Abstract
The invention discloses a welding fixture for a suction drum framework of a blanker. The welding fixture comprises a support, positioning apparatuses and locking nuts. The welding fixture is characterized in that each of the positioning apparatuses comprises a positioning disc, guide holders uniformly distributed on the outer circumference of the positioning disc, telescopic retaining plates in sliding connection with the guide holders, and positioning blocks detachably connected with the positioning retaining plates; the telescopic retaining plates slide along the radial direction of a suction drum shaft on the guide holders; the positioning blocks are arranged on radii of the positioning discs, which point to the guide holders, and positioning grooves are formed in the sides of the positioning blocks, which are opposite to the positioning discs; longitudinally arranged bolt holes are formed in longitudinal connection beams of the support. The welding fixture has the advantages that the positioning is accurate, and the operation is convenient; the welding fixture can be adapted to many varieties by adjusting positions of the bolt holes of the longitudinal connection beams of the support, positions of the telescopic retaining plates and exchanging of the positioning blocks with the positioning grooves of different widths, and input costs can be saved during assembly and welding of small-batch workpieces.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the welding tool for the suction drum skeleton of the blanking device of the invention comprises: a bracket 1, a positioning device 2 and a locking nut 3. The positioning device 2 is used for positioning rib plates and arranged at two ends of the suction drum shaft 4, the suction drum shaft 4 and the positioning device 2 are positioned through a shaft shoulder and a key, then the positioning device 2 is fixed on the suction drum shaft 4 through the locking nut 3, and two ends of the suction drum shaft 4 are placed on the support 1. The support 1 is the welded structure spare, prefers to set up V type piece 11 at the both ends of support 1 for place and inhale drum shaft 4, will inhale drum shaft 4 and floor and all place the back, can carry out the assembly welding.

As a preferable mode, referring to fig. 7, 8 and 9, the guide boss 221 is formed on the guide base 22, the elongated hole 231 is formed on the retractable barrier 23, and the guide boss 221 slides in the elongated hole 231, thereby smoothly adjusting the height of the retractable barrier 23 itself.
The positioning block 24 is arranged on the radius of the positioning disc 21 pointing to the guide seat 22, a positioning groove is formed on one side back to the positioning disc 22 and used for positioning a workpiece, and the positioning block with the positioning groove with different widths can be replaced to adapt to workpieces with different wall thicknesses.
As a preferable scheme, referring to fig. 10 and 11, a positioning groove 241 is formed on a side of the positioning block 24 facing away from the positioning disc 21 for positioning the rib; a positioning boss 243 is formed on one side facing the positioning disk 21, and the positioning boss 243 is matched with the key slot hole 213 on the positioning disk 21 to position the positioning block 24; the positioning block 24 is formed with coupling holes 242 around and aligned with the fixing holes 212 of the positioning disc 21, and then the positioning block 24 is fixed to the positioning disc 21 by means of bolts.
The positioning block 24 is preferably made of ferrous metal, and the rest can be made of non-ferrous metal, so that the weight is light and the ergonomics is good.
