本发明公开了一种新型活门装置，包括活门、面板、传动机构、限位板和导轨，其中、限位板固定在导轨上，传动机构连接面板，面板连接在导轨上，活门固定于面板上，面板包括前面板和后面板，两者通过螺栓滑动连接在导轨上；上限位板、下限位板的短边长度不小于10mm；上限位板、下限位板与导轨活动连接；限位板包括下限位板、上限位板，上限位板在固定在两根导轨的中端，下限位板固定在两根导轨的终端；本发明减小占地面积，运动距离短，活动灵活，减低安装误差，避免卡住现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种活门装置。
背景技术
开关柜的手车由试验位置摇出到工作位置时，一次静触头是裸露在外面的，绝缘件存在静电问题，对人身、设备都存在安全隐患。尤其对于检修断路器的操作人员来说，非常危险。为了检修的安全，通常在开关柜内设计绝缘活门，但绝缘活门在摇出过程中，常会出现由于左右力矩不平衡，造成断路器手车移动不稳定，不能可靠闭合，甚至出现卡住、不能继续移动的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述问题，提供一种活门装置；本装置占地面积小，运动距离短，活动灵活，减低安装误差，避免卡住现象。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种活门装置，包括活门、面板、传动机构、限位板和导轨，其中、限位板固定在导轨上，传动机构连接面板，面板连接在导轨上，活门固定于面板上。所述限位板包括下限位板、上限位板，上限位板在固定在两根导轨的中端，下限位板固定在两根导轨的终端。当需要活门关闭时，拉动上限位板，上限位板一直运动至短边与下限位板的短边接触，于是，上限位板拉动下限位板向上运动，完成活门闭合。
所述面板包括前面板和后面板，两者通过螺栓滑动连接在导轨上。
所述上限位板、下限位板呈L型，且两者短边相契合连接。
所述上限位板、下限位板的短边长度不小于10mm。
所述导轨为刚性材质。
所述上限位板、下限位板与导轨活动连接。
本发明的工作原理是：上、下限位板成L型，短边相对，上、下限位板组合成矩形，当需要活门关闭时，拉动上限位板，上限位板一直运动至短边与下限位板的短边接触，于是，上限位板拉动下限位板向上运动，完成活门闭合。
本发明的有益效果为：减小占地面积，运动距离短，活动灵活，减低安装误差，避免卡住现象。

具体实施方式：
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示，一种活门装置，包括活门7、面板、传动机构2、限位板、导轨3，其中、限位板固定在导轨3上，传动机构2连接面板，面板连接在两根导轨3上，活门7固定于面板上。
面板包括前面板4和后面板5，两者通过螺栓滑动连接在导轨3上。限位板包括下限位板6、上限位板1，上限位板1在固定在两根导轨3的中端，下限位板6固定在两根导轨3的终端。
如图2所示，当活门装置处于打开状态时，传动机构2动作，使前面板4与后面板5重合，两者都接触到下限位板6。
如图3所示，需要关闭活门装置时，动作传动机构2，前面板4与后面板5在导轨3上滑动，充分打开，上限位板1、下限位板6成L型，短边相对，上限位板1、下限位板6组合成矩形，当需要活门关闭时，拉动上限位板1，上限位板1一直运动至短边与下限位板6的短边接触，于是，上限位板1拉动下限位板6向上运动，完成活门闭合；前面板4上端触碰到上限位板1，活门装置完成闭合过程。
上述虽然结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行了描述，但并非对本发明保护范围的限制，所属领域技术人员应该明白，在本发明的技术方案的基础上，本领域技术人员不需要付出创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改或变形仍在本发明的保护范围以内。

Claims (5)

1.一种活门装置，其特征是：包括活门、面板、传动机构、限位板和导轨，其中，限位板固定在导轨上，传动机构连接面板，面板连接在导轨上，活门固定于面板上，所述限位板包括下限位板、上限位板，上限位板在固定在两根导轨的中端，下限位板固定在两根导轨的终端，上限位板呈L型，且两者短边相契合连接；当需要活门关闭时，拉动上限位板，上限位板一直运动至短边与下限位板的短边接触，于是，上限位板拉动下限位板向上运动，完成活门闭合。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种活门装置，其特征是：所述面板包括前面板和后面板，两者通过螺栓滑动连接在导轨上。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种活门装置，其特征是：所述上限位板、下限位板的短边长度不小于10mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种活门装置，其特征是：所述导轨为刚性材质。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种活门装置，其特征是：所述上限位板、下限位板与导轨活动连接。
