the intermediate processing server is used for receiving the electronic mail and the MID number thereof sent by the mail sending server together and processing the received electronic mail: judging whether the e-mail meets the preset condition; if yes, the e-mail is continuously sent to a receiving mail server, otherwise, the e-mail is discarded; after the record of the electronic mail is found in the database server according to the MID number of the electronic mail, updating the sending state in the record of the electronic mail in the database server according to the sending result of the electronic mail; the intermediate processing server comprises an anti-spam server and an anti-virus server, and the preset conditions comprise preset anti-spam conditions and preset anti-virus conditions;
and the query server is used for searching a record which takes the MID number as an index in the database server according to the MID number carried in the sending state query request if the sending state query request of the electronic mail sent by the client is received, acquiring the sending state in the record and returning the acquired sending state to the client.

the anti-virus server is specifically configured to perform anti-virus processing on the e-mail received from the anti-spam server: judging whether the e-mail meets the preset antivirus condition; if the obtained processing result is: if the e-mail is judged to be a non-virus e-mail meeting the preset antivirus condition, the e-mail is continuously sent to the e-mail receiving server, and after the record of the e-mail is found in the database server according to the MID number of the e-mail, the sending state in the record of the e-mail in the database server is updated as follows: non-virus mail is sent; otherwise, discarding the e-mail, and updating the sending state in the record of the e-mail in the database server after finding the record of the e-mail in the database server according to the MID number of the e-mail as follows: the virus mail is not sent.
4. A method for inquiring the sending state of an E-mail is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after receiving an inquiry request of an e-mail sending state sent by a client, an inquiry server searches a record of the e-mail from a database server according to a Mail Identification (MID) number of the e-mail carried in the inquiry request of the sending state, wherein the record takes the MID number as an index; the query server returns the sending state in the record to the client after obtaining the sending state;
wherein the record of the email in the database server is created and updated during the email transmission:
the sending mail server generates the E-mail according to the mail information received from the client, and then generates an MID number for the E-mail; creating a record with the MID number as an index for the email in the database server, and initializing the sending state of the email in the record; and are

7. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein said sending mail server sends the electronic mail and its MID number to the intermediate processing server together, specifically comprising:
writing the MID number of the electronic mail into a mail header of the electronic mail, and then sending the electronic mail to the intermediate processing server; or,
the mail sending server sends the MID number of the electronic mail as the parameter of the electronic mail to the intermediate processing server together with the electronic mail.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the initializing the sending status of the e-mail in the record includes:
