The method for switching the working modes of the display provided by the embodiment of the invention is described by taking an integrated USB display card as an example, and the method for switching the modes by adopting a separated USB display card can be obtained by simple reasoning through the method in the embodiment. In a specific application, at least one key is arranged on the USB display card display, the key includes a physical key or a touch key, and the key is set to implement mode switching, switching to a mirror mode, switching to an extended mode, or switching to an extended mode in different directions, as shown in fig. 5, the method includes:
501. and the USB display card display acquires a target working mode switching request input by a user through clicking operation on a key.
In specific application, only one key can be arranged at any position on the USB display card display, the key is set to realize mode switching, namely when a user needs to switch the current working mode of the USB display card display, the user can switch between an extended mode and a mirror mode by clicking the key. For example, if the current working mode of the USB display is a mirror mode, after the key is clicked, the current working mode of the USB display is switched to an extended mode (default to right extension), or, when the current working mode of the USB display is an extended mode, after the key is clicked, the current working mode of the USB display is switched to a mirror mode.
Optionally, a plurality of keys shown in fig. 6 may be disposed on the USB graphics display, in which 601 is an integrated USB graphics display, 602 is a display screen, and 603 is a mode switching key, which respectively correspond to the mirror image mode, the right expansion mode, the left expansion mode, the up expansion mode, and the down expansion mode, where arrow keys in different expansion directions may be used to indicate the expansion mode corresponding to the expansion direction. For example, when a user needs to switch the current working mode to the mirror mode, a mirror mode button can be clicked; when a user needs to switch the current working mode to the expansion mode, the key corresponding to the expansion direction can be selected according to the requirement of the expansion direction of the user, and if the user needs to switch the expansion mode to the left side of the main display, the key expanded to the left side is clicked.
Further, a status light may be provided on the key for indicating the current status. Optionally, fig. 6 only shows a schematic diagram of a key layout, and other key layouts or different numbers of keys may also be applied to the present invention, and are also within the protection scope of the present invention.
502. And the USB display card display sends the target working mode switching request to the host computer.
And the USB graphics card display sends the obtained target working mode switching request to the host computer through a USB cable or a wireless module, which is not limited herein.
503. And the host computer receives the target working mode switching request sent by the USB display card display, wherein the target working mode switching request is a request for switching the current working mode of the USB display card display to a target working mode.
The computer receives the target working mode switching request, namely key information, sent by the USB graphics card display, and further judges whether the target working mode switching request meets a preset switching condition or not according to the key information, and when the target working mode switching request meets the preset switching condition, the computer host sends an instruction allowing switching to the target working mode and information corresponding to the target working mode to the USB graphics card display.
The specific application is as described in step 504-505.
504. The host computer judges whether the target working mode switching request meets the preset requirement for allowing the USB video card display to switch the target working mode or allowing the USB video card display to switch the target working mode through a key;
505. when the host computer presets and allows the USB graphics card display to switch the target working mode, or allows the USB graphics card display to switch the target working mode through a key, the host computer sends an instruction allowing the USB graphics card display to switch to the target working mode and information corresponding to the target working mode.
When the host computer receives the target working mode switching request sent by the USB display card display, whether the switching condition preset by the host computer is met or not is further judged according to the mode that the target working mode switching request is triggered. In this embodiment, if the host computer allows the USB graphics card display to switch the target operating mode, no matter what manner the USB graphics card display triggers the target operating mode switching request, the host computer sends, when receiving the target operating mode switching request sent by the USB graphics card display, an instruction allowing switching to the target operating mode and information corresponding to the target operating mode to the USB graphics card display.
Or if the host computer allows the USB graphics card display to switch the target working mode through the key, when the host computer receives a target working mode switching request obtained by the USB graphics card display through a user clicking the key, sending an instruction allowing switching to the target working mode and information corresponding to the target working mode to the USB graphics card display.
For example, when only one key is arranged on the USB graphics card display, the key is set to implement mode switching, and the host computer allows the USB graphics card display to perform target operating mode switching, if the current operating mode of the USB graphics card display is an extended mode, after the key is clicked, the current operating mode of the USB graphics card display is switched to a mirror mode, and when the host computer receives a target operating mode switching request of the USB graphics card display, the host computer sends an instruction allowing switching to the target operating mode and information corresponding to the mirror mode to the USB graphics card display;
or when the host computer allows the USB graphics card display to switch the target working mode through keys and receives a target working mode switching request of the USB graphics card display, sending an instruction allowing the USB graphics card display to switch to the target working mode and information corresponding to the mirror image mode.
When the USB display card display is provided with a plurality of keys, the processing method is similar to that described above, as long as the host computer allows the USB display card display to perform target working mode switching, or allows the USB display card display to perform target working mode switching through the keys, according to a received target working mode switching request triggering mode of the USB display card display, an instruction allowing switching to the target working mode is sent to the USB display card display, and information corresponding to the user selection keys is sent.
Optionally, when the host computer presets an permission for the USB graphics card display to perform target working mode switching, or allows the USB graphics card display to perform target working mode switching through a key, the host computer determines whether the current mode of the USB graphics card display is the same as the mode corresponding to the target working mode switching request, if so, the host computer does not perform switching, and if not, the host computer sends an instruction for allowing the USB graphics card display to switch to the target working mode, and information corresponding to the target working mode.
506. And when the target working mode switching request does not meet the preset switching condition, the host computer does not execute any operation.
And if the preset switching condition on the computer host is that the USB display card display is not allowed to switch the target working mode or the USB display card display is not allowed to switch the target working mode through keys, the computer host does not execute any operation.
507. The USB display card display receives an instruction which is sent by the computer host and allows the target working mode to be switched and information corresponding to the target working mode;
508. and the USB display card display switches the current working mode into the target working mode according to the received instruction corresponding to the target working mode.
After receiving the information, the USB display card displayer can switch modes by referring to the prior art.
Step 501-508 in the above embodiment is to set at least one key on the USB graphics card display, and the user clicks the key to trigger the target operating mode switching request.
In a specific application, a request for switching the target operating mode may be triggered by using an existing key on the USB display, for example, a switch key, where the switch key sets a first duration for closing the USB display and a second duration for switching the target operating mode, where the first duration for closing the USB display may be longer than the second duration, and when the duration for clicking the switch key is longer than the first duration, the USB display is closed, and when the duration for clicking the switch key is the second duration, the mode switching request is triggered, as shown in fig. 7, the specific operations are as follows:
701. and the USB display card display acquires a target working mode switching request input by a user through operation of clicking the switch machine key for a second time.
For example, if the current operating mode of the USB graphics card display is the mirror image mode, the duration of clicking the switch key is the second duration, the current operating mode of the USB graphics card display is switched to the extended mode (default to right extension), or, if the current operating mode of the USB graphics card display is the extended mode, the duration of clicking the switch key is the second duration, and the current operating mode of the USB graphics card display is switched to the mirror image mode.
702. And the USB display card display sends the target working mode switching request to the host computer.
And the USB graphics card display sends the obtained target working mode switching request to the host computer through a USB cable or a wireless module, which is not limited herein.
703. And the computer host receives a target working mode switching request sent by the USB display card display.
704. The host computer judges whether the target working mode switching request meets preset requirements for allowing the USB graphics card display to switch the target working mode or allowing the USB graphics card display to switch the target working mode through a switch key;
705. when the host computer presets and allows the USB display card display to switch the target working mode, or allows the USB display card display to switch the target working mode through a switch key, the host computer sends an instruction allowing the USB display card display to switch to the target working mode and information corresponding to the target working mode.
Or if the host computer allows the USB graphics card display to switch the target working mode through the switch key, when the host computer receives a target working mode switching request obtained by the USB graphics card display through a user clicking the switch key, sending an instruction allowing switching to the target working mode and information corresponding to the target working mode to the USB graphics card display.
Optionally, when the host computer presets an permission for the USB graphics card display to perform target working mode switching, or allows the USB graphics card display to perform target working mode switching through a switch key, the host computer determines whether a current mode of the USB graphics card display working is the same as a mode corresponding to the target working mode switching request, if so, the host computer does not perform switching, and if not, the host computer sends an instruction for allowing the USB graphics card display to switch to the target working mode, and information corresponding to the target working mode.
706. And when the target working mode switching request does not meet the preset switching condition, the host computer does not execute any operation.
And if the preset switching condition on the host computer is that the USB graphics card display is not allowed to switch the target working mode or the USB graphics card display is not allowed to switch the target working mode through a switch key, the host computer does not execute any operation.
707. The USB display card display receives an instruction which is sent by the computer host and allows the target working mode to be switched and information corresponding to the target working mode;
708. and the USB display card display switches the current working mode into the target working mode according to the received information corresponding to the target working mode.
After receiving the information, the USB display card displayer can switch modes by referring to the prior art.
In the above embodiments, in the steps 701-708, the user clicks the power on/off key of the second duration to trigger the target operating mode switching request by using the existing key, such as the power on/off key, on the USB video card display.
In a specific application, when the USB graphics card display has a handwriting function, for example, an electromagnetic handwriting function, a user may input a target operating mode switching request by inputting a specific track, as shown in fig. 8, the specific steps are as follows:
801. and the USB display card display acquires a target working mode switching request input by a user through the input specific track.
The specific track, for example, the specific character, is preset, so that the user inputs the specific character to trigger the target working mode switching request, for example, inputs the 'mirror USB' to trigger the target working mode switching request.
802. And the USB display card display sends the target working mode switching request to the host computer.
And the USB graphics card display sends the obtained target working mode switching request to the host computer through a USB cable or a wireless module, which is not limited herein.
803. And the host computer receives the target working mode switching request sent by the USB display card display.
The computer receives the target working mode switching request, namely specific character information, sent by the USB graphics card display, and further judges whether the target working mode switching request meets a preset switching condition or not according to the key information, and when the target working mode switching request meets the preset switching condition, the computer host sends an instruction allowing switching to the target working mode and information corresponding to the target working mode to the USB graphics card display.
The specific application is as described in step 804-805.
804. The host computer judges whether the target working mode switching request meets preset requirements for allowing the USB graphics card display to switch the target working mode or allowing the USB graphics card display to switch the target working mode through an input specific track;
805. when the host computer presets a command allowing the USB graphics card display to switch the target working mode or allowing the USB graphics card display to switch the target working mode through an input specific track, the host computer sends a command allowing the USB graphics card display to switch the target working mode and information corresponding to the target working mode.
Or, if the host computer allows the USB graphics card display to switch the target operating mode through the input specific track, when the host computer receives a target operating mode switching request obtained by the USB graphics card display through the specific track input by the user, the host computer sends an instruction allowing switching to the target operating mode and information corresponding to the target operating mode to the USB graphics card display.
Optionally, when the host computer presets an allowance for the USB graphics card display to perform target working mode switching, or allows the USB graphics card display to perform target working mode switching through a specific trajectory, the host computer determines whether the current mode of the USB graphics card display is the same as the mode corresponding to the target working mode switching request, if so, the host computer does not perform switching, and if not, the host computer sends an instruction allowing switching to the target working mode to the USB graphics card display, and information corresponding to the target working mode.
806. And when the target working mode switching request does not meet the preset switching condition, the host computer does not execute any operation.
And if the preset switching condition on the host computer is that the USB graphics card display is not allowed to switch the target working mode or the USB graphics card display is not allowed to switch the target working mode through a specific track, the host computer does not execute any operation.
807. The USB display card display receives an instruction which is sent by the computer host and allows the target working mode to be switched and information corresponding to the target working mode;
808. and the USB display card display switches the current working mode into the target working mode according to the received information corresponding to the target working mode.
After receiving the information, the USB display card displayer can switch modes by referring to the prior art.
