本发明公开了一种不会出现冻堵现象的太阳能潜水阀,包括:阀座和设置在阀座上的阀体外壳,在阀体外壳的上端设置有通气管连接口,在阀体外壳内设置有导向上齿套和导向下齿套,导向上齿套的下端与导向下齿套的上端相连接,导向下齿套的下端与阀座相连接,在导向上齿套上端阀体外壳内部的阀外腔内设置有线圈。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种排空阀,尤其涉及一种太阳能潜水阀。
背景技术
在寒冬季节,特别是北方寒冷地区都会使用到太阳能热水器,在太阳能热水器管道上会使用到排空阀,安装在太阳能热水器上的排空阀既能不断吸收热水器的热量,同时又能不断吸收自然界的冷量,我们把这种现象称之为冷热交换。冷热交换就有可能产生积水,空气温度越低,温差越大,产生的积水就越多,排空阀和排空的管道就会因冷热交换产生的积水而被冻堵,排空阀、排空管道冻堵就不能正常工作。排空阀在太阳能行业上应用已有十多年历史了,到目前为止,真正解决问题的产品一直没有,最重要的是不能从技术的根本上解决排空阀的冷热交换难题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种不会出现冻堵现象的太阳能潜水阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是太阳能潜水阀,包括:阀座和设置在阀座上的阀体外壳,在阀体外壳的上端设置有通气管连接口,在阀体外壳内设置有导向上齿套和导向下齿套,导向上齿套的下端与导向下齿套的上端相连接,导向下齿套的下端与阀座相连接,在导向上齿套上端阀体外壳内部的阀外腔内设置有线圈,在导向上齿套内的阀内腔内部设置有铁阀芯轴上部,铁阀芯轴上部通过固定螺栓与铁阀芯轴中部相连接,在铁阀芯轴中部的下端连接有铁阀芯轴下部,在铁阀芯轴中部内部铁阀芯轴上部与铁阀芯轴下部之间设置有强磁片,在阀体外壳内部的阀外腔内设置有与强磁片相互配合的干簧管,干簧管通过导线与控制器相连接,在铁阀芯轴下部的下部外侧设置有半球形密封橡胶块,在阀座上设置有上下水通道和若干下水孔,上下水通道的下端为上下水管连接口,上下水通道的上端与半球形密封橡胶块相互配合,在铁阀芯轴中部的外侧设置有若干阀芯小凸柱,所述的阀芯小凸柱与设置在导向下齿套上的若干导向槽相互配合,在所述阀座内设置有与上下水通道相连接的下通气接口,所述的上通气接口与下通气接口之间通过塑料软管连接。
为了更好地解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的进一步技术方案是:在所述上下水通道的上端设置有切块。
本发明的优点是:上述太阳能潜水阀,彻底解决了排空阀冷热交换的难题,自然防垢,密封效果好,结构简单,使用方便,稳定性好,大大延长了排空阀的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1所示,太阳能潜水阀,包括:阀座1和设置在阀座1上的阀体外壳2,在阀体外壳2的上端设置有通气管连接口3,在阀体外壳2内设置有导向上齿套4和导向下齿套5,导向上齿套4的下端与导向下齿套5的上端相连接,导向下齿套5的下端与阀座1相连接,在导向上齿套4上端阀体外壳2内部的阀外腔12内设置有线圈6,在导向上齿套4内的阀内腔17内部设置有铁阀芯轴上部7,铁阀芯轴上部7通过固定螺栓8与铁阀芯轴中部9相连接,在铁阀芯轴中部9的下端连接有铁阀芯轴下部10,在铁阀芯轴中部9内部铁阀芯轴上部7与铁阀芯轴下部10之间设置有强磁片11,在阀体外壳2内部的阀外腔12内设置有与强磁片11相互配合的干簧管20,干簧管20通过导线与控制器相连接,干簧管20与强磁片11相互配合可以给控制器提供信号,在铁阀芯轴下部9的下部外侧设置有半球形密封橡胶块13,在阀座1上设置有上下水通道14和若干下水孔15,上下水通道14的下端为上下水管连接口16,上下水通道14的上端与半球形密封橡胶块13相互配合,在铁阀芯轴中部9的外侧设置有若干阀芯小凸柱18,所述的阀芯小凸柱18与设置在导向下齿套5上的若干导向槽19相互配合,在所述阀座1内设置有与上下水通道14相连接的下通气接口22,所述的上通气接口21与下通气接口22之间通过塑料软管连接。在所述上下水通道14的上端设置有切块23。
如图1所示,使用时,上述太阳能潜水阀装在太阳能水箱内部,阀座1固定在太阳能水箱内胆24底部和保温层25上,上下水通道14的下端伸出保温层25与外界的上下水管连接,通气管连接口3与通气管的一端相连接,通气管的另一端处在太阳能水箱内部的水面上。
当太阳能潜水阀处在关闭状态,用户需要用热水时,由控制器控制与其相连接的线圈6瞬间通电,使铁阀芯轴上部7、铁阀芯轴中部9、铁阀芯轴下部10瞬间向上,使半球形密封橡胶块13与上下水通道14的上端相分离,太阳能水箱内部的水可以通过下水孔15进入上下水通道14,然后,通过上下水管连接口16进入用户热水管。
当太阳能潜水阀处在打开状态,用户不需要用热水时,由控制器控制与其相连接的线圈6瞬间通电,使铁阀芯轴上部7、铁阀芯轴中部9、铁阀芯轴下部10瞬间动作,使半球形密封橡胶块13与上下水通道14的上端紧密配合,配合时,切块23可以将很好地与半球形密封橡胶块13配合,同时可以将运动中的水垢切碎,达到完全密封的效果。下水孔15与上下水通道14之间的通道被关闭。上下水通道14内形成负压,太阳能水箱内部上端的空气通过通气管、通气管连接口3、上通气接口21、塑料软管和下通气接口22进入上下水通道14,使上下水通道14内的水排空。

1.太阳能潜水阀,其特征在于:包括:阀座(1)和设置在阀座(1)上的阀体外壳(2),在阀体外壳(2)的上端设置有通气管连接口(3),在阀体外壳(2)内设置有导向上齿套(4)和导向下齿套(5),导向上齿套(4)的下端与导向下齿套(5)的上端相连接,导向下齿套(5)的下端与阀座(1)相连接,在导向上齿套(4)上端阀体外壳(2)内部的阀外腔(12)内设置有线圈(6),在导向上齿套(4)内的阀内腔(17)内部设置有铁阀芯轴上部(7),铁阀芯轴上部(7)通过固定螺栓(8)与铁阀芯轴中部(9)相连接,在铁阀芯轴中部(9)的下端连接有铁阀芯轴下部(10),在铁阀芯轴中部(9)内部铁阀芯轴上部(7)与铁阀芯轴下部(10)之间设置有强磁片(11),在阀体外壳(2)内部的阀外腔(12)内设置有与强磁片(11)相互配合的干簧管(20),干簧管(20)通过导线与控制器相连接,在铁阀芯轴下部(9)的下部外侧设置有半球形密封橡胶块(13),在阀座(1)上设置有上下水通道(14)和若干下水孔(15),上下水通道(14)的下端为上下水管连接口(16),上下水通道(14)的上端与半球形密封橡胶块(13)相互配合,在铁阀芯轴中部(9)的外侧设置有若干阀芯小凸柱(18),所述的阀芯小凸柱(18)与设置在导向下齿套(5)上的若干导向槽(19)相互配合,在所述阀外腔(12)内设置有与通气管连接口(3)相连接的上通气接口(21),在所述阀座(1)内设置有与上下水通道(14)相连接的下通气接口(22),所述的上通气接口(21)与下通气接口(22)之间通过塑料软管连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的太阳能潜水阀,其特征在于:在所述上下水通道(14)的上端设置有切块(23)。
