Abstract
The invention provides a heating device and a plastifying device used for improving the cable inner end plastifying quality. The heating device comprises an annular structure formed by at least two circular arc heaters. The heaters are connected through hinges. At least one buckling component used for connection is arranged at the connecting positions between the heaters to form an opening-closing structure to be used for being arranged on a mold of the plastifying device in a sleeved mode. Each heater is provided with an electric insertion groove used for heating. The electric insertion grooves of the heaters are jointly connected to temperature feedback devices at the corresponding positions of the plastifying device. According to the heating device and the plastifying device, the two semi-circular-arc heaters are adopted, assembly and disassembly are conveniently achieved, and therefore the mold can be conveniently assembled, disassembled and adjusted; meanwhile, a temperature control system is connected with the temperature feedback device at the feeding section or the flange position, heating control and cooling control are accurately achieved, and the product quality is guaranteed.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cable processing, in particular to a heating device and plasticizing equipment for improving the plasticizing quality of the inner end of a cable.
Background
At present, when a cable is subjected to extrusion molding processing, because production requirements are different, molds with different specifications are required to be used, in order to facilitate replacement, the mold used in the existing equipment is exposed in the air, so that the temperature of the mold is reduced, the temperature of the mold is lower, and the surface plasticization of the inner end of the cable is not good; moreover, when the mold is replaced every time, the heater needs to be detached and then installed again, sometimes after the extrusion molding material is discharged, the mold and the sheath are bonded together, the sheath is difficult to detach by the heater, the mold and the heater are easy to damage, meanwhile, the adjustment of concentricity is influenced, the heater can be installed only after the concentricity is adjusted, and the production efficiency is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a heating device and plasticizing equipment for improving the plasticizing quality of the inner end of a cable, so as to solve the problems that the temperature of a die is low and the temperature cannot be controlled in the prior art.
The invention discloses a heating device for improving the plasticizing quality of the inner end of a cable, which comprises: an annular structure formed by at least two circular arc-shaped heaters;
the heaters are connected through hinges, at least one buckling part is arranged at the connecting position of the heaters to form an opening and closing structure, and the opening and closing structure is used for being sleeved on a mould of plasticizing equipment;
each heater is provided with an electric socket for heating, and the electric sockets of the heaters are connected with a temperature feedback device at the corresponding part of the extruder together through a temperature control system.

The invention also discloses plasticizing equipment for improving the plasticizing quality of the inner end of the cable, which comprises: an extruder for plasticizing an inner end of a cable, the extruder comprising: the device comprises a machine barrel with a built-in screw, a machine head and a mould, wherein the mould is arranged in the machine head and is used for plasticizing a cable core in a cable, and one part of the mould extends out of the machine head;
the machine barrel is connected with the machine head through a flange, a cylindrical cutting sleeve is sleeved outside the surface of the die, and the heating device is sleeved on the outer wall of the cutting sleeve of the die outside the machine head.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps: the side wall of the clamping sleeve is provided with a buckle, the buckle is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the machine head, and the die is fixed with the machine head.
Preferably, the screw is sequentially divided into a feeding section, a melting section and a homogenizing section towards the machine head direction;
the feeding section is used for pushing solid plastics;
the melting section is used for melting the solid plastic;
the homogenizing section is used for keeping the temperature of the plastic after the molten material is constant, and the flow rate of the plastic entering the machine head is constant;
further comprising:
the charging section, the melting section, the homogenizing section, the flange and the machine head are respectively provided with a thermocouple as a temperature feedback device;
the electric sockets of the heaters are commonly connected with the thermocouples at the feeding section or the flange part and used for feeding back the temperature reached by the die outside the machine head.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps: the control cabinet is provided with power supply interfaces for respectively providing power for heating the feeding section, the melting section, the homogenizing section, the flange, the machine head and the die;
further comprising:
the heating device is provided with a heating power supply by the control cabinet and is connected with a power supply interface of a feeding section or a flange part of the control cabinet.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps: the control cabinet is also provided with a plurality of thermometers which are respectively connected with thermocouples of the feeding section, the melting section, the homogenizing section, the flange part and the machine head part and used for displaying the temperature value of each part.
Preferably, an automatic temperature control system is arranged in the control cabinet and used for automatically adjusting the temperature of each part to a preset temperature after the temperature deviation.
The heating device and the plasticizing equipment for improving the plasticizing quality of the inner end of the cable have the following advantages:
1. the heating device is convenient to assemble and disassemble;
2. the temperature control is connected by using a flange or a temperature feedback device of the feeding section, the temperature control of the system is adopted, an external temperature control device is not needed, the heating and cooling are accurately controlled, and the quality of a product is ensured;
3. adopt the buckle to fasten aircraft nose and mould, avoided the extrusion molding material to spill over, with heating device and mould bonding together the difficult problem of loading and unloading.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a heating apparatus for improving the plasticizing quality of an inner end of a cable, comprising:
a first circular arc heater 1 and a second circular arc heater 1' with one ends connected by a hinge 4 form an annular structure;
the other ends of the first arc-shaped heater 1 and the second arc-shaped heater 1' are provided with buckle parts for connection to form an opening and closing structure for being sleeved on a mould 10 of plasticizing equipment;
further, the snap member includes:
the magnets are respectively arranged at the other ends of the first arc-shaped heater 1 and the second arc-shaped heater 1' to form buckling connection;
the first arc heater 1 and the second arc heater 1 'are respectively provided with a first electric slot 2 and a second electric slot 2', and the electric slots of the heaters are commonly connected with thermocouples serving as temperature feedback devices at corresponding parts in plasticizing equipment;
further, a first mold heat-insulating plate 3 and a second mold heat-insulating plate 3 'which are used as handles are respectively installed on the first circular arc heater 1 and the second circular arc heater 1' for facilitating the mounting and dismounting of the heating device on the mold 10;
preferably, the first and second mold heat insulating plates 3 and 3 'are respectively provided at the other ends of the first and second circular arc heaters 1 and 1';
the snap means is provided between the first and second mold insulating panels 3 and 3'.

a screw 13 in a case 12 is sequentially divided into a feeding section 5, a melting section 6 and a homogenizing section 7 towards a machine head 9;
wherein,
the feeding section 5 is used for pushing the fixed plastic, and the fixed plastic is ensured to start to melt at the tail end of the feeding section before entering the melting section 6;
the melting material section 6 is used for fully melting the fixed plastic;
the homogenizing section 7 is used to maintain the temperature of the plastic extruded from the melt section 6 constant and to ensure a constant flow rate of plastic into the head.
Furthermore, thermocouples serving as temperature feedback devices are arranged on the feeding section 5, the melting section 6, the homogenizing section 7, the flange part 8 and the machine head part 9;
also comprises the following steps of (1) preparing,
a control cabinet for providing a heating power supply for each section and part;
the control cabinet is provided with a power supply interface connected with each section and part;
the heating device is connected with a power supply interface at the charging section or the flange part of the control cabinet.
The control cabinet is also provided with a plurality of thermometers for displaying the temperature of each section and part, and the thermometers are respectively connected with the thermocouples of each section and part;
the electric sockets of the first circular arc-shaped heater 1 and the second circular arc-shaped heater 1' are connected with a thermocouple of the feeding section 5 or the flange part 8 through a temperature control system on a control cabinet, and the thermocouple is used for feeding back the temperature reached by a mould 10 outside the machine head 9.
An automatic temperature control system is arranged in the control cabinet and used for automatically adjusting the temperature of each section and each part to a preset temperature after the temperature deviation.

1. A heating device for improving the plasticizing quality of an inner end of a cable, comprising: an annular structure formed by at least two circular arc-shaped heaters;
the heaters are connected through hinges, at least one buckling part is arranged at the connecting position of the heaters to form an opening and closing structure, and the opening and closing structure is used for being sleeved on a mould of plasticizing equipment;
each heater is provided with an electric socket for heating, and the electric sockets of the heaters are connected with a temperature feedback device at the corresponding part of the extruder together through a temperature control system.
2. The device of claim 1, wherein the snap member comprises:

The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising: the control cabinet is also provided with a plurality of thermometers which are respectively connected with thermocouples of the feeding section, the melting section, the homogenizing section, the flange part and the machine head part and used for displaying the temperature value of each part.
