，入水管、双圈滚珠轴承内的轴承中筒、出水喷管依次连接，其中出水喷管和轴承中筒直接焊接、入水管和轴承中筒间通过一个橡胶环连接达到旋转不渗漏的目的，出水喷管斜向伸出稍作空间弯折使喷射水的反推力提供旋转的动力。农用旋转水喷头斜向喷射水并能自动旋转，喷射程远、扫射面积大、湿润均匀，是最好的抗旱装置。

农用旋转水喷头
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种用于抗旱的土壤喷湿的水喷头。
背景技术
对于抗旱用的水喷头，主要是用于向近处和远处喷射水分以达到均匀湿润大面积土壤的目的，利用水喷头喷射式对土壤湿润能使水分在土壤的表层湿润，能快速地提供植物根系水分。相比灌注式抗旱，喷射式抗旱能防止水分过多地渗透到地层深处造成浪费，因此喷射式抗旱是人们节约用水的最好抗旱方式。人们采用喷射式抗旱一般都是在土地表面安装压力水管，再在水管上安装喷射水喷头，喷射水喷头能以均匀地喷射大面积的土地为最佳，但一般的喷射水喷头很难达到这样的目的。现有的喷射水喷头，有能产生大面积伞状水点的水喷头、有产生单方向喇叭状水点的水喷头。伞状水点是最能均地湿润土地，但是伞状水点的水喷头产生的伞状水点面积过小，因为水管的压力是一定的，出水的压力同时向四周多个方向分散了；单方向喇叭状水点的喷射水喷头喷射距离很远，因为水压集中，但水湿润的土地面积不大、不均匀，这就产生了浪费水分。我们有时也见到一种单方向喷射水点又有一干扰杆不断地自动拔动喷射水产生伞状水点的喷水方式，这种方式的喷射水能达到很远的距离，同时又能产生伞状水点，达到大面积湿润土地的目的，因此这样的自动水喷头被人们广泛地采用。但是，我们仔细观察这种有干扰杆的自动喷射水喷头喷水时的现象，虽然干扰杆不断地对喷射水干扰产生伞状水点，但这种干扰也是有限，由它干扰产生的伞状水点只是在时间上占部分，还是不能完全改变喷射水单方向的性质，也就是说，这样的喷射水方式还是对土地湿润不均匀，还是在浪费水。可见，喷射水喷头还有大量研究开发的空间。
发明内容
为了克服一般喷射水喷头不能大面积均匀地湿润土地的缺点、为了能节约用水又能达到抗旱的目的，本人发明了一种抗旱喷射水喷头：农用旋转水喷头，它能产生旋转的远距离喷射水点，达到了均匀、大面积的湿润土地的目的。
农用旋转喷射水喷头解决问题所采取的技术方案是：农用旋转水喷头主要包括个入水管、双圈滚珠轴承、出水喷管、转速调节器等，入水管、双滚珠轴承内的轴承中筒、出水喷管依次连接，其中轴承中筒与与出水管固定焊接，入水管与轴承中筒间通过一个管内橡胶环连接达到旋转不渗漏的目的，出水喷管斜向伸出并稍作空间弯折使喷射水的反推力提供旋转的动力。
农用旋转喷水管能喷出远距离的水龙是由供水管的压力提供的，供水管的压力越大，喷射越远，但是，喷射水喷头自身的结构也是决定喷射水龙远近的原因。在抗旱的土地上，安装水管和喷射水喷头的数量密度应尽量稀疏，以达到节约成本、减少抗旱物资的目的，这就要安装在供水管上的喷射水喷头能有远距离的喷射能力，又要有均匀的喷射水分布能力。如果我们能把远距离的喷射水龙能自动旋转，那么这条喷射水龙就作圆周扫射，依次地、均匀地湿润了更大面积的土地。我们把垂直向上进入喷水管的部分稍为向侧面作弯曲，使喷射出的水龙达到了向侧面喷射，但这种喷射只是固定的向侧面喷射，没产生旋转，因为喷射水龙的反推力受到了中转轴的支持。我们把喷射段已经向侧面弯曲的部分再进行稍为前后的弯曲一点，那么喷射水龙的反推力就偏离了中转轴，于是喷射口就围绕中转轴作圆周运动，喷射水龙也作圆周运动，依次地向四周均匀地喷射水点，大面积的湿润土地。
农用旋转水喷头的有益效果是：农用旋转水喷头利用内管橡胶环连接静止管与旋转管，达到旋转不渗漏的目的；农用旋转水喷头利用双圈滚珠轴承和空间弯折出水喷管相结合产生可旋转的侧面喷射水龙，喷射距离远、扫射面积大、湿润均匀，是最节约用水和节省设备的抗旱装置。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对农用旋转水喷头作进一步说明。
图1以侧面中间剖面图的方式展示出农用旋转水喷头的内、外部结构。农用旋转水喷头区别于其它水喷头的特征是它能在向远处喷水的同时也在自动地旋转，并且旋转装置之间没有因高水压而渗出水来，这个旋转的结构部件是双圈滚珠轴承（1），双圈滚珠轴承（1）比一般的单圈滚珠轴承更有转动的稳定性。双圈滚珠轴承（1）中的轴承中筒（2）是我们利用能转动的管状部位和通过水的管状部位，轴承中筒（2）的上部直接焊接出水喷管（3），出水喷管（3）斜向上作大约四十五度的角度倾斜，这使它能把水喷射很远的距离；出水喷管（3）的出水口平不是平截管状而是斜截管出口，这使它在向远处喷射水的同时，有部分水点已经在途中的不同位置落下。轴承中筒（2）的下面是入水管（7），入水管（7）中的高压水流经过轴承中筒（2），但轴承中筒（2）是不断地旋转，不能作固定的连接，如果只是作简单的口对口接触，连接处暂时能很精密，不会渗出水来，但是由于不断的旋转摩擦损伤，很快就渗漏。为了解决旋转的轴承中筒（2）和静止的入水管（7）的连接关系，我们用一个橡胶环（6）置于两管的接缝中间，橡胶环（6）的下半部分固定沾接在入水管的内部、上半部分伸进轴承中筒（2）之中，这样，轴承中筒（2）就绕橡胶环（6）转动。但为什么没有水从橡胶环（6）与轴承中筒（2）间渗出呢？原来，从橡胶环（6）中通过的水有一定的压力，这种压力对橡胶环（6）进行扩张，这种扩张使轴承中筒（2）与橡胶环（6）总是处于紧贴的状态，不能渗出水来。在喷水的过程中，旋转的轴承中筒（2）与静止的橡胶环（6）也存在摩擦，但由于轴承中筒（2）内壁很光滑，很难与弹性的橡胶环（6）产生损伤性，并且橡胶环（6）的厚度足可以使这个农用旋转水喷头连续用一年也不会磨穿，或者生产商还可以制作成可以更换橡胶环（6）的产品。图1中的入水管（7）下部有螺丝套口（8），用于连接水供水管。农用旋转水喷头还要解决的另一个技术问题是调节旋转的速度问题。图1中的双圈滚珠轴承（1）上部有一个转速调节器（5），它利用调节弹簧的弹性压迫一个与轴承中筒（2）作摩擦的摩擦头达到调节转速的目的。图1中的外表部分还有一些固定塑料壳（9），这使这个农用旋转水喷头成为一个紧凑的整体。
 图2是农用旋转水喷头的高空俯视上部外表面图。图1能解决了农用旋转水喷头的不断地旋转的轴承中筒（2）与入水管（7）的连接关系，但不能展示出水喷管（3）的立体空间形状，图2就是与图1的空间平面垂直的平面，展示解决产生旋转的结构。图2中的农用旋转水喷头外表简单，只看到固定塑料壳（9）中斜伸出出水喷管（3），出水喷管（3）的尾部稍作弯折，这使出水喷射的反推力能推动出水喷管（3）不断地绕中转轴线转动，但这种转动有可能速度很快，但是人们可以扭动下部的转速调节器（5）上的螺丝达到调整快慢的目的。在供水管压力相同的情况下，农用旋转水喷头能达到更远的喷水距离，一个农用旋转水喷头旋转产生的扫射平面超过一亩的干旱土地，平且湿润均匀，大大地节省了抗旱设备的投资。

1.农用旋转水喷头，其特征是：农用旋转水喷头包括入水管、双圈滚珠轴承、出水喷管、转速调节器，入水管、双圈滚珠轴承内的轴承中筒、出水喷管依次连接，其中，轴承中筒与出水喷管固定焊接、入水管与轴承中筒间通过一个管内橡胶环连接达到旋转不渗漏的目的，出水喷管斜向伸出并稍作空间弯折使喷射水的反推力提供旋转的动力；所述的转速调节器连接在双圈滚珠轴承的上部，它是利用调节弹簧的弹性压迫一个与轴承中筒作摩擦的摩擦头达到调节转速的目的；所述的轴承中筒上部直接焊接出水喷管、下部与入水管口对口的接缝中间有一个橡胶环，这个橡胶环的下半部分固定沾接在入水管的内部、上半部分伸进轴承中筒之中，轴承中筒能绕橡胶环转动。
